Hey guys, has someone here ever had a Maxpeedingrods coilover suspension registered in his car? I have a manufacturer’s declaration, but no TÜV parts report, and I wonder if the registration is still possible. It’s about the following vehicle: • Brand: SEAT • Model: Ibiza 6L • Year of manufacture: 2004 • Engine: 1.9 TDI, 74 kW (101 hp) • Axle loads: • Front axle: 920 kg • Rear axle: 784 kg If someone has already got the suspension registered or has more detailed information about it, I would be for Does anyone have an examiner or a workshop that knows how to do it?

OWi in Germany, living in Switzerland…
The following facts: 1. I have received a ticket in Germany somewhere near Freiburg (except for the tolerance deduction 8 km/h too fast in an 80′ zone). 2. It is an OWi with an amount of 10 Euro. 3. I am registered in Switzerland, but not in Germany. 4. In Germany I rented myself into a boarding house. 5. I also did not have a letter box in Germany. 6. I drove with e in my client’s rental car (I am a freelancer). 7. The process is already one month ago. 8. I am threatened with 20 Euro fees and expenses of 3.50 Euro. 9. The car is a rental car. 10. The warning was sent to the boarding house (in which I do not have a mailbox). 11. As far as I know, Switzerland does not drive OWi from D. Well my questions. Do not have to be sent to the correct address if the penalty notice is required? Is this warning Because of the wrong address not ineffective? Do not the penalty office have to determine the correct address (which is deposited with the Federal Foreign Office)? What can happen to me when I ignore the letter? And please no posts according to the motto “You pay what you did…”. I am interested in the different alternatives. Nothing else. I was even close to paying. But without IBAN/BIC it is not quite that easy.

The same misfuelling protection
Meal. In a few days I get my motorized fuel oil burner and would like to ask if someone from the diesel driver community has retrofitted such a misfuelling protection? I have only driven petrol for about 25 years and also our second car is another one. There is of course a great danger that you (or woman) out of habit suddenly put the Super-Zappfpistol in the tank. Therefore the question: Does this thing work reliably? Is there a “operation permit” or is the Anbri Is it not possible for the Commission to take a decision on this matter in the near future?

Used car purchased – accident serious concealed
Hello guys, I bought a used car privately 1.5 weeks ago and then the seller told me what was affected by a “small” wild damage in which only the fender was replaced. In the contract “Blechschäden vorne” is noted. Now I had brought the car to my mechanic and he built it a bit out of the front and saw that behind the bumper everything is bent and partly even some things broken (headlight holder etc.). So the “small” wild damage was probably a bigger one and was apparently repaired in a layman’s way. According to my mechanic, “everything is short and small” in the front Can I take action against the seller? Unfortunately, I have no legal protection insurance.

The beautiful Löwenstein mountains
Dear motorcyclists among us, I have a question. First of all, I would like to ask, like the new (old) rules here, that no regular table paroles are throttled here or motorcyclists are insulted and attacked. Villeicht we can do that. As I said, I live at the Löwensteiner Bergen, in BW. Here, not far from the small mountain saddle Löwenstein is an approx. 25 km long, serpentine-shaped ‘race track’ with coveted viewing plate…a biker meeting. ochenende flaws here in the summer time motorcyclists. Sometimes they have been driven out of the curve and land in the forest, sometimes they have misjudged the curve and land on an approaching car, sometimes they have misjudged the grip on the tires in a slanting position and land slidly on the road…..the story goes out every time: a traffic jam, a few minutes later one or two ambulances, police, blood and petrol spots on the road… .. the stretch e, as well as the accidents that are already on the agenda here, are well known to all motorcyclists….and yet it continues to happen regularly and throughout the summer. Long time there are increased speed controls here, the route has long been limited to 50-70km/h and the police is holding exemplary reconnaissance work on the viewing plate….but it continues to happen. Fully disguised racing machines fly up and down the serpentines, with 100-150km/h, a lleine, in the column, daring and much too risky. Not all of course. Many cruisen also only there and ferment neither themselves nor others. If I come by such an accident and see from a distance already the driving in the ambulance I can imagine the lasting consequences of the failed motorcycle hat only dare imagine….and at home sit villeicht woman and children and wait with the dinner. Papi just wanted to do a ride. (a very sad Smilie unfortunately there is not The question is now: What is it that rides a motorcyclist to hide the reality like that? And……do you take this risk? I begged for a fair discussion! Greeting Berti

Car sold, two months later, a letter from the lawyer…
Hello. I sold my car (Mercedes C-Class, almost 11 years old) at the end of November. 7 years it was in my possession. So, car sold, and 1 month later the buyer registered… The rear brakes were stuck,he repaired it in the car dealership (MB)… 900 € invoice (back brakes+4 spark plugs+cable for candles) They also thoroughly examined the car there… quote from the letter: “On this occasion it was also noted that the wheel bearings on both wheels on the H In addition, the track and steering rods on the front axle were broken. Also the exhaust manifold seal as well as the cylinder head gasket are defective.” Excluding the liability for defects is part of the purchase contract (lecture). I wrote in the special agreements “bought as seen” And I really didn’t know that the car was as defective as they have just described… I had no problems with the car GAR… Me in lawyer has also written back some words… Yesterday came the next letter… I am supposed to pay back the purchase price + all the costs that the buyer has already paid, i.e. repair, lawyer…. And at the bottom is that the buyer is ready to keep the car for 2000 €… I have already paid for lawyer piles of money… And if in a few days the money is not there, which go to court… What should I do? I have no plan anymore…

Rio or Fiesta?
I would like to ask you to give me a very objective advice on the topic of car And I am 18, have had my driver’s license for over a year (accompanied driving from 17) and now I want to buy a car. It should be relatively cheap in maintenance and keep the next 5 years without major problems. (until I have finished my studies; I will probably drive about 14 km to the Fh every day and also back, to the next city since I live in the village) my budget is The car should have at least one air conditioner, otherwise I do not need too much comfort. I have at the moment (after a very long search) 2 candidates, which I would consider suitable for me. First: a Fiesta 1.4 16V Viva from 11/2004 80 hp 50000km down 2 doors Second: kia Rio from 11/2005 97 hp 35000km 4 doors I know that we are here in the fiesta forum, but what would you take if both should cost € 8000? the kia is bigger, more comfortable and better mot For the fiesta doesn’t speak much except for the brand ford…. I’m really unsure how to decide. Both cars do me quite well and the costs of fuel, taxes and insurance take them almost nothing.

Get ripped off by Ford?
Hello dear community! Wanted to return my leased Fiesta today at a Ford dealer in Friedberg (Hessen). After the used car test report hit me then! 3099.- € want now from me. Certainly, the car was slightly scratched on 2 sides of other cars on parking lots (120,- and 280,- € damage), but there are items that I cannot understand. System preparation 240,- €. According to the sales consultant’s arrival this is necessary around the car On the statement that the car is well maintained (before washing system, wet wiped out inside and sucked out for hours) I was told that I could not maintain the car at home like with a car preparation. In the leasing contract there is nothing of such costs. I suspect the car dealer or Ford with each flat-rate on it. 350,- € for new tires. Mine have with 2mm too little profile. On the statement that the wear of the tires nevertheless to the leasing agent. ag I was told that Ford did not take back cars with less than 4 mm profile. The lease agreement went over 4 years and 60,000 KM. The tires (full-year tires) had 56000 KM on it. In the lease agreement only it says that the car has to be returned traffic-proof. According to StVZO a car must have at least 1.6 mm profile depth. However, the hammer was the air conditioning. This did not work any more! 1800,- € they want for it. I find that now a little too expensive! Somehow feel I’m going to buy the car now (although the remaining contractual value is still 132,- € sales fee) and sell it privately! Have you had similar experiences? Has the system preparation also been charged to you in general? Thanks for comments! (By the way: in the test report the maintenance condition was indicated as well!) Have you had similar experiences? Is a system preparation invoiced for each one?
