So my dear people… I am at the end, my little sound Twingo is destroyed and will probably not be repaired any more. And that after I just put in 800 euros the year, and worked about 15 hours on the doors… unfortunately the project is not even finished and I can not even sell the car again without the whole mats etc…. Now I am thinking about how I could lease a golf etc. without any starting capital… The big problem with it is that I get most depressed when I think about the standard speakers of the golfs… Now my question is the following… Is it relatively simple ( am not a professional *g* ) possible to replace the front system in the Golf 5 by my LS ( 16er ) and to do the whole thing so that if the car is not taken over after the leasing is refitable ( so it is possible not to glue matte etc. )… Or can I save myself this attempt immediately, and if I have an E build up in the car make living with it that I probably also have to buy it when the leasing runs out ? First thank you for your answers, a slightly desperate 😉 Kepnik

Flat tires
Today the tyre pressure control light lit up. I checked the air pressure at the next petrol station and see there: only 0.3 bar on the tire. Since it is a runflat tire I did not notice anything of it while driving. So I pumped it up again to 2.3 bar and left the car for about 6 hours. After that the tyre pressure had dropped again to 0.3 bar. Again pumped up, left 4 hours standing – pressure stopped. About 30 km with it – pressure has always stopped Externally, there’s nothing to be seen about the tire – what can it be? Above all, what would you do now – if I drove a correctly pumped tire to the tyre dealer, he probably can’t help me either, can he?

Is there an equally simple answer to this simple question?
The following, an acquaintance of mine owns a 50s Simsonroller (type Schwalbe). As this one is allowed to drive ABE 60 KMH according to papers, I discuss with him for the following question. Since the MINDEST speed on German motorways is 60 KMH to be able to drive them at all, I think he may use them. His opinion: He may not!. In the case of expressways, we agree, but we both know not if it is true!!. Even police officers, who we interview Maybe we get here a( “Legally safe ” answer/information. Thanks in advance for your “toe” to answer me, and you all a nice Easter-WE. Edelschrauber01.

Front disc rockfall damage – basically HU-relevant?
Hi, I had the bad luck yesterday that a stone impact damage on the front window of my MB C180 (W202) was inflicted on me on the BAB by an overtaking vehicle. However, the impact crater is not in the driver’s view area, but is covered (from the driver’s seat) even by the inside mirror. I have now still 10 months to the next HU, but I just wonder if a stone impact damage at this point is at all relevant to the test. If you were to take the place, an exchange would be necessary, but if nothing else is going on, this is actually no impairment. Have you already been able to gain experience at HU with such a special case?

Where’s the sound???
Hi Bin for about 2 months proud owner of an Audi Type 89 Coupè. The car has already been transplanted by the previous owner a complete stainless steel system from Kat von Supersport. Only where from the sound is it really dull white not if it is normal with the 2.8 V6 but I would have expected that he has a crisper sound. Does anyone have any experience with the supersport system? Gruss Tim

Distraction at the wheel
In today’s market mirror, I found the following article: “In a study, the Allianz Center for Technology AZT dealt with what distracts unattentional drivers from what is happening and causes accidents. The result: one in four drivers devotes themselves to personal care and change of clothes while driving. Around 20% of the study participants said that they usually take off their jacket when the car is already rolling. 7% admitted to shaving during the ride. If the rear-view mirror becomes a make-up mirror, accidents are imminent.” One can only talk about marots or bad habits, which the test subjects do not worry about.

Megane Grandtour dCi (160 hp): Goodwill report
Moin together, over the new Eifel-Krimi I came across the site www.motor-kritik.de. I find overall quite entertaining and refreshing, as Mr. Hahne looks at the car world (the site has ugly frames, but you can pull it wide with the mouse). There is also a very benevolent test report about the Megane Grandtour dCi with 160 HP in it. Must say, the report spontaneously makes you want the car! What speaks for the liquid writing of the journalist Hahne… A compact combo with ec It should be economical, inexpensive and comfortable and reliable, that’s my goal for a new company car. Any “image”-enough, or expensive ABM measures (Audi BMW Mercedes) is pretty nice to me. Could the Megane Grandtour be a nice alternative to the Ford Focus or the new Opel Astra Kombi or Skoda Octavia? The 130 hp diesel should always be enough. Or a gasoline engine for the LPG upgrade? I would like your experience with the Megane Grandtour is interested in: How reliable, there were troubles or defects, which engine, how satisfied are you, what consumption values do you achieve? Oh yes, and how comfortable are the seats? I am relatively long… Thank you! Sunny greetings, Atzel P.S.: I also find the article about the decline of BMW, as well as the truth behind the supposedly sensational hybrid Porsche race at 24H…

Scenic 3 1.9 dci 130 FAP
Hello, at the beginning of April we enjoyed a Sceneic dCi with 130 HP (day registration). According to the catalog the vehicle meets the EU5 emission standard. Unfortunately, only EU4 is registered in the vehicle certificate. On request with the friendly I got the answer that this happens more often and you have to rewrite the certificate. He said that he will question the product manager. Has someone already had a similar experience? With the tax with EU4 and particle filters no financial Na However, if we want to sell the vehicle again after four or five years, you will already be able to…

Buying advice Madza 6
Hello everybody, my wife and I want to buy us a car this year. Since there may be young people coming, the following cars (with the – from my point of view – respective Pros and Cons): – Opel Zafira Tourer [Pro: Lots of space / Con: heavy and high consumption, technology (especially Tote Winkel Assi, Navi) outdated] – Opel Astra Combi (new model) [Pro: More modern technology (Matrix LED), more space than the old, chic design / Con: trunk still no wonder of space, no ACC] – Opel I nsignia Kombi [Pro: ACC, chic / Con: Heavy, technically no longer the youngest, small trunk] – Mazda 6 Kombi [Pro: Very chic, modern engines, good technology (ACC, Tote Winkel Assi, City emergency brake,..) / Con: Is the trunk enough?] With Skoda, etc. I can’t really get along with… What matters to me: For one place in the trunk, modern assistance systems, LED light (blank-free driving beam) and automatic. – Can you use the Mazda to three and pram and brim two weeks – How satisfied are you with the Navi? Are the traffic reports quite up to date or can it be “only” TMC? – How well do ACC, Tote Winkel Assi and the LED light work? Best regards!

weird accident
Most people will have noticed it anyway a very serious traffic accident on 5 or 6 June in Rügen or at Rügen. In short: It was such a 24 year old drunker with his BMW M3 overtook in a long drawn right turn and then hit frontally with a Renault Clio. The 24 year old with 1.1 Promille had a few fractures on his leg and could thus himself get out medium-heavy injuries. In the Clio four 18 year olds sat and were on the spot dead. Here once a Beri cht von der Bild:http://www.bild.t-online.de/…/totraser__not__knast.html who has something against the picture:http://www.super-illu.de/report/13269/index.shtml Read it through you. On the picture report are also photos and a photo where the Renault is recovered.http://bilder.t-online.de/…/auto__200,property=Bild.jpg Die Welt:http://www.welt.de/data/2005/06/728268.html But that’s not a Clio!?!!?! So I’m not a Renault specialist but for me it looks like a Renault Megan e Cabrio Or is that the M3 and they have labeled the wrong thing?? Now it is still written in the report (also in my regional newspaper) that they are very likely at very high speed in each other?? How can it be, if the M3 driver has only so slight injuries and the 4 people in the Renault die? Besides, the accident car looks on the photo like after a NCAP crash test and not. And not as if he had driven in completely fast where?!? How can that be done? And I didn’t find a fire department or police report and more photos.
