  • Fog lights even with good visibility? Why?

    Hello! I see more cars with fog lights on in road traffic. During the day I can explain it to myself as a daytime driving light replacement, but in (clear) evening hours in addition to the main lighting it does not make any sense or disturbs only the opponents. Mostly it is younger road users which does not have to mean anything or can be a coincidence.     Hello, at the dealer we bought a BMW520d Touring construction year 09.2007, with 116000km for 18900.-euro.After 10 months and 12700 km driven the engine is defective and must be replaced.Workshop findings:Cylinder head disassembled-through at the bridge of cylinder 2.3 and 4.The pressure in the cylinder escapes thereby into the cooling system.Such washings on the bridges could result from wrong driving.After 10 months and almost 13000km is unlikely to mean workshop.     Hello, I think that in the area it is not the only communities that are fighting against too high traffic. There are two municipalities in our district, which with huge banners at the entrance to the village and also on the road point out that too much traffic goes through the spots and has to be bypassed. Also, in the local press you read very toxic letters of readers from people who live directly on the thoroughfare. Every time I read these letters and banners, my mind boils over. Why? It is always the people who complain about too much traffic, who live directly on the main road. Why do these people live on the main road…. ? Because there the rents, apartments, houses or construction sites are the cheapest. In addition, the residents always put the vehicles on the through road, that a smooth traffic is almost “impossible”. In return, one moves but over traffic jams and tin avalanches in the place to which are provoked so naturally. Strangely however, it is that exactly these people also own cars, nevertheless get upset about traffic (similar to the residents who scold about flight noise but want to fly even on vacation) For such behavior I have no understanding whatsoever !

    At my passat in March, both crossbar arm bushings and stabilizer connections were changed on the rear axle. In addition, there was a complete new set of summer tyres. Yesterday, I stayed with two defective rear tyres. It dissolved with both rear tyres about 5-8cm of the inner tread except on the steel fabric. When I came back to the car with my mother, a politicesse had been there and had left a note on the stand “Schrägparken in der Ladezone verbot”. I had not heard that yet and asked myself. Can anyone tell me that? I have closed the signs and the other drivers that there must be an oblique parking place everywhere. I don’t know at the moment whether it should be a hint or the threat of a roll. I can not say exactly how fast I was, but definitely not faster than 55 km/h. After about 400 meters I look in the rear mirror blue light and stop. The police officer got out and said. She again (he stopped me for the third time in half a year) and accused me of having run through the city with at least 80 things, which I am not at all.
