W220 5-speed gearbox problems
Hello motor-talker, I have the following with my S500: If the engine is cold, the gearbox switches back extremely late in sliding mode, so if I manually limit the maximum possible gear. I observe this especially from the 3rd to the 2nd gear. I had an oil change at 70 tkm. Current km stand is 85 tkm. Has someone already solved a similar problem or what are your recommendations? Or is that normal? Greeting Udo

Crossover handlebar-tausch: Tray joint screw rotates with
Moin, I changed a crossbar today. Now I can’t get the nut attached to the carrying joint because the threaded bolt spins with it. I tried on wheels, also bucked up and I tried to support the threaded bolt with a jack and at the same time put on the nut. I also tried with a screwdriver to “shake” the nut. But it didn’t help anything… At the end it threaded bolt is a Torx40 recording, but you can’t do this threaded bolt. If the transit is on the wheels, I can no longer get to this T40 recording to put on the correct torque, but then I can only get to it with a fork key from the side… Does anyone know any further? And yes, both crossbars were made. The other one is about 2 months old.

Help me, I’ve got a meaning book, Kadjar or Grand Tourneo Connect?
I’ve got a crazy idea. I have a 2016 Renault Kadjar with 1.2l petrol and 7-speed double clutch transmission and 90k km on the clock, with which I’m actually quite satisfied. For some reason, I suddenly think I need a 2017 Ford Grand Tourneo Connect with 1.5l diesel and 8-speed automatic converter and 110k km (titanium equipment) on the clock instead. Can someone please talk me out of this again? I have absolutely no reason, instead of a car suddenly a People-Mover I don’t have much space. I’m driving very rarely and also rather short distances, and since I’ve been out of the Middle Ages, I don’t need much storage space. Maybe three times a year I drive with the ATV on the trailer so far to off-road events, that it would be worthwhile to sleep in the mill. Overall, both drive adequately for my needs. Equipment is largely identical, there are only small things a The one has this more, the other has something else for it. I just don’t let money play a (naja) role now. So running costs and so on. But almost 20,000€ for the Tourneo, then give the Kadjar for 8,500€ in payment (or sell itself for estimated 11.00€) – my inner court of Auditors is already spinning. And that’s why I weigh now pro and contra. I know my Kadjar long enough, but what surprises expect with the Tourneo in everyday operation? e.g. Parking garage, EcoBlue?

I’ve been the proud owner of a Picanto since yesterday
Hello dear people, yesterday I got my first new car and decided for a Picanto LX in diamondblau-metallic. I bought it in Dortmund at a KIA dealer. Yesterday and today I first showed it to the neighbors, the family and some friends and received only praise. Most are astonished how much space/legroom the small car offers. The trunk is of course a little sparse, but for larger luggage we still have a C-Max, as fits in I had all-weather tyres raised directly, as I would not drive the summer or winter tyres at 3000 km a year, so I would have to replace them rather because they are too old. When the car was handed over the car the car gave me a bouquet of flowers and some small accessories e.g. KIA keychain. Very nice gesture. Now I have just learned about the rusting sheet metal and will look up tomorrow and treat the whole with a little bit of fat. Otherwise I can’t tell you much yet, but I’ll tell you about my experiences in the next few days. Greetings Flea66

sliding door euroline 2001
Hello people, as I have already written below, I have removed my central safety module from my Euroline year 2001. I then ordered a new one and used the part number meinbes old as an order number. Kost “only” 270E plus fairytale tax :-(. As far as so good, BUT, the interior lighting does not work when I open the sliding door. So, everything measured and determined, the entire wiring between sliding door light switch and the safe If I walk from the safety module directly to the ground (the door light switch doesn’t do anything else) nothing happens. Then I noticed something else, I can lock the car even if the sliding door is still open!!!!! Well, every door is connected to the safety module that I can’t lock the car if one of the doors is not closed correctly (in the tailgate is even extr for this purpose). a a switch in the locking mechanism). In my opinion this is not wanted, it cannot be that I can lock the car despite the open sliding door, unfortunately the electrician of my FORD workshop of least mistrust could not help me. Since the central safety module not only regulates the internal light control but also includes the central locking, I think, for the sliding door usually the door light switch as signal whether the Now my question to all bus and Euroline drivers, is this also the case with you, i.e. locking in spite of open sliding door and no automatic inner light when sliding door open???????????? I have the dull suspicion that either the new module has a “shot”, or with me always the wrong part was installed!!! Since I bought the car only recently, I can not say o b was already like this with the old module. If this is not the case with your transe (i.e. auomatic lighting and locking only with locked door), could one of you see if he can read the part number on the central safety module??????? This would greatly simplify the procurement of the right part. Access is not easy, it sits directly in front of the glove compartment, the black box with the two large plugs on it. My part number: 1C1T-15K600-BA Since it’s a Euroline, my workshop can’t really help me anymore, because my chassis number at FORD in the system only results in a “empty” chassis, because that’s how the car was delivered to WESTFALIA. if one can help me, that would be really great, and many thanks in advance, pierre

Hello…the first problem of the season. have discovered that water has been collected in the footroom of the passenger side! I had the problem before, but that was due to the plastic cover on the windshield at that time (had been spoiled by the age) water ran pure over inside room filters… however, I immediately replaced this plastic protection and the inner room filter is also dry this time! is there still a weak spot?? where could the water get into the inside room?? hole in the side water flow, which would be funny?!? please help me, water is so gruesome Greetings with 5 cylinds…Ränä
