Good day, I’m new here in the forum, I’ve already read a lot and found solutions. Great forum! But now I’m facing a “problem” myself and would like to have an opinion of you. I hope you can help me! I’m a student, I’m going to work by the way and could certainly spend €250 per month on a car. I don’t have any capital at the moment, rather only 800-1000 euros. I would like to get a car again, it’s just damn practical, I can go on vacation and I love e it’s easy to sit in the car and drive. But what should I get? I drive about 8000km a year, with a good car certainly more, as I would drive with it for example on vacation. So it should be a petrol tanker, although I prefer diesel driving. We have a lift and can do certain things ourselves, if that is relevant. Since I am a student (so don’t know how it is next year), I don’t have a lot of capital, I have to think twice about what I do now. either, I get a spin up to approx. 500Euro (my previous Escort I sell anyway, convertible in the Erzgebirge? I don’t think), which still has TÜV until next year and until then drives, then it is sold/changed and taken the next car as long as they drive. Or I get a “ordinary” car, a station wagon. Then it should be a BMW however ( unfortunately there is a lot of infatuation). The E36 are expensive in the insurance, the E46 Touring is e in half dream car for me. I would then keep it much longer. These cost between 2500 and 4000 Euro. Or? Are there any more options? I doubt that I can drive a car for 700€ without a bigger cost 5 years. Otherwise they would not be so cheap. To get a car for 1500€, which holds, but I don’t like, makes any sense… a 190E in the condition then costs more. Now I stand before this consideration. So a dark blue E46 w The question is whether he will drive me for another 6 years without having to break something bigger. I have no idea about that. I hope I wrote everything relevant and someone can help me and/or give me a start of thinking. Thank you in advance! Best regards!

the “best” 2 liters diesel?
Hello together, I myself drive a 2 liter pump nozzle 140 hp diesel and must say so far I have found nothing better. Sure, the new diesel are quieter, but consumption is very important to me and I come to 5.6 l in the long-term cut. I had some BMW rental cars (unfortunately no 120d) and am rel. disappointed, despite efficient dynamics and gentle driving the did not come under 6,x liters on 100km But also newer VAG diesel do not seem to be the pump nozzle consumption / performance Environment is of course also important (Euro6?). and pump nozzle is unfortunately bad, as far as NOX is concerned. As brand I find possibly still Volvo interesting. Who can give a profound assessment with regard to modern diesel ? power, consumption, environment ? or are all common rails anyway about the same now ?

Search “extravaganten” Compact
Hello together, I’m looking for a compact car that can be quiet and individual, which you don’t see so often on the roads (that is, everything away from golf, Astra, Focus etc.). Please a petrol truck, if possible < 100,000 km, robust technology and yet good spare parts supply. My budget is 12,000 - 15,000 EUR. I had actually picked out a Lancia Delta, but the future spare parts supply will be more than questionable. Unfortunately. A really great car! The candidates can easily orient themselves on the delta. Thank you!

Purchase advice car up to 5000 Euro
Good day, I am looking for a 5-door, which is suitable for daily use. The car will travel a few kilometers a day (at least 60 km a day) and should be economical for this reason. Whether diesel, gas or gasoline does not matter. The year of construction and the previous mileage are secondary, as long as you can assume that the car can rewind reliably for a few years. So the following criteria –> economical –> from BJ . 2002 –> reliable –> 5-door –> not a very small car ala Aygo or VW Vox Ideally, the car should be located near Leer (East Frisia). The following car I have in the short selection to date.http://ww3.autoscout24.de/classified/235613421?asrc=st In your opinion, does the car meet the desired criteria ?

City car for about 1 year to 1000Euro
Hello dear car friends, I am looking for a car up to a maximum of 1000 euros for the daily work journey, also less as it is only to be driven up to the beginning of 2017 and if necessary “changed” for a new car / annual car. I expect actually only one of the car, it has to get me to work and that is dry Is the budget too small? Should I possibly spend more to possibly have a resale value when buying a car? Approx. 70 % city, 10 % rural road and 20 % carb 15 KM through the city with 4 KM motorway. I come from Hamburg, am 29 and have SF1 many greetings, Stefan

Aston Martin Cygnet – insider tip for saving foxes?
Hello dear friends of well-kept stupid chatter, First of all: I don’t have to buy such a car, nor should I advise anyone or anything else, I just care. The prices of the exclusive Aston Martin small car Cygnet – which is built on the Toyota IQ – have just arrived in the “payable” area. A young used / demonstration car is to have the 30,000€. Quite happy for a small car. BUT: It is unique, exclusive and rare. In most cases it is not worth buying a luxury car, because the maintenance costs are simply too high. Now the Cygnet is in the maintenance but really not an expensive car. Technically it is an IQ and thus the taxes and consumption are already comparable. Insurance and maintenance should be a little higher than with the IQ, but also not soooo crass. Only the Cygnet has no value loss or possibly even a We Let’s start from the following example: A woman, around 30 years old, has 30.000€ available and wants to drive the car 4 years á 12,000km. The money left when buying will be counted 1:1 at the end. Now she has the choice between the IQ for about 10,000€ or a comparable Cygnet for 30,000€ What do you think she will get cheaper at the end of the 4 years? I’m looking forward to your opinion.

Help/stimulations with planned change of vehicle desired.
Hello, we are looking for a successor for our 2002 Bj. 2002 S203-CDI Kombi. Diesel drive is probably not the right thing anymore due to the now short driving distances. The C-Class would also be the standard for the new car from the equipment/comfort/place/robustness. We bought the car 7 years ago for 8,800€ and also the 7 years up to wear parts and a little rust at the Knz.Mulde rest. Criteria: – Budget: preferably less than 10,000€ if it is really worth it, would also be a fin – Durable, I would have liked to have at least 5-6 years of rest – maintenance-friendly i.e. wear parts should be changed by someone who is not clumsy when screwing problemlessly. – Comfortable, climate as well as high occupants safety (fg. children) are a must. – A bit smooth it could already be, 125-250hp , Top would also be an automatic transmission – We do not drive as much anymore, about 7-8.000km per year 70/30 city/long distance (working distance 10km to/ 10km back) – That’s why I thought that a petrol would be more useful than our old diesel. – Style and design is relatively important to me, I want to feel good if I sit in the car and if I should get out of the car, I also like it. My taste: FOLD MIR: C-Class,E-Class, Volvo (V-Series),Honda Accord possibly Saab, possibly Skoda Superb, possibly Subaru Legacy DOES NOT FOLD ME: Dacia,Fiat… It’s best to have everything under 130,000km on the clock. The big question: I’m currently swinging back and forth. ..what can you buy, what should you do?… A) A Mercedes C-Class from year 2006 e.g. E230 or higher than V6, you have a lot of comfort, consumption higher than before, but what should you drive now also less and you stay with the usual brand. Unfortunately all affordable models fall under the sprocket problem, I don’t want to risk that. Or rather a normal C-Class without V6?…How do the small petrol engines do themselves with my mileage/short distances? B) A Vol vo V60 from BJ. 2010 or a C-Class (W204/Mopf) from year of construction 2011 and automatic transmission? Then the budget would probably be really exhausted and the next 3-4 years really shouldn’t come big at repairs. – The hope would be here, that I should probably have more than my desired 5-6 years rest. C) Continue driving the current car, wait until you find “DAS” dream car? But take the risk that the car will die through the relatively low mileage ? In the end, the question of quality is actually the price and what would be the most meaningful at the moment. Keep my old one from 2002, or a change to a slightly younger petroler maybe something even more recent >BJ 2010 for this looking price quite high? We need a family carriage and that should run, be sure, offer some comfort and not eat our hair off the head through many repairs. What do you think? Do you have any tips or model recommendations that I sometimes recommend? with should have on the screen? Thanks and VG, _sambalatsche_

Experience with Ridex brakes
Hello, has anyone already had experience with Ridex brakes? Must change the brake disc as well as the brake pads at my Ka and happened to come across the Ridex brand at an online shop. These products are advertised with “recommended by experts”, but are often cheaper than the well-known brands e.g. Ate. Has anyone already had experience with this brand? Greeting Frank

Family car wanted. 3er Touring? A4 Avant? Up to 14k €
Moin dear motor-talk community! I want to get right to the point: Since we want to have something from the car for a long time AND I am not satisfied with just 100 hp, the car may also have quiet up to 150 TKm WHEN it is one thing to pack (with good care) the 300TKm brand relatively loosely. So that we have with an annual mileage of about 30TKm still a few years of what from the car. Currently I thought about a 3er Touring or A4 Avant from 2008. As said, the also up to 150TKm. With the two I am relatively sure that we come with good care loosely up to 300TKm mileage. The following should have the car already: Kombi, from 140 HP, Xenon, Navi and the usual small stuff. Madame would be totally happy about a seat heating I could probably still do without the Navi if it is a good offer. Not on the Xenon! If you still think of other cars that would fit and also make a few more TKm then I am for every suggestion However, it shouldn’t be a car in the dimensions of ala Opel Insignia or A6. They are too long for my wife at almost 5 meters and they would rather not like to ride. Although it will mainly be my everyday car and she still has something smaller, nevertheless. So far I have in my wishlist offers like, the 3er Touringhttp://goo.gl/Bl3Cjv (little km, but older)http://goo.gl/oRxbko (more km, but newer) and the A4 Avanthttp://goo.gl/kWvBrq (less km, but older)http://goo.gl/9Sj9Z2 (more km but newer) Always here with your opinions and ideas! Thanks already
