Hi together, how do you see that, am I now too picky? And that is, used cars in the category 20,000 EUR after negotiation for approx. 1500 EUR below average price in the Cf. to a search on the relevant websites. However, the car has an age/run performance where just a new set of tires becomes due. This is supposed to serve as an argument not to be able to deal so far down. What do you think? Is this an argument? Heist: Grade new tires -> Happiness of the buyer/pech of the seller? We are talking about about 800 EUR for a set of tires! Otherwise nothing is wrong with the car. How stubborn should you be there? Many greetings, Marki

Combi or van with high entry for large person wanted
Hello together, we (my wife and I) are looking for a new car. Currently we drive the Octavia 1.4 TSI with 120tkm … with the meanwhile second steering chain and want to separate from it now. I am 203cm large and therefore prefer a car with a slightly higher entrance, the Octavia was already very deep. My wife drove the Golf Plus two years ago and was enthusiastic about it. But since we drive only less than 10,000 km a year and mainly in the city of short distances up to 10km can only be driven by a petrol engine.Hybrid would also be good, but since the selection is very limited. Back to Golf Plus, here only the 1.4 TSI variant would be possible, but there would be the steering chain problem again. The sports van was switched back to dental shirts, is also interesting for us, but does not fit into the budget of 15,000€ possibly a little more, but rather less Once a year we go to the Swiss mountains on holiday (900km per week). g). So he should have enough power and not fail on the mountain Currently we are 2, but next year this will change Why the car should offer space for a stroller and ISOFIX. As far as the equipment is concerned we need: PDC front / back AHK cruise control computer USB port multifunction steering wheel made of leather We drove the Hyundai ix35 yesterday, but there the view through the rear window is too low.In our search profile stand: VW Golf Plus VW Golf Sportsvan VW Touran VW T4/5 As you can see, we are pretty much fixed on VW, I like to look at other cars as well. The VWs only stand for the classes that come into question. Maybe who has a tip, or alternatives.

Liability for defects New vehicle: bound to the manufacturer’s specifications of warranty claims?!
Hello, the following thought game: I buy a new car from a dealer in Germany for any brand. Then I have the dealer compared to the warranty (now: material defects liability) of 24months. Completely independent of the warranty of the manufacturer. I know the subtleties on the subject of material defects liability, e.g. that the dealer can shorten it for new goods to 12 months and that only within the first 6 months the seller must prove that the product is missing Now I buy a car and drive 80.000km in the first 5 months. I do not have any maintenance and then suffer a motor damage within the first 5 months. Now the common opinion is: “Guarantee only exists if you also comply with the maintenance regulations of the manufacturer!”, i.e. an oil change after 15,000km or something. In this case, however, I do not want to use the warranty promises of the manufacturer, but simply the liability for defects of the product. Now the question is: Is (or can) the liability for defects linked to conditions? Like, for example, in the case of a car to maintenance, or does the “product” have to function properly for 6 months without the intervention of the end user?

Which car should I buy? (Budget 12-15,000)
Hello dear friends, I’m new here in the forum and would like to ask a question at once. I’m standing in front of my first (own) car purchase and can’t quite set myself yet. My budget is at the top and I’m tending to an Audi A4 year 2009-2010. My desired criteria are: – Limousine (Audi a4, bmw 3 or Mercedes C class) – Diesel (is diesel worth it at all?) – max. 150,000 KM – Automatic gearbox – part or full leather equipment I drive about 150km a week, therefore I don’t know exactly whether a diesel is worth it. I don’t know exactly. The questions I have are: Which car is the best for my needs? I don’t pay so much attention to the PS number. I put more value on interiors, so it’s more worth getting a newer year of construction with less power. Is this assumption right? Are there any known defects in this category or has anyone had bad experiences? I have heard the e Electronics quickly breaks down in the audio models. I’m looking forward to your answers and I hope I didn’t ask too many “Newbie” questions :-). Greetings from Hesse.

Sharan/Alhambra vs Galaxy
Hello people, since we already have 2 children (5 and 6 years old) and a third plan, a bigger vehicle has to come. Even if we should still decide against a third child, one of the above big vans would be practical, because we like to drive by car on holiday and then have a lot of junk with us. Now it is unfortunately that I have certain ideas (all of course not chiseled in stone) and none of the vehicles can fulfill all my wishes – so I compromise I drive about 15-20 tkm, the tgl working distance is 7 km per way. Due to the many short distances, a petrol engine would be more useful – but this is not possible in combination with all-wheel drive, which I would like to have, since I have it at the moment and do not want to miss it anymore. So it has to become a diesel with 4×4. I would also like to have automatic, 4×4 + automatic, but only with the Ford, the Alhambra/Sharan is only available as 4×4 with manual transmission. On the other hand, I would have had to go in. but likes sliding doors – which in turn the Galaxy does not have. Does someone know both vehicles and can share experiences, also about size and practicality in everyday life? Can one accommodate with both 3 child seats (2 times size II/III and 1 times maxicosi) in the second row of seats? I tested the Sharan as 2.0 TDI (150 HP hand switch) already. Was so far quite neat. I looked at the Galaxy so far only at the dealer – test drive follows next week. e Alternative with the characteristics 4×4, automatic, space for 3 children + luggage, in the price range +/- 40 TEUR (new or annual car)?

First car to comfy commuting up to 15,000€ searched
Hello together, I’m just about to buy my first car and came across your forum. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a really suitable and up-to-date topic, so I’m just going to open up a new one. The default is a day of use for daily commute of 150km mainly on the highway. That’s good over 30,000km a year and so I had thought of a diesel. A gas conversion would also have been possible, but fell due to the reduced range, the lück What is important to me is that the car is very comfortable for my body size (1,95m), is quiet in the interior, has as little fuel as possible (6th gear), has automatic air conditioning. Less important but still very pleasant would be a cruise control and a hands-free device. So far I had thought of a Golf IV 2.0 TDI (because of the 6th gear). However, since I have no idea of cars tenednally I wanted to ask you if you could recommend other cars. Another question would be, which mileage is still safe for such a vehicle (< or > 100,000km?). I hope you can give me another look at my project. VG and thank you very much, Pyro

First car for beginners up to 6,5k€
Heyho, I’m going to be 18 in the near future and as a suitable ‘gift’ then also car comes to the door. The driver’s license is of course already made. I’m now looking for a good used car for max ~6,500€ What would be important to me with the car is that it doesn’t look quite like an old ham, this also applies if possible for the interior. I realize that I can’t expect high-tech. In my research I found a few fancy BMW 1s with EZ 2007 which all around the 125.0 00 km on the hump, however, my father advised me not to do so, because these vehicles would probably often need repairs. I don’t know about the used car purchase, so I thought, ask people who have the idea. I would be very happy if you, or exactly you could make me a suggestion for a car, which at best corresponds to my wishes. I would like to thank you for the answers.

First car – comfort at a reasonable price
Hello dear community, since I start working in the fall I want to buy my first car. Unfortunately I have no idea about cars at all and need your help! I will work in the field and mostly drive to the customer on Mondays and return Fridays, where the location can be anywhere in Germany. So I will be travelling a lot and sometimes also have to drive long distances. For this I need a car with appropriate comfort. At the same time I have as a job starter n The car should therefore cost around 500€, my upper limit is 700€. Also petrol consumption should not be too high. From the size I thought about a coupé or a 5-door, but of course any suggestions are welcome After 2-3 years I have the possibility on a company car, therefore leasen would be also an option. Probably my requirements are quite unrealistic – comfort and cheap price. I hope still, that you can help me a little bit. Thank you in advance!!! Marie

Commuter car searched – 40000km annually
Hi, I’m looking for a commuter car. Budget: 15,000€ Daily distance: 150km (back and forth). 90% highway. Equipment: diesel approx. 100-150hp, seat heating, cruise control, comfortable seats, golf class or higher (because of comfort) Every year this is about 33,000km at 220 working days. Private trips are not included yet. I guess that I come to about 40,000km each year. As I look around for a used car, this will be a few KM on the hump. .000 – 100,000km. Due to my annual driving performance, I am looking for a car that has “proven” up to 200,000 – 300,000 km. What can you recommend? Achja: Train cancels. By car I am 45min – 1h on the road. By train 4x change and 2.5 hours (simple) Thank you in advance! ~free2k

Buying advice Mazda 121 – the egg
Servus, I gave my BMW a derusting cure in September and for this reason I don’t want to drive it through the winter anymore. In his place a cheap, small winter vehicle with front drive is now to return. My uncle’s neighbor is just selling his wife’s second car, which no longer needs it. It’s a blue-green egg-shaped Mazda 121, built in 1995 The car: -comes from 1st hand (allegedly stainless garage car) -is completely checkbook maintained -has run 116 tkm -HU till 8-2017 He has as “extras”: -a large folding sliding roof -a power steering -a central locking -el. window lift -a 5 gear transmission -8x tyres Should look like a year’s car, but no ABS, no airbag (the data my uncle sent me by phone, I haven’t seen the car yet) 1000,- € -whereby something still works! The folding sliding roof and the absence of all safety features in winter make me worried. I found this article here at MT in the search function.http://www.motor-talk.de/blogs/andyrx/mazda-121-db-das-ei-ist-selten-gewerten-t3891096.html What do you think, the Mazda with its folding roof and missing ABS and airbag is a recommendation as a winter vehicle? Who knows? Thanks for your support. A.
