  • Cheap starter car for 1000-120€

I am currently looking for a vehicle that should take me mainly from A to B and be reliable. It should also be cheap in insurance and maintenance (i.e. low fuel consumption). Of course, it should also have a green badge and it should be a petrol tank. It would also be desirable to have a well-kept interior and a built-in air conditioning system. I would like to buy from private. It’s basically just that you might want me for me. So cars that look promising for the price due to the description and the pictures. I can really judge this very badly because I really have no idea about cars at all. Whether the car is also in order in terms of engine technology and car body, I can then have it checked by the TÜV or the Dekra. Living in Mönchengladbach 41061 I would like to thank you in advance for your help.

  • Beware of used car purchase

Hello together, I got my used BMW three weeks ago. I found out about it at Auto4 you in Berlin. His flagship…..The purchase of a used car is a matter of trust!!! I asked the seller if it was an accident. He said yes and I asked about the scope. Answer: bumper, tailgate and he doesn’t know exactly if another fender got something off. After 2 days I had struggled to buy the car. In the sales interview I was told that I had to buy the car. According to the name, it is a Polish compatriot who operates a renowned trade in Berlin. I get the invoice sent. Yes, I got the invoice, but with the wrong amount. I can’t get the seller to the strip and a call back is not made. Yes, and after a few calls, I got out that my car was a total damage. It was pushed by a truck together. Yes Auto4 you do not register honor and our Polish compatriot certainly not. So BEFORE !!!!!!

  • used sports car for the highway for max 20,000

Hello community, I am looking for a car for the highway. The speed range would be at least 180 km/h – 230 km/h. This should reach the car easily and relatively quickly. The possibility of being able to speed up again at 200 km/h would be perfect. Stoic straight run at high speed safe driving feeling beyond 200 km/h would sign this. It doesn’t have to be a handling miracle for the highway. On the highway it has to shoot straight ahead. 20,000 I could maxim This is why I’m insecure. What could you recommend? I’m quite open to everything (Kombi, SUV, Lim, Coupe). Is it worth a lot more than 100,000km of cardboard, older model, to get more horsepower if you have a good upholstery for repairs? Greetings Skryb

  • Buy Aerox 70ccm or not???

Hello everyone, I’m new here and I have a question right away And I might have to buy an Aerox. So the scooter is only 1km away from me. It was built in 2010 about 15000km. It’s pretty much made up!! It has a Streetrace 70ccm built in. Furthermore, other clutch Vario and so small things changed on the optics like a double optics etc. So he should run quite well papers he also has Drosselung but I don’t know. I also think he has many verses Now my question I actually wanted to convert it back to original, but isn’t the engine completely “sucked out”? I wanted to install new crankshaft bearings then. He only has a larger nozzle in the carburettor so he doesn’t turn so high and thus he doesn’t cover up so high? What do you think I could buy the scooter or rather leave my fingers off? He’s pretty cheap but what would you pay for? Mfg.

  • Replacement for my Twingo

Hello together, I think it’s time to say goodbye to my Twingo I Phase 2. There are currently a lot of repairs to be done In total, the costs exceed the value of the car by far and in addition, there are issues like that my daughter with her 8 years still has to sit in the child’s seat and can not only use a seat increase, because the Twingo has no headrests at the back. Fortunately, it happens that I have paid for overtime by summer bonus, and nd repayment from the gas supplier have a few euros extra available. Specifically, I only know tomorrow / the day after tomorrow what I will have net on the claw, but as an order of magnitude it will probably be around 1,500€, not huge much, but think you can find a nice replacement for it. At the moment I have the following vehicle models (no rating by order): Headrests are in the back, besides technically good condition and preferably no planned repairs, first the wich I would like to have a 4/5 door. I drive around 30 KM a day and maybe 200km on the We, so anything but many KM’s. So far I have discovered the following vehicles and found them interesting from the read: Does this include opinion? Alternatives I should take into account? Greeting Jörg

  • Used car purchase, engine condition – what now?

Hello the municipality, – with me there is a change of driving, in question 1-3 years old with max. 60tkm A4 with 2.8L, MB C220 or E220, everything wg. KOMBI and AHK, the 2 liter engines from VW or AUDI seem to me to be a little too weak for the performance > 170 hp. There are of private, leasing resetters, rent-returners, factory members, etc. All well so far. However, I am not quite sure that with friendly offers cars also motor- (among other things -) are technically checked so that one can If jd can give me a Paas tip here, it would be important for me: how do I recognize whether the engine is “heated”, i.e. usually driven with lead foot in cold engine before or vice versa, turbochargers were not cooled enough. At up to 60tkm it would be difficult for me to recognize. On the tyre profiles/optics of the tires would not be a VErlasse, which can also be replaced by any dealer, is also often done. I usually understand about the technology wa s, but here my possibility ends. Above all, it would be very unfavorable to drive 200 to 300 km to the next offer date and to have something checked there, respectively with DEKRA/expert. gruss and thank you for the contributions in advance

  • Which car is suitable for me?

Hello, my Opel Corsa b has unfortunately given up the spirit (Km-Stand: ca. 200.000). A repair seems not to be possible. There are 2 cylinder head seals through and also in the pistons a very different compression (Riss in the cylinder?). Since I absolutely need a car I ask myself now what makes sense. Does it make sense to buy and install a used engine? I have seen that there is already for 2-300 Euro. Only how long do this last? I drive i What also bothered me with the Opel, that it consumes a lot of fuel because something was wrong. Would that be different with a “new” used engine? Or should I better buy a new car? If so, which one? I need the car both a lot for city traffic and often for highway routes. It should have at least 70-80 (or more) hp but still consume as little fuel as possible and must not be too expensive in insurance and maintenance. What would be nice if it had comfortable seats (would also have to buy comfortable seats afterwards and have them installed by a friend). It should be as quiet as possible in the car. It needs at least a trunk as large as the Opel Corsa b. It should have 4-5 seats and you should be able to sit well in the rear seats (not like in the Opel Astra where the rear seat is very straight and d you don’t have space for the legs) I have a maximum of 7000 € available. I don’t necessarily need an integrated navigator. There are still a few things that are nice to have but don’t have to be: seat heating four rings a foldable back bench to transport even bigger things What I don’t like are cars like: Ford, Nissan, Renault ideas that I have are: A medium-old VW Polo, which is still good in shot A newer Kia (so up to 5 years old) An older A3 Bin ab he is open to all advice and ideas and I am very happy about your help. If I still think of anything, I simply complete it.

  • Everyday combi for 3000€

Hello guys, my wife, my daughter & I want to get us a new car. It has to be a station wagon. We were in the Mercedes car dealership on Friday and are the C class(2012) & E class (2012) test cars. The E class has torn us from the stool. But for us still Audi A6(2011) & BMW 5’er (the new) would be in question. We have to finance the car. The car should hold for 8 years. I think there are no bad choices. First question: Would you go to a bank Then another question: I let myself be told that Mercedes has a lot of electrical problems. I haven’t found out about the others yet. ABer maybe you can tell me which problems are most common with the 3 AUtos. E Class: 220 CDI A6: 2.0 Diesel 5èr: 520d Many greetings

  • Youngtimer for 18-year-olds

Hello guys, since I’m about to be 18 and so slowly looking for cars I would like to know your opinions on various ideas that I have. First of all, I have a budget of about 7500 – 800€, but I wouldn’t be angry about it if it got a little less, but I would still have a little bit of insurance and what happens. I would generally be interested in cars of the 70s and 80s, i.e. Granada, Capri, Rekord D (C would be good but maybe one way to go). My dream car would be the BMW E24, but I think it’s a bit expensive for a trainee or? A garage I would have available, especially many kilometers will probably not come together (working distance of 2 km, which I don’t always need the car for). Maintenance should not be too expensive, but it should not be too expensive for me. because less fuel consumption is important than the cost of spare parts (which of course have to be available for the time being, I would be grateful for advice) or maintenance and of course insurance, whereby I can insure the car on my father, who still has a contract with high SF-Class which will become free, so that should be kept within limits. However, I still have a motorcycle, but it is quite a savings box that should not be the problem. I don’t really know about the car screw, but I’m a trainee mechatronics technician, so in principle I’m not completely unaware of the technical aspect and that my father learned car mechanics in the 80s… So let’s call it learning 🙂 . The car would be moved 12 months a year, although as already mentioned, not very much. So that’s my points: if this is the case… To drive a car all year round, and to kill me afterwards in the maintenance costs or to keep it half-way in the frame? (That it is more expensive than a VW Golf 4 I know of course…). And does someone have special model recommendations? Thanks already for advice!
