  • Selling a car for a vintage car

Hello dear community. I’ve been thinking for a long time if I should sell our Opel Corsa D 1.4 101 ps bj 2012 with 41,000km to buy me a vintage car ( vw beetle ). The Corsa was bought because my wife fell in love with the car, but it didn’t drive anymore because we got our new Ford focus. What do you think of the idea? To me, I’m a diligent hobby screwdriver who has a relatively large garage and does not shy away from any work. Now to yours. Opinion: Selling a relatively new car for a vintage car or prefer to keep the new one???

  • Middle class max 35k

Moin! At the moment I drive a 2013 A4 B8 1.8 TFSI Multitronic and would like something new: no Limousone Good automatic not wider than my current 2040mm incl mirror I drive about 10-15 tkm in the year starting from 170 hp on the screen I currently have BMW 3 Series F31 M package 320d (ca 30,000€) BMW 3 Series F31 M package 320i (ca 33.000€) A4 B9 2.0 S Tronic TFSI / TDI S Line (37,000€ ) Mercedes c200 c220 AMG Line (35,000€) No matter which test I read, the Audi wins. But there comes the juicy extra charge to the 3rd class. r. Then the 3er also has a better automatic / optics mMn The diesel is always 2-3,000 € cheaper than a 2l petrol!? What else speaks for a petroler !? Are there any alternatives from other manufacturers? For tips / suggestions I would be grateful =)

  • Sixt car with daily registration (2.0 TDI 184 hp)

Hey people and sorry that I bother you again.. I came across six leasings today while browsing. Had actually to buy a car for 15k but to me this Sixt offer seems very attractive wanted to hear your opinion about it. My driving profile: Daily: 50km work path (i.e. 100 back and forth) of which 90% country road with 80 trucks followed and 10% highway (cozy swimming at 100-120) Otherwise there will be about 300-500km in the month. Mostly then also country road (lives in the Westerwald) Here’s the link from the car (hope that’s ok)https://www.sixt-neuwagen.de/…/72323?lvkd=G&%3BmodeCalc=V In the appendix you can see what I have chosen and how expensive all this is. Insurance for 100 euros Monthly and 70 euros for the carefree package. Equipment should be almost full hut or? What do you think of this offer? And have you already had experiences?

  • Relatively sporty car for max. 6.000 €

Moin, I’m looking for a new car that is at least half-way sporty and doesn’t cost more than €6,000. It should also be a petrol with a manual transmission. The trunk doesn’t really have to be large (but it can), but it should have space for a 1.98 m driver. sry if I forgot any information.

  • Oldtimer wanted for everyday operation

New idea, new project – the classic car for everyday use! Implementation: beginning of 2017 Budget: 10,000 € Hold time: min. 1 year (if it works, even longer) A vehicle with year of construction 1966-1986, which is to be used in everyday operation. Brand and model do not matter, whereby I want to explicitly exclude the luxury limousines and convertibles this time. So construction type Limo, Kombi or Coupé. Running performance 15tkm/year, all-year operation. Specifications: 1. Spare parts should be well available. 2. 12V-Ele ktrik 3. Seat belts 4. Seats with head restraints or the possibility of retrofitting them 5. A rudimentary useful value in terms of load volume (i.e. purchasing should be possible) 6. On the BAB a speed of 120-130 km/h should be possible at least permanently. 7. H-mark 8. Ideally an increase in value, but at least no loss in value 9. When buying TÜV new and acceptable basis (i.e. at least condition 3) 10. Disc brakes on the front axle would be nice. 11. Semi-functional H iitzung 12. Maintenance costs max. like my 13th consumption up to max. 15l/100km …and stop things I don’t think about now And no, I don’t want a golf, cadet or escort!!! Basically, I already have one or the other vehicle in focus, but would be interested in what you are thinking about. Or is there anyone who already succeeds? Someone who uses an old-timer as an everyday vehicle? What experiences have you gained with it? Greet Frank P.S. when I am there I would also report in detail on this and my experiences.

  • VW Polo beats vs Toyota Yaris Hybrid

Hey, I want to get a new car. At the moment I have a polo beat with 110 hp and DSG in mind. A test drive is planned for Wednesday. Alternatively, I find the Toyota Yaris Hybrid interesting. I looked at it a while ago, but then decided against it because of the automatic transmission. However, since I moved to a big city, I learned to love automatic cars. I also thought about a Ford Fiesta, because the S The most important thing for me is the automatic transmission. Since I drive only approx. 10,000 km a year, only one petrol engine is considered. It should be suitable for the city and not swallow too much. A 3-door is enough for me, because I mostly drive alone. Which car would you advise me to use? Do you have any experience? I look forward to hearing from you. words and advice!

  • Search 4 doory car for the city, should consume little

Hello, I’m looking for a car for my wife. She broke the car to go to work and daughter (3 years old) every day to kindergarten. Every day about 3.5km back and forth. In addition, occasional driving to shop (city) as well as rare (about 1x monthly) drive to a larger city which is about 50km away. So I come to about 3,000km annually. So a diesel isn’t really worth it… My wife likes the A and B class of Mercedes, but an Audi A3 would also be Ok. It is important to me that the car is safe and reliable. It is also important to her that she gets the small comfortably in the rear child seat. We know that such short distances are not exactly very good for the engine as well as for consumption. The previous car was a BMW e91, qualitatively we have been disappointed. Now the questions: What do you suggest? Which engine? What cares? Price up to approx. 8.000€ Thank you for the opinions.

  • Are people too stupid to advertise properly?

I am currently looking for an S5. Many offers are outside of my federal state, so I have to sort out exactly what is in question for me and what is not. And yes, people sometimes seem to be either blind on both eyes or just stupid. The description with the usual copy paste from any internet site. No word about the condition, previous owner or anything else, mainly advertises. Also like 3 pictures from the same perspective, inside needs k You can find out about Google (asked me if I get pictures from the interior). And if there are many pictures, then totally overexposed or so out of focus that you can see nothing. I would be for a quality control on the relevant car sales pages so that people learn that a car sales also needs some trouble. I have already driven about 400 km only to then realize that the seller was too stupid to hold a camera and about all the scratches were on the car. Had to request three pictures but people don’t get it in line. /just wanted to skip me for a moment because I’m going against the line again. Have a nice day.

  • Used cars up to 10,000€

Hello dear community, I am currently looking for a vehicle and therefore ask for your help! First of all, I would call myself a novice (4 years or about 50,000km of driving experience), but certainly not so bad. I drive between 12.000-15,000 kilometers per year, mainly rural road with routes of 15-20 km (?70%), partly motorway rides with over 100 km (?20%) and rarely also in the city. So far I am with a Ford Fiesta year ’98 and 50 P S on the road. I was satisfied, the little one was always reliable, but of course Power wasn’t behind it. But this should soon be over. I have a maximum of €10,000 at my disposal. What I want for it: a car that I can have fun with and easily overtake. What the car absolutely has to have: air conditioning, 4-5 seats, manual gearbox What I would like in addition: cruise control, seat heating, sliding roof, AHK, possibly climate control I prefer to do so first and foremost. I know that I am not doing anything wrong with VW, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, mE and from personal experience also with Ford. But I am open to other convincing arguments! What I have in mind so far: Ford Focus, series from 2010, to 100TKm, 150 hp Opel Astra, series from 2009, to 100Tkm, 140 hp Are these vehicles suitable for my profile or what would be better p As a matter of principle, it should be the compact class. And basically: petrol or diesel with my profile? Turbo engine or rather not? I am super grateful for every advice! Any advice would help me!
