Moin together, on the Internet there are several articles and videos about the decline in value of cars, which always expect a nice 10-15,000km / year. But the unanimous opinion seems to be to buy a 3-4 year old car and to sell again after another 3-4 (before the repair costs exceed 50% of the residual value). What unfortunately I could not find out after a long research: What if I drive 30,000-40,000 km / year? It is clear that here allgem a more money / year has to flow in, but what strategy is suitable here? For example, if I buy a 4 year old combo for 20,000€ with 60,000km and sell at the age of 8 with 200,000km, is that still the best choice or the least evil? 😉 Greeting, Tim

High Small Cars
Hello together I’m looking for a car that meets the following criteria: Drive: Front / All-wheel fuel: More diesel Important: Size: Most possible “small car”, direction VW Golf, Renault Clio/Captur Gearbox: Automaton and the most important: high ground clearance! The car is intended for foreign countries (ex-Yugoslavia), therefore more diesel. The roads are here and there not the best as you know. In addition, there are country paths that are not asphalted. The Renault Captur seems to fit well in this category, do you know any other similar vehicles? Budget up to 10’000€

Replacement for Golf V 1.6 with automatic converters wanted, budget 12,000,-
moin, moin, I have been driving a GV automatic for almost a year now. The car is top in shot, has real 61,000 km down. So actually what you can wish for for little money. If only it would not be so lame for my conditions. I drove over 10 years TDI ́s and it just bugs me on the Atobahn from 140 not really what is going on… In the city this is still good but BAB… I think about giving the car away and what else to buy. Budget is 12.oo,- W the car should have: -small engine with turbo or at least 2 liters suction cup automatic, converter or DKG what works -4-5 doors, rather compact than step tail -no “folder boxes” with bad chassis, especially at high speeds -entertainment with Bluetooth, hands-free device and like Android car (if necessary also for retrofitting) -straff seats and the thick older man likes to enter comfortably, so no “flourers” -if he is small also a SUV does not know if I so far in the circle VW, Seat, Skoda, but they are rather expensive and with DSG. I lack the trust. Thank you for your tips…

New car purchase (day registration) Equipment missing
Hello, I am new here and hope that I have landed in the right subforum. I have the following problem or question: This week I bought an Ateca FR from the Seat dealer as a daily registration. Both in the advertisement (for mobile and autoscout) as well as on the exposé, which the seller sent me was listed with the special equipment the top view (360 degrees) camera. I then assumed that this is also installed. After we went through the documents and I the Vertr ag etc. had signed, I noticed that in the equipment list in the contract the said camera was missing. I then said that I wanted to look at the car again and realized that it is actually missing and only a normal return camera is installed. Since it did not inform me before that the equipment was missing and this was listed in advertisement and exposé, I wonder how I should behave now. After I told her that it was missing, sa I asked to offer me something else instead (e.g. services). According to the list price in the configurator, the TopView costs 570 Euro. After consultation with the management, I was offered a full tank filling (value about 70-75 Euro), which seems to me plentiful little. Is this now culanz from their side or do I have more possibilities and rights , some ra Thank you very much!

Golf VI vs Honda Civic 8 Gasoline
Hi all, I’m a novice driver and am currently looking for a used car in the compact class up to a maximum of 6000 €. This should be gasoline and I care about a small reperture vulnerability. It should also not be so expensive in the insurance. I am 1.94 m tall. The routes I will drive are about 80% city and 20% highway. Currently I am interested in the following models: Honda Civic 8th generation and Golf VI year of construction is 2008-2010. These cars like mi r is the most important in terms of interior and exterior, as well as engine selection: Honda 1.4 100ps or 1.8 140ps VTEC, Golf- 80ps or more 102ps, all pure vacuum cleaners(No TSI models due to problems with the control chain in these Bj) Honda has better equipment at a lower price, but what worries me is the view to the rear. How good can you really look back? Is it as bad as people say or is it just a matter of getting used to? In Golf I find very little 102ps models below 6000 Euro. If you feel undermotorized at 80ps and this is a problem, even if the car has a few years behind it (about 10) so it can be good that there are even less. Which of both models is cheaper in maintenance and just more suitable for beginners. I have heard that the 1.8 140ps at Honda and the 102ps 1.6 at Golf are particularly unproblematic and durable engines. bleme with the Honda (like Mazda e.g.)? Which car do you find better here and why? Thank you for your help.

12 years old MINI One or something else?
Hello together, I currently own a VW Polo 6N2 from 2001 and think about buying a Mini One from 2006. I’ve had the Polo for many years, which is why I’d like to buy a Mini. More precisely this one here:https://www.autoscout24.de/…/…a1b3-16d9-4f24-918f-3651f9740d1d?… HU seems to be new, checkbook stuffed is also and shortcomings were at least not mentioned. My Polo, which has a new TÜV since the beginning of the week, I would also like to hand in at the trade. Is a Min i One (or in particular the listed offer) recommended? What would be a fair offer (x Euro + VW Polo)? Greetings Mike

What little SUV?
Moin I want to buy a new car at the end of the year, it is to become a small SUV. In my search on mobile I have limited my interest to the following vehicles: Renault Captur (TCe 130) VW T-Cross (1.0 TSI) Skoda Kamiq (1.0 TSI Peugeot 2008 (130PS) Suzuku Vitara (1.4 Hybrid) each with EZ 2020. But now I can’t decide. At Peugot I like the interior and it also looks cut from the outside. At Vitara I like the possibility as Mildhybr The Panoroma roof is also great to get id and with four-wheel drive. To my requirements: 2 adults (incl. drivers) and 2 children are to be transported. Hazards are about 1500km per month, at least 40-50% of them in the city. Budget maximum 23.000€. Request for equipment: automatic climate control, cruise control (best possible distance tempomat), lane holding assistant, electric side mirror, start/stop automatic, touchscreen and Android car. Of course also standard things like ABS and ESP, is available for new cars abe r yes anyway. Gearbox: I don’t care whether it’s a switchcar or automatic depending on what there is. I would probably prefer automatic when it comes to other cars that are identical to one another. Whereby I get a little bit of annoyed by automatics on the highway, I’ve got fuel: petrol or Mildhybrid petrol/electricity. Which vehicle of the above would you recommend and why? Thank you and many greetings, Kevin

Car around 2000€ for beginners
Hello, I have my driver’s license soon and I’m looking for my first car. I’m almost daily on mobile.de and look at cars but I’m not sure what kind of car would be best for me. I’m about 20, I don’t have a fixed job and need my money for my start-up, which means that my budget is limited. However, I don’t want to spend three digits on a car that hardly drives anymore or a Twingo, Matiz. I want to get the most for my money. . 1500€ for a car would be super, 2000€ fine but 250€ is my absolute limit of pain. The car should cost as little as possible in maintenance and insurance, and best at least 12 months TÜV. Repairs and wear parts can be re-made would be a disaster for me. I always check in the description whether the timing belts have been re-made, and whether the engine and gearbox are running well. Are there any further things I have to pay attention to, and how many km maximum? 3 cars the I have looked at the Corsa C, Peugeot 206 (or 207) and the Polo. I personally like the 206 most. For the price range I think that the 206 looks very good (inside and outside). I have heard that models have problems with the electronics before 2006 and of others that Peugeots are generally rather unreliable and can cost money. I have not seen many Polos in this price range, and I have noticed that Polos have a weak performance/hub space ratio But otherwise I have heard the Polos are good cars. If I had to decide without you, I would buy a Corsa because Opel has a very good reputation in the field of price/performance and my gut feeling tells me that it is financially the best decision. My head wants Corsa, my heart wants 206, stupidly said 😛 Which would you recommend me? It doesn’t have to be one of the 3, but I don’t want a car from the lower small car category like a Ford Ka or Twingo. And what else do I have to consider when buying, except timing belts and TÜV? Location: Berlin +50km or Dortmund +150km Thank you in advance Sincerely

First motorcycle! Which Chopper/Cruiser up to 5-600€ Max?
Hello all, I know, such a question came quite often. However, preferences and riders are always different I got my driver’s license at the beginning of the year and am now looking for a suitable bike. As I said, it should cost about 500€, at the most 600€. To me (perhaps helps with the restriction): 32 years and slightly larger grown with 1,9m and 100Kg. To my dream bike (helps with the finding): Triumph Thunderbird 1700 (STORM)!! I am away from my price range… Since I don’t have any real experience apart from a cross-machine and the riding school bike, the question for you now is: which good and reliable bikes would you recommend due to my above mentioned information? Thank you very much and best regards Jan

Family car budget 6.000 Euro
Hello Together, as the title shows, my girlfriend and I are looking for a new car, as we expect young people in May. We are currently driving a Toyota Yaris BJ 2004, which we would like to take into account in advance. It is important for us that the trunk is large, reliable and low i consumption and in the insurance. Basically we are not a frequent driver, but around the 6,000/year and drive mostly only in the inner city, so that a petrol can be considered. Today we have u ns already looked at the Ford Focus tournament 1.6 https://www.autoscout24.de/…/…a1dc-085e-400b-a2d2-2042fbdfa3ea?… The car has made a solid impression, only the rear right bumper has some scratches that, according to the seller, are not due to an accident, but general “use traces” by the previous owner (an older gentleman). We would be able to buy the car for 5,000 euros, incl. 900 euros for our current car (is for a Toyota Yaris with BJ. 2004 900 Euro a good price?) To this would the timing belt be renewed. – good offer? From the same dealer I noticed just the Skoda Octavia https://www.autoscout24.de/…/…641b-df2f-458-bdfd-8d519613dfc7?… or this Skoda Octavia https://www.autoscout24.de/…/…d136-d477-4cb0-aab9-617e939e067?… Since I am unfortunately no expert in the area, I would like to know your feedback on the above cars. Are 900 Euro for a Toyota Yaris with BJ 2004 appropriate ? You can also call me alternative cars, room Lübeck, as we are open for further car brands. Thank you.
