  • VW Passat or Audi A6

Hi guys, I’m in a mess right now… So far I’ve had an Audi A4 (Avant u Limo) – 2.0 petrol truck and a Skoda Ovtavia I – 1.9 TDI. Both 2003 year of construction. Now I want to spend about 10,000 euros (+/- 1000) and actually imagine my dream car. Built the Audi A6 4f from 2004-2011. With 2.7 or 3.0 TDI would be great. QUattro doesn’t matter. However, I have now seen that this one is mostly for the 10,000 from 2006 or 2005 and usually has more than 150,000 KM on it. If I then look after my second and perhaps more reasonable choice, the Passat B6 (2005-2010) , I find for mostly around the 9000 Euro one with less than 150,000 KM. Now I have thought to save even longer on the A6 and then in a two years to take one with better year of construction and possibly even the FL. What I want: diesel, space, seat heating, cruise control… rest no matter 😛 What do you think? Thanks for the help!

  • Which car as a beginner?

Hi love community I’m new here I wanted to ask how much PS you’ll find too much for a novice driver. I became on 10 February 18 and wanted to know what you think of the Ford Focus ST170. Because I have to get this first car, but I’m thinking if that’s not too much ps since the ST170 already has 170 ps as the name says it’s just my parents think it’s too fast. What do you think of 170 ps are enormous and unmanageable just like my parents my or are it just a lot where you can say ok 170 ps is fast but not exaggerated. Thank you for the answers LG Andi

  • Sporty car

Hello community, I’m new here and this is my first entry I’m 26 years old and finished my studies last year. Now I have arrived in my professional life and currently earn 2300 euros net every month. Less the currently low additional costs, I have about 1500 euros to save for my own car. I don’t think anything about leasing and financing, so I definitely want to save on the entire purchase price. I also have a bit of foundation on a In spite of the few informations I ask in the round: Which (sports) car is in particular realistically feasible from the maintenance. I definitely do not want to live for a car!! What is not possible, is not possible! Then I prefer to drive through the area more cheaply. To orientation: over 200 hp would be something, for example have found pleasure in the current Seat Leon Cupra. The factor insurance is of course different with everyone, but I think I can because of me in the age and percentages of my father save some money. So let’s go the advice! I am grateful to everyone for a constructive contribution

  • Official Cars Decision

Since I am starting a new job I could choose a service car, which I can also use privately. I will drive about 40000km in the year and 4000km in the private sector. I have calculated as I come to 27Cent per km at the annual service with my private car. (2000€ depreciation, 1500€ maintenance, 400€ tires per year) Now I could also demand my car nehem and the 30Cent per km from the AG. So I would have even made some profit. If I now had a service The car should cost max. 27000€ list price so that it is no longer worth keeping the private car. (4000km per year and with this driving performance 50Cent per km.) Now I have already calculated back and forth, but I do not find a car below 3000€ list price. We can choose the brands BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Peugeot, Renault, Ford, Volvo, VW The vehicle must have at least equipment: Diesel Automatic Xenon Seat Heating ung ACC rear-view camera hands-free system Tinted rear panes I’ve been in contact with: Peugeot 308SW Allure 2.0l BlueHDi 150 Automatic 32000€ Ford Focus Titanium 2.0 TDCI Powershift 34000€ Golf Variant Highline 2.0 l TDI 110 kW (150 hp) 6-speed dual-coupling gearbox 36000€ Opel Astra, Sports Tourer, Exclusive 2.0 CDTI, 121 kW (165 hp), 6-speed automatic transmission with ActiveSelect® 3500€ The Peugeot would get into the price region maximum if you took a smaller engine or only the 308. Have you still suggestions. A polo would fit, but it is simply too small. Renault does not offer the Megane with ACC. BMW, Audi, Mercedes and Volvo are too expensive.

  • Combi, equipment, new car – pro/contra/experience?

Hello together, I am faced with a decision between the cars below as new cars and would like to know from owners of these models which pro or contra points they can call me also especially according to experience aspects. Car is needed for: – family (3 persons) – purchases / strollers – service trips on highway and highway – driving performance from 25t per year Previous car: Audi a1 I am thinking about with a budget of a maximum of 36000 euros between these models: the Numbers do not show a personal direction and are just a list. 1) Vw Passat b8 150 hp diesel, equipment only standard model, business package with navigation 2) skoda octavia Scout fully equipped combo with 180 ps diesel 3) are there alternatives to this? The passat is new, is this a problem that there are still many childhood diseases compared to a Skoda that has been on the market for a year or longer. Or do you think there is another alternative? Thank you in advance!

  • Car for 50000 km/year

Hello community, I am looking for an annual car or used car, which takes me comfortably to work and back and is also suitable for holidays (2 adults and a toddler). My working distance is approx. 2 to 2.5 hours and approx. 200 km (90 % motorway) per day. Annual total mileage approx. 50,000 km. The car should have the following minimum equipment: In addition, the daily motorway trip should be as comfortable and relaxing as possible. I usually drive around the ie 110 km/h and rarely max. 160 km/h. Usually I switched on the cruise control, unfortunately most other drivers rarely drive a constant speed. Perhaps an automatic transmission and a distance control tempomat (ACC) would bring further convenience? My goal conflict consists of as low a total cost as possible (including purchase costs) over the total duration of 3-6 years and on the other hand of maximum convenience (sitting comfort and assistance systems) at the Driving. So far I have considered the following brands and models. But I am also open to other suggestions. I wonder if a car with a quality seal in combination with a used car guarantee from the dealer/manufacturer (e.g. “Young Stars” or “The WorldCar” with possible connection guarantee would be advantageous? Thank you!

  • Economy at New (Dacia Duster) for old (Scoda Octavia)??

Hello guys, I (w) am about to make a difficult decision. 12 months ago I bought an Octavia Kombi Diesel Bj 2007 for 8000 EUR with 120,000 km on the speedometer. Now I have 138,000 km on the speedometer. Costs do me nothing, because I paid for it cash. Now I get slowly “fear” of the possible follow-up costs like the replacement of the water pump / timing belts which is soon to be faced. Due to the age of the vehicle could also slowly but surely also other Di nge. But you don’t know that…. Now I would like to buy a new car with high resale and have decided for a Dacia Duster Diesel for 18000 EUR. Please no rating to the vehicle. I stand on large massive vehicles and it also has a lot of space. Due to the inpayment of my vehicle and monthly rates of almost 150,00 EUR for five years I would have paid off after this time up to about 4000,00 EUR and the vehicle according to dealer still a R conservatively calculated from 8,500 EUR. Unfortunately, the dealer offers me for my only between 5,500 and 6,000 EUR. According to Schwacke ADAC, it stands at 7850,00 EUR. So I would have made a loss of almost 2,000 EUR in 12 months. Advantage of the purchase: A 2 liter low consumption, warranty of three years (possibly I would buy 2 years for 750, EUR to this) Disadvantage of the purchase: A monthly charge of 150,00 EUR which I could afford however and the high loss b a my old man Does anyone have an opinion of you? What would be more economical? Thank you in advance.

  • I ask for purchase advice

Hello I am looking for a car for me and am very unwise because I am confused by my acquaintance circle “something”: “just no Opel or Ford”, ” never buy you an Italian “… I think that you may have more experience and can help me better. First of all to my person. I am female 21 and am still in training. I drive about 200-250km a week. It is very important to me that my car is reliable (I am three years with a polo bj. 2 I can’t spend more than 6000 euros. I would like to have a car from bj 2008/2009 and up to 80t km. A bit of ps wouldn’t hurt me either 🙂 from approx. 100ps. I like the fiat 500 really good only I get here and there with it that it is not reliable and that it is no longer usable from 100t km because constantly something is broken (?!) Maybe you can tell me something about it. I also have Testberi read on the Internet and they are mostly not of the same opinion. Do you have any other suggestions? I would be very grateful about helpful answers.

  • Compact or combo up to 900€

Good day community, I’m looking for a car for my partner and myself. The requirements look roughly as follows: – up to 900€ – up to approx.100,000 KM – approx.10,000 km / year – Petrol – Parking aid sensors rear – Tempomat – Light/rain sensor – Bluetooth I looked around and didn’t find any surprise – VW Golf – Ford Focus as a favorite, but I also liked the Seat Leon. Now the problem is unfortunately that it is a better one and so around the 5- 7 years old is most likely, there are many things that can be regretted afterwards. Actually I tend to a Golf 6er 1.4 TSI, but you hear about problems with the control chain, is this now so serious that you should think about it? are there others besides the mentioned vehicles that are recommended? what else to consider? I hope you can help me something, it is my first own car, so I take every info benevolently and would like to inform me as much as possible. Greetings Adrian

  • Doctor vs. Meriva

Hello guys, my wife wants a new car where you can sit high and there is plenty of space for children in a few years and where you can pull our little trailer (for garden waste and something like that). The Dacia Dokker (115 hp) is available in the Laureate equipment with all the extras available for just under 13.300 €. or the Opel Meriva in the edition version with 140 hp and a few extras such as steering wheel heating, LED daytime driving light, AHK, parking aid back and a few other But it also costs 23.705 €. The main difference with the Dokker are probably the nobler workmanship, 6 gear transmission with the Meriva, steering wheel heating and standard AHK which I would have to have equipped with the Dacia. The Meriva is a run-out model I think there should still be a good piece at the list price, whereas with the Dacia there will probably be little room for manoeuvre. What speaks for the Dacia is the low value loss, because the cars are financed and after 4 years would go away again the Dacia with a lower loss probably better. Of you I would like to know if you know the models and possibly have experiences. I have of course read some reports but really further did not help me especially with the Dacia it seems to be very much on the tester as it stands to the brand in general. So far we have 2 Astras a J and an H, the J is financed and is returned or sold.
