Hello all, I want to buy a used one, currently tend to an Astra Caravan, specifically Built 09, 78000 km, Diesel, costs around 7500 €. But I am now uncertain because of this particle filter history. I’m actually only driving short distance to work, just about 15 km, sometimes further but rarely highway. Does a diesel make sense? Or do I have to expect to have a clogged filter soon? Maybe a stupid question, but I don’t know much about the whole thing. Kram, has always known everything my husband, but unfortunately there is no more…I have to leave his company car in two weeks. At the moment I drive an Alto, which is just too small as a main car, therefore the search for a station wagon. What do you mean? Thanks already for your tips. 🙂

I have a work path of almost 45km per track, i.e. 90km in total (50% highway,50% city). With leisure a mileage of about 25,000km/year. Therefore I want to get a car now. I have now looked for compact cars in the range of 80-100ps. Do not think that it would be so great e to do with a small car or what do the professionals mean? Furthermore, I’m not sure if it would be a diesel or petrol better. What do you think? I want to drive the car for 2-3 years, I think, until a maximum of how many miles should I look at? Have absolutely no feeling for it. Have looked at up to a maximum of 80-100,000km so far. Previous models I have looked at: – Ford Focus – Opel Corsa (I know small cars, but I like them a bit.) – Seat Ibiza ( Shouldn’t I really be reliable?) – Opel Astra What do you think about the selection? Can you recommend another car or completely exclude one of the cars? Hello, I am a young family father (a child) with a tight budget and just looking for a car up to 2000€ (lov less, ~150€ would be ideal), which will last the next 1-2 years as far as possible. I will commute three to four times a week via the motorway to the neighboring city (about 15km), otherwise the car would be used for shopping trips and occasional family visits in the country. I think that the annual driving performance will not exceed 5,000 – 7,000km. Car must be a 4/5 door (in order to get the baby in the car easily) and an air conditioner should also have it (also because of the baby). In case of doubt I prefer a safer car, even if it would be a bit more expensive in purchase and in ongoing operation.
