  • Support in the search for a beginner car up to 1000€

Dear motor-talker, I, 20-year-old student, am looking for a cheap car that costs no more than 1000€ in the purchase. I could also learn a lot with different threads, but now, when it comes to the last step, I simply have no idea. I found 3 cars where I say I might have been looking well but I’m just totally unsure and would be glad about any advice I don’t care which car, especially it costs less than 1000€, best about the 700 ( dream, I know ) , it should have around the 1 1/2 years Tüv, and not in pink or something similar If someone wants to look for a suitable car for me, my postal code is 44623 . These are the 3 cars:http://suchen.mobile.de/…/details.html?… http://suchen.mobile.de/…/details.html?… http://suchen.mobile.de/…/details.html?… I would like to thank you for all the answers!

  • This Eos as a second car?

This is about: http://ww3.autoscout24.de/classified/287342159 Because of job change we first got a golf with the intention to alternately drive to the work and the car picks up the child from the kindergarten. I am 100% sure, however, that I have no desire for every two days (at least) one hour of local transport per direction and therefore look for a second car. It can be quiet also a little smaller and have optional fun fakor (like here e.g. convertible). Working distance with me is 2x20km. The dealer is not exactly at the front door (50km), so I would like to find out possible show stoppers before. With the almost 170Tkm he has of course already a lot on the hump and the equipment at our Team Golf (EZ 2011) is also a bit better. Do you have an opinion about this vehicle? Are there obvious problems? Is the price appropriate? Please look forward to your opinion!

  • Buy enhanced car?

Hello dear people. I (Patrick, 25,) have recently been offered a car. It is an Audi A4 1.8t quattro. Everything kept very nice understated. At least the look. The good got a performance increase to 320 hp and 460nm, from the company Hohenester Motorsport. In itself this is a well-known company that knows what they are doing. The engine was drilled to 2 liters, stronger pleul, piston, cylinder head, downpipe… It’s almost all adapted, even the Getrie My question is : can you buy a car like this without being afraid that it will soon stretch its wings. The tuning has been driving for 70000 km without mucking. Only how long can you take the components to such an extent? The offer would be attractive already, only bring it nothing if the fear of durability is constantly driving along. Thank you for your answers.

  • Family foundation… but what vehicles?

Hi, I hope to get some good advice here in the forum I and my friend are now waiting for our first child. At the moment I drive a 118d and they a Astra f. Both rather not advantageous for the upcoming situation. The following consideration is in the room. I am looking for a combo that offers enough space. My friend should get a vehicle in which she can store the stroller and possibly additional smaller purchases. I thought for myself a budget of c a. 14.000€. In my eye I had BMW 320d, BMW 520d, Opel Insignia or Hyundai i40. Unfortunately I am totally undecided about space and of course also about driving fun and comfort. For my friend I thought about a budget of about 6.000€ so rather in the direction of an older 320d or A3 SB. Since we already think about a second child I do not want to have to look for a new one in two years already Has someone experiences or possibly even suggestions? I thank already now d a I absolutely don’t know any more 😛

  • Flitzer wanted, how bad does automatic effect?

my BMW e36 was a good idea as the first car, but a few things bother me about it and I have, well, “ps licked”. Now I’m looking for a flicker for me, important is: 4/5 door and it should have a good look, i.e. limos like BMW e60, Audi a4/a6 etc. I noticed the Mercedes c32 AMG , only one thing makes me stutzig: automatic my father vomits with his Mercedes E-Class with 130hp about that you just don’t get away from the spot, how can I see but with significantly more PS off? Is automatic still so “corrosive”? I had thought that I would like to spend less than 10,000€, because I am 19 and only have the rags for half a year and I think that it could happen to me times that I make a scratch when parked in or something like that, so first a cheaper where no high harm arises when I walk on a wall. I do not drive long distances, therefore a higher fuel consumption does not matter to me, all However, I would still like to stay in the Berreich under 12l combined.

  • First car, junk box or invest?

Moin together, I recently made my driver’s license. Now I want to close my first car soon. Here I ask what makes more sense: 1. a “scrap box” for 1000-2000€ with TÜV new, which I drive 2 years “dead”, maybe it also lasts a little longer. Here I thought of a small car a la Twingo, Lupo, Corsa, Ka, … + cheap purchase + faster or earlier purchase, since I do not have to save really long + scratches, bumps would be relatively ega l – Risk that wear parts have to be replaced faster – running costs the same as with a newer one, I can put less money aside to buy me a new, better one in 2,3.4 years. 2. a slightly newer car (ca. from 2006) for max. 600€. Here I thought of a 1er BMW, Audi A3, VW Golf/Polo, Seat Leon/Ibiza. + newer + looks better + lasts longer? – Purchase more expensive – Purchase later, since I have to save first – Damage would be very annoying e Insurance and consumption are about the same for both. Would be cool if you wrote your opinions/experiences about it. How/What was your first car? Thank you and best regards, Dennis

  • New EU cars yes/no? Family-friendly city car.

Hello! I haven’t had a car for the last 3 years, but I need one again at the beginning of 2018. Important: Cheap maintenance costs, enough big trunk, no frills (radio&climate is enough, I don’t need more Klimbim&maintenance driving). Vehicle will drive about 8000km a year, mostly short distance under 10km. Now I’ve already shot myself a bit on a Skoda Fabia station wagon. As an EU new car with 75hp, Cool-Plus equipment. Prices around 10,500€. How does an EU new car run like this? buy? Insb. with a more distant provider? Do we order from Amazon? Does the car do anything in itself? I’m only a test in various cars. The Fabia was the best. The Clio Grandtour was also good, however, the trunk is smaller and it is about 1000€ more expensive. Dacia was generally processed to “simple”. Unfortunately, there are no other alternatives with small & cheap cars. Thank you for your opinions!

  • cheap first car with fun (search for the needle in the haystack )

As already written in the title, I am looking for an impossible findable car. To my person, I am currently 17 have my BF17 ticket and want to buy my own car at 18, and thus drive daily to school (20km), to sports and to my mini job. Therefore, the car will be mostly moved in the city or on federal roads. I therefore expect an annual distance of 5000-10000km Since as a student you have not so much money are maintenance us acquisition cost releva The purchase of the car should be as low as 2000€ and when it comes to maintenance I do not have a fixed sum, however, should keep it within limits. That’s how the classics that everyone drives and thus are expensive in the insurance are out. What the car should have: – enough space for a ca. 2m driver – a good compromise of power and consumption ( performance I would like about 100hp ) – a design what I like – as I said, giünsitger maintenance – ABS un d Servo cars that I have in mind so far: Honda Civic EK3/MB3 (because of the VTEC-E engine, which needs about 6l at low threshold) Generally the Japanese should be relatively reliable and cheap in maintenance, however the car is already quite old ( danger of repair costs ?). I find the newer Civics relatively ugly up to the 10th generation. But maybe one of you still has a secret tip. Thanks already in advance, I know that the search will be extremely difficult u and there is no car that consumes nothing, has a lot of power and costs nothing, but I would like to find the best possible compromise for me.

  • Search large, reliable combo under 4000€

Hello together, since my Passat B5 has given up some time ago due to engine damage, I am currently looking for a new car. The most important criterion is the size. Since I often want to use the car to go to Holland for windsurfing, I need to have both the possibility to fix the boards on the roof and to have enough space in the trunk. The Passat was fine there of the size, but would not have I probably drive around 15,000 km a year, but I don’t have anything against a diesel because of the current discussions. The possible driving bans would not deter me. I consider it particularly important that I don’t have to go all the way into the workshop with the car. I want to have a solid car, which is always loyal to me. Of course, I am aware that you can only look at a used car in front of your head, but there are j a with every model so its pitfalls. So far I have especially considered the Ford Mondeo MK3 because it has a good price-performance ratio to offer from my point of view. Or am I wrong? I was actually satisfied with the passat, however, comparable passes always seem to be significantly more expensive than the Mondeos. In addition, on the German roads you see Toyota Avensis relatively often. Can you tell me something about it? Are there other cars that I see in every case? If it’s important: from time to time I drive to Holland with a smaller caravan, if you get the stress-free pull, that would be nice-to-have. Thank you in advance for your answers.

  • Cabrio for my daughter

Hello Forenuser, I have signed up because I hope for new inputs here. I am not a car enthusiast and therefore my knowledge in this matter is very limited. I promised my daughter (20J) to give her a convertible if she creates or achieves certain things. She has now actually successfully mastered this and thus I am willing to fulfill my promise. She absolutely wants a Porsche Boxster convertible. My wife and I have however thought, vo She has only gained driving experience with my Espace and the Fiat 500 of my wife. She doesn’t like cars like BMW Z4, Mercedes SLK, Audi TT, Mini Cabrio or Fiat 500. Would you like any other suggestions? Prerequisites: convertible, new car, gasoline – if possible not too much performance and good safety equipment. h do not have on the screen. lg Herbert
