  • Fraud on the holder’s number, right to return?

Hello together, have here a curious thing, or is rather brazen but now good. And indeed, buddy has bought himself recently spontaneously a Boxster (986) for a narrow thaler. The car so good. I was with him at the pickup and transferred the car by short-term numbers. Does for just under 220,000km pretty good. But would not have been mine, especially because of the 220,000km. Well today buddy wanted to let the vehicle and what comes out? The Boxster already had 6! ! Previous owners. In the purchase contract are 3, seller had mentioned only 3. From Boxstern under 10,000,-€ you should not expect much anyway, but such a brazen scam? Seller (private) also does not go to the phone. I do not know what my buddy discussed with the seller, that he got involved in the purchase, but now well, you can do nothing anymore. Now logically he wants to return the car and logically have the money back, it just goes I’m not so savvy myself in the field of law. VG

  • Sporty used diesel in golf class for 20-25k wanted

Hello together, I am looking for a used car as a replacement for my leased Golf 7 2,0 TDI. This was always sufficient for me so far of the size. I am mainly alone and partly with escort, so a two-seater can also be considered. I have an annual driving performance of 25000 km and look for a sporty car with at least 150 hp for 20000 to a maximum of 25000 €. As a wish there stands for me a diesel with a real consumption ch (large part of rural road) of up to 6l. It should not be older than 2012 (younger models from about 2014 I would prefer) and have run a maximum of 40000 km. The space requirement is limited to the transport of a usual purchase of e.g. 2 boxes of water, also does not exclude a saloon or coupe. The equipment should include at least parking sensors, xenon, seat heating, multifunctional steering wheel and cruise control wheel and maximum navigation, Bluetooth and leather. This depends on the price-Leistu According to the history, the three main questions: 1) Golf 7 GTD (2014) vs Audi A3 2.0 TDI (2014, for optical reasons preferred as a limousine) vs BMW 120d (2014) vs Skoda Octavia RS 2.0 TDI (2014, even if I don’t need the place yet, I still find it good) which of these favorites would you choose under above basic needs? 2) Which alternatives, comparable to the ones just mentioned, should I also choose in Bet 3) How do you see the purchase of an older vehicle (from 2010) from the roadster area like a BMW Z4 23i (2011) or Audi TT 2.0TFSI (2011) at a lower price of less than 20000€? Thank you already in advance for ideas, opinions or criticism of my description!

  • Conscious Waiver of the Used Car Guarantee

Hi together, I collect today a Mazda 2 from 2005 with 107tkm on the clock from the dealer. The purchase price already includes the GGG used car warranty, which is in my view for the popo – I have a very important question about this, I have found feedback about the search about GGG, but nothing about my question. The facts and differences between guarantee and warranty are known to me I think the question could also be quite interesting for other users. n to the GGG guarantee: – within 5 days after handover a review in a contract workshop (I wanted to make myself, at a purchase price of 2700 and the old I do not necessarily see a car to maintain and keep waiting in a contract workshop) – with the mileage only 40% refund on the parts, 100% on the wages – accessories and attachments which are not approved by the manufacturer, let the warranty lose (PKW has tinted disks, converted wheel ioblende for a DIN1 radio and a sports exhaust and therefore I suspect that the warranty will not apply anyway) My questions are: – If I should take the warranty, do I have to use it first in the event of damage? Or can I go directly to the dealer and claim the liability for defects of property (6 months after the purchase he would have to repair the damage completely at his expense, the guarantee again takes over only a part of the costs) – I think about f to waive the guarantee and thereby possibly still 100-200 € from price (since the guarantee in my view will not take hold anyway and if the box lasts the first 6 months, it will probably continue to drive afterwards) In principle the guarantee secures more the dealer than me, since most customers will run any damages over the guarantee instead of going over the guarantee. I consider today at the handover to refuse the conclusion of the guarantee. Or mu ss I take them with me when the dealer listed them in the ad? What do you think? GGG only reaps negative feedback on the net. VG Jakub

  • Which car for 6 months and 20,000 km?

Dear community, I ask you for help, since I need a mobile kit in a short time now and have no idea of cars. On 1.3 my internship starts and there is only one solution to commute with the car. At the moment I am still in my studies, which is why my budget is very limited. Maximum is 1,300€. The car should last at least for a period of 6 months. I have to travel about 3,000 km per month (in the weekdays about 150 km daily). n Opel Corsa 1.2 C (Bj. 2001, 166,000 km down, 55kW/75hp, from dealer, 1,300€) went to the test, but I am not quite convinced whether this is the right solution. What is your opinion? I would be very happy about a few answers!

  • almost new car with (presumably) old tires bought

Hello to the municipality, I recently bought a Skoda, which had a little more than 1.5 years ago first registration and had only about 6,000 km on the speedometer. In the tyre change the car technician measured then only a profile depth of 2.5-3 mm and advised to renew the summer tires! Unfortunately we did not measure the profile depth when buying a car, but assumed that the tires are also corresponding with an annual car. May almost new cars be sold at all with worn tires we rden? Do I have ways to fight it? Thank you for helpful tips! Walden

  • Beginner’s Car Golf

Seas, I have a question and I soon have my driver’s license and now only a suitable vehicle is missing. I have a budget of a maximum of 12,000 euros and thought of a golf only I am not sure which model. He should have already 105 ps and the EZ at least from 2010. Km so about 0 – 40,000. Which model would fit to my requirements in price? Oh yes I also like to see other car proposals, however, a German car brand is preferred. Thanks in advance. Gru ß, Banauke

  • Combi with 150-180 Ps for 15,000€

Good day for a long time I’m looking for a car, it’s not urgent, because I don’t have to buy another car in the next few months, but if there’s a suitable offer I want to know at least what I have to do with it. So now to the technical data: The car should have: -Diesel engine -year of construction 2010, or younger -Automatic gearbox -combi – max. 125,000 km have run I: -drive ~ 15,000 km a year -daily to work – 12 km pr o I have limited myself to the VW Passat, the Audi A4 and possibly the Mercedes Benz C220, so far I found the VW best so far, as it is due to a lot of equipment and relatively low price. Would you decide that way? Is the Passat a solid car where I don’t have to worry about frequent damage? What are the weak points of the car? Would you perhaps even take a completely different vehicle? In general, it shouldn’t be and no less than 150 Ps, optically very good appearance, and if possible also equipment well equipped. Would I be pleased with answers MfG

  • VW Golf or Skoda Rapid ?!

Hello dear municipality of the car fools, slowly it is time, I finally buy a real car My requirements that I put on my new wheel are relatively simple and clear. It must be a diesel due to my daily distance (90km city + highway), it must not cost more like 15,00€ and I should just like it I got out of the VW Group, i.e. once the VW Golf VI or VII (depending on the offer), and the Skoda Rapid /Spaceback. Now I only ask the pros among you, which car you put close to me from the two of them. I drove from 90 hp to 140 hp all times but of course I am enough 90 hp. In the end it should become price/performance as efficiently as possible and therefore I want to ask you which motorization is useful for example* and which car on average costs more, how do I get a problem? e and what should I finally pay attention to when buying. Thank you! * I have read the smaller engines with relatively more PS possibly not hold so long P.S. I have not yet driven a Seat Leon test but possibly also possible

  • Compact class/small car up to 15,000€

Hello dear motor talker, since our Golf 4 after 330,000km now demands his well-deserved retirement I am looking for an alternative. Key data: Budget: up to 15,000€ EZ: from 2014 KM-Stand: less than 100,000 prefers under 70,000 petrol compact class or small cars (sometimes except smart, up and co. and no combo) desirable: Automatic (definitely no need) hazards will be about 20-25k km a year with relatively little highway a lot of highway. So no absolute PS monster must be. Had already looked towards Mazda 3, but there still seems to be the topic rust. I hope you have some great tips and ideas for me. Thank you!

  • New car and the handover of the dear vehicle letter

Hello together, sometimes accepted person A gets his car delivered in May. She ordered it in a large branch office and the delivery takes place at the German manufacturer. The vehicle is paid by bank transfer. The seller said to person A: “We send the letter before delivery to her registration office and there the letter can be taken after registration. If it cannot be taken, I get it at the delivery. One day before extradition, how is the post office supposed to send the letter back so quickly that person A receives the letter at the time of extradition? 2. Question: Can person A really take the letter home after admission? Has anyone ever experienced this before? Info on the sidelines: According to the seller, the letters are ALWAYS sent to the registration office, whether financing or cash payer.
