Good day together, I’m new to this Frorum and I’m asking for help. Just get in front of me…. My name is Claudia Seidner am 38 years old and I come from a small village in Thuringia (Andisleben near Erfurt). I have been with the driving licence since 2000 and have used an Audi a6 of my parents until 1/2 year ago, which is unfortunately no longer possible. So now to the point… I am looking for a small economical car up to a maximum of 1500€ for the work path ( 30 km ) a track. Important is actually only that I have to spend a lot of my hard-earned money on fuel and that I come to work well and safely. I have already looked at some small cars but there somehow find no real car. Vileicht since you please times so nice and suggests me a few small cars in which direction you would go there, sorry I have no idea of cars. I read something about timing belts and control chain but unfortunately have no plan of it. Important i read the following – maximum 1500€ – climate – 6 months TÜV min – small car I am very grateful about every suggestion … Claudia Seidner

Range Rover Evoque vs A5 Sportback
Hello, I’m just thinking of getting a new car. Either one: Range Rover Evoque Pure 2WD 150 hp (Fuji White) or an Audi A5 Sportback 2.0 TDI 143 hp (Ibiweiß) Claims: 1) Reliable (little repairs) 2) Eye-catcher 3) Dynamic 4) Should fit well with an 18-year-old. 5) Consumption and insurance doesn’t matter I own the engine of the Evoque is a Ford engine, right? If yes, should a better engine already be installed in the A5, or are the quality unders chiede nowadays not so big anymore? I know the cars are not alike.

Driver seeks car up to max. 2500 €
Halli Hello, Since I soon have my driver’s license in my pocket or become 18 years old I am looking for a suitable car for me Max. 2500 € Cost. Now things that are important to me for my first car. It should have at most (!) 125,000 KM on it. Since I am a student it should be relatively inexpensive in maintenance. I want to drive the car also for a very long time, start soon with my Abi and in the study the car also wants to be able to drive. It should not be sent so often into the repatur we I don’t need a lot of horsepower, the car is not driven around the clock my school is maybe 1km away from me. The car is rather meant to come out of my boring city and to go away for celebrations on weekends. Now to my target group or wish cars that would be my 1 choice. I tend very much to the smallest car but my wish for my first car would be a Golf 4, (since I also live in Wolfsburg I have to live in the n Mainstream trend with and a golf ride ) no fun but a Golf 4 I would already be my dream car for the beginning. Is it even possible to get a proper Golf 4 for 2500 €? If I am on Mobile.de I find really every now and then quite acceptable but wanted to hear that from you again. Then come Polo and Lupo As a closing light rather so Twingo or Skoda Fabia, but as said I can convince also for another car. MFG

Purchase decision Mazda 5 vs. Skoda Octavia Combi
Hello, look for a family car, budget up to 10,000 € (had already a thread here..) Have my selection now limited to the two models. Actually, I had decided hard on Octavia, but then I stumbled more or less randomly over a freshly arrived offer and read that the Mazda has 5 steering cats instead of timing belts. Octavia would probably become a 1.6er 102 hp (or 1.6 FSI), the said Mazda 5 offer is this here: http://www.autoscout24.de/DetailsTat2.aspx?… (Photos are handed over, car only comes in on Monday..) What do you think? It should be a gasoline tanker, because mostly short distance and probably well under 15,000 km a year. Perhaps even only around 10,000. Pro and Contra which I have noted so far: Pro Octavia: – cheaper purchase at the same age and duration – less consumption – overall cheaper in maintenance – proven VW technology Pro Mazda 5: – control chain – ang ebenlich also a very reliable car – my girlfriend is animalistic about the thing The Mazda is probably also in the front, but is also a van and not a station wagon. Be happy about every comment about both cars. Should I really turn around again at the last meters!? Greetings from Hamburg

Used middle car up to 3000€
Hello everyone, I hope I’m right here. I’m looking for a medium-sized car, which has 4/5 doors (my parents absolutely want it) up to 3000€. I’ve looked at some things and wanted to ask you for advice on what you could tell me about these cars. If you have other offers, I’m naturally happy about it ^^. I’m a student and the only one in the family with a driver’s license. That’s why I need both my parents’ needs and mine. For me it would be important that the car from the maintenance would be good. I had an accident a few years ago and am therefore at 125%, so I try to find one that doesn’t make me poor in the insurance. In itself I probably won’t drive often anyway, because I have a ticket. Actually I don’t need a car, but my parents absolutely want to get one so that it is there. Well, I can’t do anything. What can you say to the Almera? And what about Daewo? I don’t know anything about it ^^ I hope you can help me, because I don’t know myself so well.If you have any questions, I’m here.So these are the cars:Opel Astra *1.6*KLIMA*SCHECKHEFT*TÜV/AU 06/2015* Opel Astra 1.6 Edition 100Opel Astra 1.6 Elegance,LMF,Winter wheels,TÜV 04/2015 Nissan Almera 1.8 Comfort Navi Opel Astra 1.2 Selection-Climate-Euro4-1.HandDaewoo Lacetti 1.6 SX FROM 1 HAND WITH EURO 3 NORM Opel Astra 1.6 Selection / Incl. 1 year GW-G arantie

Is there such a thing? Short and practical for quick shopping; convenient and safe on long distances.
Dearest ones, as a small town dwellers with miserable public transport and bad railway connection we have to get something every day (2 km to 25 km). As Großmama/-papa, whose acquaintances and relatives live far away and are gladly visited by us, we want to continue in the future comfortable, cozy (as far as the interior is concerned), fast (but not faster than the average) and safely long distances drive. Protzig does not matter any more. An SUV should not be. It should no longer be so la But I don’t want to hit the roof with my head and demolish the dashboard from below with my knees. My wife and I just want to replace two vehicles (Clio of Renault and E-Class of Mercedes) with one. Is there such a thing?

Golf VI or Audi A4 B8
Hello together, since my current car is not really useful I have to buy something better (eg FIAT GP Bj.05 – 77PS). Since I do not want to make the same mistake 2x, I thought that I will borrow some money to buy something qualitatively better. In my search the following vehicles were in the eye: – VW Golf VI 1.4 TSI (122hp or 160hp) – Audi A4 B8 (160hp petrol) Of course you can hardly compare the cars themselves, but I would like to give you an opinion requirements: – >100hp – No family – Sporty driving (as best as possible with the Fiat GP) – Sparfuchs (only spend money when it’s worth it/ fun) – zZ. Viehfahrer (>70km/day) – will soon be on ~20km/day redu. – much better quality than with the Fiat GP Of course I’m also happy about other suggestions, compare, experience or anything else that can help me with the selection.

Lots of KM or a lot of loss of value?
Good morning, as the purchase of a new car is due, I would like to discuss whether a car with many KMs is not simply more economical because of its small purchase price than the counterpart with few. The following theory: Since I like big cars, which are year 1999 – 2004 have 300hp and are of Audi, BMW or Mercedes, it is not easy, in the spoilt of choice. You see again and again copies with 250,000km around 700€. Between flashes times a few with 70.0 00km, which then cost exactly 14,000€. But maybe you should choose the KM giants, because better honest 250,000km than fake 70,000. Then comes the 7,000€, which one saves at 250tkm, should not eat up, purely theoretically, within the next 5 years. Since the value does not fall much more, there are again fewer costs to be recorded. My current BMW E32 has just 403,000km down, the engine was the last problem he had. Like door lock, seat heating or the petrol pump. What is already certain, the current gas system is taken over into the next one, because certain components are wear-free and save about. 1200€. This means that the next one costs about 2000€ to build it on gas. When changing the operating costs from 20 to about 12€ / 100km, which amotizes the conversion already from 25,000. Greetings Lon

W 203 Limo or A4 B6 Avant Diesel?
The two of them are already mentioned in the title. At the Audi (only Avant) both available diesel engines are in question and at the Mercedes (only Limo) of the 200, 220 and possibly also the 270CDI are in question. At the moment my tendency is towards Mercedes because of a steering chain and the avoidable longer running time. However, the rust reports in the W 203 pre-MOPF generation scare me a bit off. I find the 1.9TDI somehow e twas undermotorized, just like the 200CDI with 116hp. On the other hand, the 2.5TDI and the 270CDI will probably cost me too much in the tax. I would be very happy about a few (experience) reports!

Porsche Cayman/Boxster (981) or Audi TTRS (8J)
Hello, I would like to finally buy my first sports car. It should be a used car from 2013 with max. 70,000 km and manual manual transmission. Here you have to invest around 35 to 50k €. The Porsche Cayman has been my dream car since it came on the market, but the current boxster also appeals to me. As the only competitor only the TTRS could assert itself. Now my question: The car is supposed to be my only car. I drive around 15,000 to 17,500 km i m year. The car should be relatively reliable. Both have their mistakes, but I can’t find a final hanger to steer me in one direction or another. What do you think? Thank you and greetings
