Bad experience in the car purchase or aftersales service of Carpark / Sixt (sixt daughter): 4.5 year old Skoda Superb with 89,000 km bought. After almost 5 months the gearbox gives up the spirit and has to be completely replaced. Damage of 5.500 EUR. Addressed to material defects liability of the dealer the argument runs just as follows: – car had driven at risk transfer (= purchase), in addition, one would now see no obligation on the part of Carpark since irge I would have been able to buy an extended warranty from Carpark. Now, unfortunately, there is nothing else to do for me. – to the liability for material defects or the subject matter of reversal of the burden of proof, is first repeated above and by the way, I should have understood, even if he (sale manager of the branch in Frankfurt) would perhaps even see the privately similar, it would be clear that he now has the interests of Carpark maximally vert After a written request to improve and set the deadline of more than 2 weeks, you have to check the case and the estimate of the cost of your own technicians and claim that this must have happened because of the misuse of me. Incidentally, I have driven a lot in a really short time and therefore you can do nothing. On my objection, that this is true with the kilometers, but he has to realize that with these routes one has to largely in 6th place. In the meantime Skoda himself explained himself kulantly and finally takes over almost half of the repair costs. To this the car park employee explained relatively unwoundly then, that one had checked “Kulanz” also internally, but one would not assume after such a damage now anyway, that I would ever buy from Carpark again. Therefore one would be there there This rather adventurous view of customer service and quality promises makes sure that the prejudice “needed car dealer” is confirmed once again and with the “never buy more” the employee is certainly right by now. I think in itself that there can be a problem everywhere, it always depends on how a company deals with it. But maybe I have a problem with it. This is why I am forced to reject all of this argument and to hope that the customer will make any formal mistake, which would allow Carpark to take full responsibility. I am forced to advance money and to spend a precious lifetime on this, and that it will be possible for Carpark to take full responsibility for the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage caused by the damage to the damage caused by the damage to the damage. In the end, the case is now with the lawyer and it will clear up about this way who gets right in the end. All things that I had hoped that this would not happen to me at a “big” and supposedly professional dealer like Carpark. For me in no case ever again. At least here the car park employee will be right.

Car purchased with promise 6 – 8 weeks and will continue to be delayed
Hello friends, my brother ordered a car in the car dealership at the beginning of March. There it was 6-8 weeks. After the 8 weeks, my brother wanted to pick up the car and was then stopped again. There are delivery difficulties, he should still wait until June. At the end of June he asked again, nothing again. At the end of August it would be time. Now he has received mail, the car can only be picked up in November. We do not know what we should think about it, have you possibly calculated un d see if you get a cheaper new car somewhere or even an EU car. Must the car dealership in such a case then announce that it is an EU car and is it normal to be kept like that ??? I haven’t experienced such a thing yet, because when I got my new car, I just had to wait 6 weeks.

Diesel or petrol at 8000 km per year
I can’t decide between diesel or petrol, normally one would say at 8000 km a year definitely a petroler. I am however unsure. Advantages petroler, Citroen VTI 120 – No soot particle filter – No turbocharger that can break – Lower taxes – 1000 Euro cheaper than a comparable diesel Disadvantages petroler, Citroen VTI 120 – Full power first at 5250 min – Higher wear, lower life – Higher consumption Advantages sel, Citroen HDI 110 – Low consumption – Full power already at 1700 min – Lower wear, higher service life Disadvantages Diesel, Citroen HDI 110 – Higher taxes – soot particle filters – Approx.1000 euros more expensive than a comparable diesel Bottom line, the diesel would pay after about 4 years, the further, for me also very important is the driving fun with the diesel more than with the petroler, because it already has at 1750 min full torque and the petroler only at 525 0 min you don’t drive in everyday life anyway. In everyday life I usually drive a petrol truck between 1800 and 3000 min.

Sporty coupe for 56k wanted.
I recently won a lottery prize of 56431€. I would like to invest the money in a new car. Prerequisite: – Coupe/small sedan – Sporty/luxurious – Full cabin/equipment – European/American brand – Winter fit – Luggage compartment volume for at least 2 beverage crates – Back bench really usable in an emergency – not undermotorized – Sound (no electric drive and engine sound by loudspeaker but by exhaust) – good handling – Automa tik/double clutch transmission – suitable for everyday use as the vehicle should be used every day – Reliable – Qualitative sound system in the interior – Not too deep, you should already come over the curb. I would be very happy about a few suggestions. Alfa Romeo and BMW like me best in Europe.

Purchase advice: Budget approx. 6000,-
Good evening together, after I had already been able to benefit a lot as a “member reader”, I now have a specific question that I would like to get rid of. I had a Mercedes S202 C180 from 1998 until recently. The car was a dream, except for Gevatter rust. Unfortunately, I had to reject the car due to massive rust problems, now something new has to be done. I have relatively clear ideas, which I try to formulate here: My driving profile: – approx. 10000-15000 km/a – next to trips to relatives and holiday trips daily work path about 20 km easy – I consider myself a relatively defensive driver, the C180 I moved with about 8L What is important to me: – Reliability (!!!): I like uncomplicated engines (e.g. non-charged 4-cylinder suction tube injector) and durable gears. The S202 C180 has been here for me the measure of things, except LMM nothing… – Control chain – Hand switch – A car, on which you can work yourself simple (e.g. brakeb eläge) can do without having to connect a PC – because I am “Larternparker” and the car is also moved in the winter in salt and snow, a galvanized body would be an advantage, after my S202 a little “rust damaged” – A nice interior. Again, the S202 is almost perfect in my eyes. – Since I often have to transport sports equipment, a not too small trunk would be important (or the possibility to fold the seats over), but does not necessarily have to a Combi be – green environmental badge What is not important to me: – from 0 to 100 in… – final speed, but 150 you should be able to drive already – consumption-optimized drive concepts (with 8L/100km I can live well) – electronic helpers, cornering light, etc. (ABS and possibly ESP completely enough) Optional: – All-wheel drive would be great, since I would like to ski more often with the car Financial: – 6000,- would be feel-good area, 7000,- absolute pain limit These are so in large measure me ine ideas, now I am very curious what suggestions/tips you have for me.

Seat Leon Cupra or BMW 3
Hello everyone, I’m new here, and I need your advice right away. I know that you can’t compare the two cars mentioned above directly, but I still want your advice. I would like to buy a Seat Leon Cupra 280 with DSG. I only need the car to work and to have fun from time to time. I drive around 15km easy distance and sometimes four or two children. The car is then occasionally left to my wife, i.e. we fa We exchange our cars occasionally, depending on what happens. And that’s exactly where the problem lies. My wife doesn’t want a seat but rather a BMW of 3. She tries to make me a 328i tasty. I configured the Cupra once in the net and come via an intermediary on about 31k. I have been offered the BMW as an annual car with automatic and good equipment for 29k. Therefore the budget is about 30k. Which car would you the Buying the Cupra as a new car or the BMW as an annual car? Or alternative: how can I make my wife taste a seat? Thank you for your answers in advance. Markus

Advice on “In-the-closer-chosen” cars! Request for decision support!
Hello, as can be seen above it will be time for me for a new car. At the moment I drive a Volvo S60 T5, which is now supposed to move for a new (needed) vehicle. It takes approx. 1000€ and in the short choice I have already taken a few models: Opel Corsa OPC Opel Astra OPC Ford Focus ST Seat Leon Cupra Volvo S60 R Volvo C30 T5 VW Golf 5 GTI (but probably out) VW EOS 2.0 I’m also open to other suggestions. It’s important for me that it “just as” snows l is like my Volvo T5 (250hp). Unfortunately, this automatic and I would like to drive a switchcar again. Maybe one or the other has already had experience with some of these vehicles or knows another “flatter” that fits into my frame! 😉 Couldn’t decide yet. To this end, you have to say that I’m just about to test all of them once in a while. Are there any tips on what I should pay particular attention to on some models? And how do you see with tuning The way I know myself, the original performance quickly gets boring and I want to be sure that the car can withstand a (not excessive) chip tuning.

Find sleepy combo up to 2000€
Hello guys, I need your opinion. I am looking for a station wagon, cheap up to 2000€ and ideally still with TÜV and with little mileage. I drive about 15-20000km per year, think a petrol tank is enough for me. The car does not need to have 150hp either. It is important for me that you can lie in the back to sleep (with folded seats of course 😉 ). I am 1.82 m tall and my girlfriend good 20 cm smaller. We want to take the car mainly to travel and it should be in d We live in Berlin (10559) and Leipzig (04275), but not only search in the immediate vicinity. Would also be willing to pick up a car Germany-wide if it is a reasonable one. I have already stumbled a bit in the forum and stumbled over the following models: Opel Omega B 2.0/2.2 16V Ford Mondeo mk3 Maybe also the Toyota Avensis combi (possibly a little too short to set up?) Here maybe a few examples I found:Opel Omega Mondeo mk3(Rentner-)Mondeo What do you think of the proposals? Maybe you also have a completely different idea? Thank you in advance

Desperate people are looking for a car.
Hello dear forum members, unfortunately I have to admit that I don’t really know about cars. I have acquired my driver’s license since Wednesday 11.03.15 and I just can’t get any further. I’m not a big car expert, but I’m still a car fan. I’m M/22. A buddy of mine works at Renault in a contract workshop and there is the possibility that I get the Renault Clio TCe90 cheaper, due to employee discounts. n big Renault fan, but rather tend to German cars. In addition, I apply as a starter and therefore the insurance will be quite high, with a new car. (As a second car with my parents, is still brought into experience) Now of course I stand a bit stupid, because there are really thousands of models. To me: single, no children, no pets ect. I don’t necessarily need a car with plenty of space now. That should be more like a city car. In addition, it should not fall apart every few weeks. So, if you have experience, I would be grateful if you could help me. I always liked the following models and are currently on the test track. Price limit for the used car would be around 10000 – Audi a1 – Vw Golf, Polo – Renault Clio 2014 – Nissan Juke (I love this car)

What is the best car for bad drivers?
I’m just thinking about which car is most likely to go in this direction: Conditions: Misuse by the user prevents the car by itself. It’s also great to park in narrow gaps, also on the mountain. No matter which car park, you know, you get in and out well. On ascents it doesn’t roll back. It not only flashes and beeps wildly, but if you do something “wrong”, then a text note in the display is in German, e.g. “Gurt Creating – Passengers”. You can’t: * forget to turn on the light or turn off a flasher * forget to turn off the radio or the interior lighting, if you turn off it * forget to keep the service dates * forget to drive HU * with too low air pressure * forget to release the hand brake when driving off * forget the key in the car * forget to lock the car * the refueling is very easy and also “fool-proof”. You can’t lay the tank lid. It is not possible to fill the wrong fuel type. But: if the trunk fits, then the fuel also fits. Parkremplers prevents it. Small parkremplers put it away with little damage to their own car and the accident opponent. Even with long service life (e.g. 2-3 months) the battery does not discharge substantially. The car still starts. At the same time it should also be suitable for long distances, e.g. 600 km in 6-8 hours. It can park outside. (so without maintenance loader) E s is a four-wheeled car, registration class M1. It remains affordable with a new price of up to 30,000 EUR. New cars or used cars do not matter. In case of breakdowns/interferences/uncertainties you can call for help without having much knowledge yourself. It has to be buyable today, no future concepts. So basically a car for “fearful” or “dispersed”, for “bad drivers”. Basically a car with built-in driving instructor. A car for people who don’t like driving a car and see it as a mere means of purpose to get from A to B. A car that comes closest to piloted driving. Target group: beginners, little drivers. But those who want to afford it because they earn enough money with their normal work. I’ve already thought about a few things myself, but wanted to hear your opinion.
