Hello! I need your help because I absolutely don’t know what to do…. To our situation: -We have a Mondeo MK 4 Kombi (BJ2010, 125000km, 2.0TDCI). -My daily way to work is simply 30 km (14km highway, 16km highway) -previous defects at the Mondeo: throttle valve changed, DPF was once closed and was cleaned We now need a second car for my wife, and our two kids (4 months and 2.5 years young) for the following: -short distance to the children’s ga Rten, 4km easy -shopping -max. distances of 15km Now we are faced with the decision, either a car in size Focus, golf etc. as gasoline for my wife and children or I buy for the way to work a small car (Polo, Fiesta etc) as diesel (or yet petroler?!) and my wife has the Mondeo and thus also a lot of space for purchases, children etc. However, then the Mondeo as diesel hardly pays on the short distance, or suffers as the diesel engine not if it hardly, or just gets really warm on weekends? I personally have no problem driving to work with a small car, because the combination is basically overdemented for me to work alone…. Do you perhaps have the kindling idea for us?! Hope you can help us…

Which car suits me best?
Hey guys, I’m going to be 18 soon and would like to buy my own car now… I don’t have much money, but I don’t want to wait a month. My budget is about 140-1600€.. How do I imagine my car? Well, it shouldn’t be a small car right now.. I’d like to have a station wagon or a limousine. The car should be reliable and best never require repairs. Okay, that won’t work out, but honestly: I’d like to have a car or a limousine. to what usually comes with low repair costs and where I don’t have to visit the workshop every 3 months. Furthermore, the car should have ETWAS power and also after 300-400 km not to make sluggish.. Most of all, I would like a diesel because I drive almost only long distance.. I already have ads like Ford Mondeo Built 2004 180.000km Diesel 130PS 140€ or BMW 318i e36 116 hp 196,000km or also Renault Laguna 1999 145,000km gasoline 125hp.. What do you think about it? Me in No. 1 Kanidat would be the Ford Mondeo tournament… What do you think… Do you know other cars in this price segment of time I will have at least 2 years what without having to put hundreds of euros in the repair? Mfg Diesel

Family car with large boot volume and low fuel consumption
Hello together My husband and I would like to buy a car. We expect our 1 child soon, a second would be planned for the future. It is our first car and we are both complete newcomers in this field. Since my husband needs a large trunk for the work it would be good if the car has a large trunk volume or you can increase it. It is also important to us that the car consumes little fuel and is not too harmful for the environment. I have now estimated about 12’000-20’000 km per year. With the costs we would have thought up to max. CHF 20’000 / Euro about 18’000 (occasion/new, doesn’t matter) Which brands can you recommend? What would be better? Petrol, diesel, hybrid, …? Thanks already for your answers.

Kombi Purchase
Hi, we’ve been surfing the net for a long time and need tips. We would like – child on the way – to exchange my Mazda 3 sport with a station wagon. Since house was built, little budget, we dachen so at 15-18 tds. Used station wagons are heavy, since mostly 3 years in the area and around 100,000. There will soon be costs at the Mazda was also cylinder head seal, timing belts… We thought of Octavia or Auris Touring Sports. Around the 110 hp, diesel or gasoline. Tempomat would be great. we offer an Auris Touring Sports Diesel, 112 HP, TS Active EUR 15.900 08/2016 with 30,000 km allegedly demonstration car. I saw 5 rock hits on the bumper when I looked at them. They would just be overrun, that’s all Toyota dealers can do. My question, so take it? 30,000 KM in 1 year I find a lot. Better tips? From the new price we have seen that all compact combinations are in the Liega. Used there are many Octavia and Golf Variant, hardly any Auris Touring Sp The other brands play about the same price league new (Pegeuot, Ford…). Best regards Martin

Not everyday beginner car
Hello Community, I am 18 years old and have been driving my driver’s license for almost 2 years. I have lived abroad so far, and I had a (scratched) Vauxhall Corsa there, but I don’t want to take him to Germany, where I am now starting to study. When searching the car search websites for small and compact cars with TÜV up to 2000€ (my budget) I only found boring polos, Ibizas and the like. I just find such cars too boring. I would like to have a small car that is not everyday, smart. Do you know something suitable? The key data that the car should have: Construction time: 1990-2006 (late 80s also ok) Petrol (because of environmental zone) from 80hp Two or four-door, that doesn’t matter. Small or compact car (must also be able to find a parking space in the city) Minimum 9 months TÜV and reasonably reliable. Budget: 2000€. Nothing boring everyday. Thanks already in advance for e Help! Texasdriver!

Vehicle for small budget?!
Hello, after a study break I am on job/training search and have some conversations. Unfortunately I live in the country (village) with bad connection to the public transport. So far I could use from time to time to the car of my Cater, but my mother, difficult relationship, undermines the agreements, therefore causes me great problems. Therefore I would need a car for the small purse up, ideally, 2,000€, maximum 3,500€, less is better. eug should be reliable, at least 2 years without major repairs mobile, and also cheap in maintenance. Also in insurance. In case my father (SF 22), does not want to insure itself, unfortunately not improbable. Manufacturer spits keien roll, only requirement is a power steering! I realize that this is not optimal, but unfortunately ultima ratio! Do you have ideas?! Thank you in advance!

Comfortable car for commuting for 5000 EUR
Hello, I’m currently looking for a new used car, which is supposed to get me to work reliably. I’m currently driving an old BMW 5er, which probably won’t survive the next TÜV without major investments. That’s why I’m looking for a successor, which should last for the next 3-5 years. As far as driving comfort is concerned, I’m quite spoiled by the 5er, which is why a small / small car or any folding box is not possible. Lots of curvy cross-country routes, many climbs (rural area) – Lots of highway – Some city traffic I am looking for a car in the compact class or middle class that meets the following requirements: – Budget: 5000 EUR, if it has to be also 6000 EUR – Not sure Whether petrol or diesel, I would simply search for both – Compact or middle class, Schrägheck prefers, but step tail is also ok – A certain degree of comfort, does not necessarily have to get to the 5s, should However, I don’t want to be too “hard descent” – reliability, good parts availability, free workshops possible (no exotics). I urgently depend on the car here in the country, longer waiting times / workshop stays costable money, as I then need a rental car – No rust susceptibility – Appropriate motorization (from 120 hp depending on weight) – Combi would also be an option, but I find most older models too ugly – Quality and longevity – Brand / Mo dell doesn’t matter, but shouldn’t be too exotic I’m currently not sure how to limit my selection. – From which year of construction? I thought so from 2004 – How much km? From 125k? Thank you very much for your recommendations!

New station wagon (diesel or gasoline? / Euro5 or Euro6?)
Hello, I am new here and hope that I am right with this topic in this forum. If not, I am grateful for hints. Now on the topic: So far I drive a Volvo V40 D2 (2012). Since in January family growth is imminent and my wife is also driving a compact car, I would like to buy a station wagon. We still have a dog and are often on longer routes in private. Due to the wide distance to work (one tour 100 km, of which approx. 7km country road, 8km city and 8km 5km of motorway) I come to about 40,000 – 45,000km a year. So far I have driven with my diesel half way cost-effectively. But since the topic is cooking quite hot, I am now a little confused and notice that the sale of the Volvo is a bit slow. At the beginning of my research I have seen many great offers for the VW Passat Variant etc.. They had all Euro 5 standard. Now I live rurally and only have to drive 3-5 times a week to Bremen for work. The journeys can be counted on two hands. So far I thought that I could take a car with Euro 5 again. Now a dealer advised me not to do so. Since we are currently building the budget is also limited, so that no new car is possible. Up to a maximum of 13,000 I can look. There is Euro 6 in the combi segment rare. In addition, I want to switch to an automatic transmission. So far I had mostly na because of the kilometers of the year it should already be a car, which is not already at well over 100,000km and can take part for a few years. But I am anything but the specialist and there are certainly other robust engines!? The resale value is rather secondary, but to give away of course I also have nothing and therefore not quite unimportant. How do you see the whole diesel topic? Do you have a tip after what kind of car I am no It would be good if the engine could create the 300,000 (clearly that you can never predict it) I thank you for your tips and suggestions.

Reliable vehicle for regional transport tasks wanted! Budget 3-4000.-Eur
Dear forum community! I am now looking for an adequate replacement for my S124. The following criteria should apply: 1. Practical – suitable for small transport tasks + AHK. (must not be a transporter – combo is sufficient) 2. Application area mainly short distance small town/country 3. Does not have to be beautiful. (from appearance) 4. Should be cheap up to max. 3-4,000.- Eur and thus hold ~ 3-6 years. (per year ~1000.-) 5. annual km performance ~ 5000km 6. Robust, maintenance-friendly or not Very susceptible (wear parts like brakes, tires,… except – can I do it myself) 7. Spare parts rather cheap – as Japanese/Asian traps mostly out – at least my experience in the past! Now I have already looked a little and considered the following: 1. Fiat Doblo 2. Chevrolet Nubira 3. Nissan Tiida 4. Citroen xsara Picasso Is Astra/Vectra Kombi or Citroen Xsara Picasso what? What recommendation do you have? What is it worth paying attention to? (There are also innerhale) b of a model better and worse engine variants,…) I’m a little helpless – because I don’t really have an overview on the market! (What is problematic or reliable?) Thank you very much for helpful tips!

The time is ripe, I want a new one from the u. middle class/compact. (used)
Hello people! I am born in the middle of 30, on the coast, but have been living with Stuttgart for many years. Since I have two children, I bought a Renault Kangoo in 2011 (2010). So far so good. I don’t need the space anymore (cars, etc.) and want more comfort equipment and above all more economical. In which direction should I orient myself if I am looking for a economical, very reliable vehicle (whereby the Kangoo dbzgl. also did not disappoint me)? Automatic gearbox, climate automatic and cruise control must be and of course with 4/5 doors. (where I would like to go in Right Fliesheck instead of “Golf-Form”) Budget 20000€. No diesel. No Super useless vehicle. Clearly over 100hp. I have no idea what I should/could buy, what fits in the price frame, am brand-free. I stay stuck again and again with the Toyota Prius III, is also due to the fascination of the technology. ” are larger (Skoda Octavia e.g.) and probably not more economical than, the Kangoo, which runs 8 liters on 100km short distance/city. Which vehicles from the last 4-5 years would be recommended? Thank you for your answers!
