Hello dear forists, unfortunately the search did not quite bring what I hoped for. Therefore I briefly describe my problem: Since recently I have a new job and therefore have to drive 45km back and forth every day, i.e. about 90km a day. With trips on vacation (my parents live 250km away) and visits to the parents then I come in the year at approx. 27-30k km a year. So far I drive a Seat Leon, which is quite good, but from 120 starts drinking like the proverbial Seem I am looking for the right one, under the following conditions: A car for 30,000km per year, which with no major trouble probably lasts 4 years (you never put in it) , to drive the 100 Ps, proper trunk and ,,passig” whereby I mean with a spassig a crisp chassis. I love to drive curves and have nothing against it, if the car also goes like that I want to exclude Italian and French cars, which are partly very nice, but since I trust My budget is 7-10K €uro. The car should not be older than 10 years if possible. Search region is within 50 km around a large city in the Ruhr area, which starts with B. For your tips I would like to thank you already in advance and answer questions, if any still appear.

Purchase advice: Golf 4 TDI and Alternatives
Good day, I come from near Frankfurt and came across the following car: Golf 4 TDI What do you think of the price, I expect that the timing belt has been changed but worn off tires are included. On the 5 picture you can see a crack in the seat next to the sidewalls. Besides, I wonder what is to be seen on the left above the floor mat, something worn. . Nevertheless 5 doorrs, seat heating and sports seats, my budget up to 500€(for repairs is still about 500-700€ left), exactly that, w I have been looking for weeks/months. I find many Golf 5 models, but from almost always 190.000KM, no sports seats, almost always only 2 doors and no seat heating from 500€ Nuremberg is already a long distance, 250KM, so I ask you professionals before I go there. I am grateful for any opinion.

Newbie’s looking for something Japanese
Hello people, in advance: please move the thread, if it is at the wrong place, don’t know me here yet and my question is more general, than especially to Nissan. So I’m 18 years old and hopefully will soon make my driver’s license, if I find the time to do so, make me think about the first car. In addition, I want to live out my “Japan car fetish” and learn to make something. I don’t have a budget, because there is the possibility that me in father sells his Renault Megane and we then share the “new” car. However, I prefer to stay independent and therefore buy something cheap. For me it means cheaply around 3000 €. That would be my budget then, after all, I want to leave something for the “individualization”. I would like to have a Nissan S13 200sx or maybe a Subaru gc8, but both are over 15 years old. It is hard to explain, but I have the problem that I z I’m sure that the safety is miserable from such old cars, I hope I’m wrong. What about reality? Would it be better if I bought a Golf 5 for example? Had I thought that I would buy a “first car” and, by the way, an unregistered Japanese cart to screw. Or would I be overthrew with costs? Find such information nowhere on the net and would be very grateful if you would inform me about the “reality”. LG

First car wanted. Better fancy, especially and rare, than fast, economical and golf
Hello, my father and I are looking for a first car for me. The requirements are perhaps a bit strange, but for me (us) important. My father passionately collects Ford Taununs from the 60s. These genes I have apparently partly inherited. 1.) The car is supposed to be something special. No “10 years old golf”. I prefer to drive a little slower on the road but a rare car, I prefer to consume 12 liters of petrol, than less in a 10 year old Twingo. 2.) Automatic! I know that the search is massively limited, but there’s nothing else to discuss here. 3.) Price: Since my father pays and cars also likes everything is under 10,000 in order. Of course also dependent on condition, etc. Own ideas: Our current favorite would be a Ford P7 b 26m as a coupe. This looks not only hammer, with its 125 hp is still on the go completely flott and always has power steering and Automa tik.http://i.auto-bild.de/…/Ford-26M-Coup-304×202-f305648be5846bdc.jpg We also find 30 years old Audi 100 interesting. But otherwise we are open. Have your ideas? Thank you, NJay289

Kia pro ceed GT and alternatives
Hello together, can someone tell me a little bit about the Kia pro ceed GT? Speak your own experiences, it is worth it with the car to buy, or should you rather leave your fingers off it? I like it very well optically, also the equipment at first glance seems to be quite ugly. Only the consumption of 7.4 l comb. comes to me a little critical, since I return 100 km daily. The quality should probably be good, otherwise they would not be so convinced and would have a 7 km. I hope you can give me a few reviews, as I am totally inconvenient. Perhaps a Ford Fiesta ST, VW Scirocco, Ford Focus CC, Opel Astra GTC would also come into question. Maybe you can also give me a short statemant for the vehicles, compared to the Kia. I would like to thank you in advance 🙂

Search for new long-distance leisure “Kombi”
Hi together! I do various leisure activities, in which I have to drive more often and sometimes also a little bit more to transport. So far we do this with a Citroen Berlingo year 2003. I bought this in 2004 with virgin 7700km and drive it actually far too long. Now, 280tkm later is time for something new. We move in January/February 2018, for which I want to use it and then leave. At the price want to stay under 20k€. I don’t want any H ochdachkombi more. Diesel, I don’t know. I’m not directly affected by an environmental zone, but often drive in/through which. My Berlingo is a gasoline with 75hp. Was not at that time stupid but also not clever to buy the 1.4i instead of the 1.9D – consumption almost the same, cheaper in the maintenance and environmental zone no problem. Today I could use the diesel premium div. manufacturer, I would have bought the diesel at that time. So I now have a worthless petroler, which no premium and me I don’t like the Opel Astra. I would prefer a “European” or even a German car. I also like Mercedes C-class T (S204), but I don’t think there’s any price in it. The interesting vehicles only start at 20k. I would like to check the 130hp at the performance. What I absolutely want is a new car. I would like to know if I could even make a new car possible. Automatic air conditioning, the rest is rather incidental as long as radio and steering wheel are available. Automatic transmission should not be included in my price range anyway, is not necessary either. Gladly as new as possible. Which vehicles should I prefer? Thanks for your tips!

Engine damage on the transfer after 90km
Hello together, I have a big problem: I bought a Saab 900 2,3SE convertible from Privat, BJ 1995, 197,500km with brand new TÜV and AU. The car should be completely OK. In the preliminary interview and the display was given: “Cylinder head seal is made”. There was a first meeting with a short test drive. Here it turned out that the roof did not work perfectly. There was also a somewhat strange, turbine-like noise at the cold start, which after The seller said that he had the car for 4 years and that this sound was normal. He also referred to the fresh TÜV acceptance and some minor repairs in a workshop – everything from the day before. “Cleaning, driving, having fun, there is technically everything in order” was the announcement. We agreed that the seller should repair the roof and we then meet again. After two days I got the message that the roof is now better than the roof. I live about 120 km away and the seller in a very rural area. We arranged that he would pick me up at a train station about 50 km away from him, which he did. He came up with the Saab and I was surprised that the car seemed somehow nailed – I have been driving only diesel for 30 years and found the sound too familiar to get a deep shock immediately, but would have the sound of a 2.3 liter Be The seller, who came with his neighbour and was quite sympathetic to me, said that he did not hear anything unusual, the engine was fine, he had now also driven the whole track without any problems. We drove to him home – first through the city, then highway. 20km before the finish I took over the steering wheel. The car pulled reasonably well, braked well and was surprisingly quiet in the interior. I brought again m a perception of nailing into the game and seller and his neighbor referred to the steering chain, which after almost 200,000 km could not work completely noise-free. I thought: The car was just in the workshop, has been examined and is over 20 years old… I am paranoid and small-carried… And bought and made me on the way home with the thing. After about 1 hour and 95 km drive at 120km/h through night and rain suddenly rapid power loss and While I was still guessing what might be going on, sudden massive noise of the very unhealthy kind from the engine compartment. I was just at the height of a motorway descent and could still take it. In the descent all the lamps were already on, the engine was off. The friendly ADAC man meant only: bearing damage. Shit. Contract was standard form with exclusion of warranty except with gross negligence and intent. How do you estimate this?

Car(s) for work and every 4 weeks fun on the highway
Hello, 1. I don’t know if the post is right here, maybe it also belongs to somewhere else. So, now my “anxiety”. I would like to collect some ideas and everything is allowed. The following situation: Work path of 12km city every day + 2x the week shopping car is necessary, since publics too far away and life can’t be organized differently, zb without car shopping. Every month a weekend it goes where and there it also likes to crash (so 160 – >200) on the highway. Str The 500km are rather rarer. Let’s say there is a budget of 10000 €. As we all know, city driving and crashing do not leave on the highway without compromise. A car which has a lot of power will consume in the city a lot of fuel, a car which is economical in the city does not pull a herring off the plate on the highway. So what do I do? I had thought of the following: I buy a rattling cart for 2000€ with which I drive to work. e only has the most necessary and for 8000 € a fun cart for the weekend… and now you. Fire free. VG

Used cars up to max. 3000€ (as low as possible maintenance costs)
Hello I have registered here and hope for constructive advice My old car has broken last, repair is estimated to be about 800-1000 and TÜV/HU is due at the same time. Since the car is a family takeover and also a van and less for younger people, in addition to relatively high insurance, I am looking for something more sporty and should also be cheaper (monthly the car tax and insurance with the old Zafira has more than 1000€ per year therefore approx. 85€ monthly It is also important that he is still at least 1 rather 1.5 years TÜV/HU has, green badge (which mine did not have) and otherwise no special features (about something like a normal system and MP3/Bluetooth I wouldn’t have to be happy but of course). The car would not be used regularly, because about 8000km p.a. how about one of the following offers (like optically with best in the price segment): Just found #ebay ads https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/…/664894978-216-1049 Just found #ebaykleinanzeigen https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/…/675889275-216-2096 or should I put a little more on it or a two drawers deeper and then a less used and old car that is solid? thank you!
