  • A student and a convertible?! Is he totally crazy??!

Hello, yes this student I am. How come? Shortly after my departure from home I bought an old Astra 1.2 75 HP limousine. He is economical, but he costs me extremely much insurance and it’s no fun to drive him After a few other tortures it was clear: it was with us. The time was nice, he helped, but at some point each way separates. Because I also want to have fun driving again, I am then on the snap idea to come, My “dream” would be an MG. TLDR: Astra away, Cabrio should come. Now the two questions: Why I register here, if everything is already like this: Are there other convertibles, with a similar equipment, which are about in the price class of the MGs (~400€)? I found in my previous research only the “usual” suspects. (Ford, Opel, Fiat, Smart, VW, …) I don’t want such a thing. I am also looking for a car, which you don’t necessarily need to buy a car. I want to have fun with it again. And: To a more general question to the convertible drivers among you. Does it even make sense to own such a car as a “main car”? I always do shopping on foot/by bike, I don’t move again so quickly. Or is there something important that I see here? So, those were my two questions. LG Approximat

  • Urgent question – car consumes oil – buy or not?

Hello together, I looked at a VW Polo BM 1.6 from 2010 at a private seller and also drove rehearsal. Since the message “Engine must run” appeared in consultation with the seller I had the car read out at VW. The reading did not result in a mistake, it seems to be all right. I also noticed that the car consumes oil. The last oil change was 13,000 km ago half a year ago (the car is now at about 110,000). The oil was at a minimum. So 1litre on 13,000 km in 6 months, that’s a lot. What do you mean? What could that be? Especially because the error did not result in anything. Do I take a big risk if I buy the car anyway? Bzw. what could it be and how expensive would a repair be? Actually, I would like to have the car, but I don’t know how to estimate it with the oil. Thank you very much for your help!

  • Well maintained “Rentnerautos” prefer not to buy ?

Hello, the question is whether well-kept “renter cars” with a few kilometers have just been taken care of dead. According to the motto, who rests the rust or in other words, when I go to the gym 2x weekly, then I am used to it and it runs well, 1x in a month and I have animal muscle aches. I had bought half a year ago a Ford Mondeo year 99 with 80,000 km from an old lady, sheckheftgepflegt everything best at the test drive. r car was very happy at first. Hardly 4 weeks later I had the first problems. Central locking defective, ignition cable and ignition coil defective, gasoline consumption suddenly increased to 13.5 l in the city. When I surfed so little in the forums, I noticed that there were many posts from well-kept renter cars that made a lot of problems a short time later. Of course I drive the car a little more sporty, but can it be if the car is moved little, this is more prone to wear ? So should you rather buy a car, which has been more burdened, meaning has more kilometers down or is it just a coincidence that everything suddenly gets broken after the sale and possible way different way of driving. • Which of these two vehicles would you recommend to me?

Hi, I am looking for a new vehicle for me. I am 20 years old and currently drive a 320d E46 with 150hp BJ 2003. I can’t decide between the BMW 335D and the CLA 220 CDI. I have my experiences with both brands because I currently own a BMW myself and since my parents drive an E class 200 CDI BJ 2009 and a GLA 200 CDI BJ 2014. With the BMW clearly the 286hp is in the foreground. If there is a BMW 335d E90 will be looking for an from BJ 2009 under 100.0 00Km (price approx. 25000). With the BMW I would be afraid to put a lot of money into the car directly after the purchase (new turbos etc.) At the CLA it would become an annual car with AMG Line (price ca. 30000-35000). At the CLA likes with the optics and of course the interior equipment but there I would probably have the problem with the 170hp. I know it is 20hp more than I currently own but I have already driven several times with fast car and I like it very much. On finan It doesn’t matter to me where the CLA would cost of course a few thousand more. Soo now your opinion which of these two rides would you recommend to me and why? Greetings

  • Sporty or reasonable? Possibilities – 10 max 12k

Hey… I’m currently thinking about selling my BJ 2006 Seat Leon 2.0 FSI a rough appreciation would be nice at first. He has 85k km down and many extras. On well-known sites, the roughly between 7-8k€ is realistic? I live in Hamburg and feel the car prices in the north are slightly higher than in other regions? Well, for the actual time I get 7k for my seat, I have 3.5k so lying around. Can I scratch a little more together if necessary. n few clues I live as mentioned in HH and drive mainly in the city, therefore my first thought was to buy a Leon only with a few PS less ~110 and less run and a younger BJ. Mine runs great, but I think it is still quite a lot of value at the moment and I get a worthwhile upgrade for little price. I am still quite young and do not need a large car golf size is quite enough. However, another car has smiled at me what mic h very appealing and already tempting is and that is a 1 BMW 123d bi turbo with 204ps. Probably not a smart decision on the budget? I would have to take one with high-looking mileage 100-150k km down. What I wanted to avoid, because I fear upcoming repertures at my. Therefore, I am open for suggestions first.. Thank you very much!

  • Let Laguna go of Mondeo o.E.

Hello sales-specialists, for a friend we are looking for a new vehicle. The cash register is thin. Maybe 8-10K. The current 2002 Laguna should be gone – only trouble with the box. He absolutely wants a combo. I only came up with the Focus and Mondeos in the price range. What do you think of this? We need an uncomplicated cross-country runner.http://suchen.mobile.de/…/details.html?… Thanks and greetings Andy

  • New car Mercedes

Hi alle zusammen I’m currently driving a Mazda 6 Sport kombi bj 05 Benziner/lpg with 166ps which has reached almost its 200000km and is thinking of buying a new car, but doesn’t know what to look for and so you can help me a little bit. I’m thinking of getting a c or vlt even an E class but unfortunately there are many models. In the C class I find the newer model where the screen is built into the console more appealing than the old Mo dell. I don’t want to do without comfort and equipment and what should be a standing heater. Since I drive only 20km to work I have thought of buying a petrol truck again, but would rather have a diesel for the purpose of standing heating and consumption as I drive even further distances. I am curious about your answers and would like to give more information.

  • SUV purchase advice

Hello everyone, it should be a Hyundai Tucson. However, it became an i30, because the vehicle (Tucson) seemed too big for me. For a long time I love the VW – T -ROC, which I would like. If one looks at the prices however, one comes into doubt. The basic prices go, but if the corresponding accessories (equipment etc. looks at and chooses, then one easily comes to the EU 30,000 or more. Swallow !! From an AUDI Q2 Not to mention which one I would like to see. Different online offers that I have looked at offer a lot of discount, of course, if you also get them from the respective dealer. You want to give the current vehicle in payment.

  • Kia, Subaru or maybe Mazda…?

Moin together, since we would like to send our VW Caddy 1.6 / year 2009 in retirement, we are looking for a SUV/crossover for 3 people up to approx.27,000€ (the Caddy should be taken into payment, then some savings and the rest as financing). The following vehicles have come into focus: – Kia Sportage 1.6 DREAM TEAM PREMIUM+ NAVI LEDER (24,500€) – Subaru XV 2.0 Mj. 2018 Comfort (27,000€) – Mazda CX 5 (26,000€) My annual mileage is approx. (City, highway, mixed highway). At Subaru, the 5 years + 3 years connection guarantee, the automatic and the good performance in safety appeal to me. At Kia the guarantee and the price incl. full condition. The Mazda optically agrees to my wife, I have not worked with it yet. Which vehicle would you recommend me?

  • Recommendation for used cars with reasonable equipment

Hello! Since my Corsa C is now at 242000km, it’s time to take care of a new vehicle. The following conditions should be met: – maximum 350€ (less is welcome) – maximum 150000km – should not look like a girl’s car. (i.e. Fiat 500, nissan mica, Lupo,…) And now the most important thing: Since I am a great music lover, the sound of the system should not be grotesque. By that I don’t mean HighEnd. I don’t want to screw anything. Explanation: I find the Corsa C (Bj 2003) system great! (no way, normal factory speakers). The system in the Polo Fox (Bj 2005) of my girlfriend is unacceptable, in the Nissan Micra (Bj 2004) it is partly ok, but does not come along with the Corsa. So in this area we move in sound. From the type I would like to have lower middle class, so Astra size. But small cars also come into consideration. So far I was always on the Opel rail in search but I ask I don’t know if there are any other brands that would meet my criteria. Unfortunately, I have no way in this haystack to find out which cars have a tolerable system. So. And now you come into play. Does anyone know which cars in this price range have a reasonable system from factory? Please don’t give any clues that you “have to install XY in any case to have a good sound”. As I said, the Corsa is completely sufficient in this respect. if a “acceptable sound” is very subjective. Therefore above the examples, maybe that helps a little. I would be very grateful about answers of any kind. Thank you in advance, xbertix
