  • Spritzy small car for commuting

Hello, I’m thinking of the 2007 Ford Ka that brings me to work with something that’s a little less small, lame and loud and primitive. Classic by a car of the Polo class with 90 – 100 hp. I’ve considered so far: VW Polo TSI 90PS Skoda Fabia TSI 90PS Opel Corsa 1.4T 100 PS Ford Fiesta Ecoboost 100 PS Mazda 2 90PS Renault Clio 0.9T 90PS (the Renault has the advantage that dealers & workshop are right next to my work, but the engine has Hyundai i20, Kia Rio (only when the new engine generation is available. The current ones don’t speak to me) Seat Ibiza TSI 105PS (has unfortunately still the old control chain motor) Fiat 500 (I would be kind of fun, but the 2-cylinders are too rattled and the base gasoline is too weak. Toyota Yaris (in this I can’t sit comfortably – I’m pretty big and fat) Dacia Sandero (does not beat me, even I would drive that kind of thing. s is the only engine acceptable to me of the 90hp diesel. Thus he loses part of his cost advantage and at least in terms of the simplicity of the ambience, he is not more comfortable than the Ka. The main purpose of use are the 2 x 25km daily work path, mostly via highway, but also other everyday trips. Larger cars for long distance / transport tasks are available. In my desired configuration the candidates cost at present without big differences approx. 16.0 00 Euro, the polo of course a little more. Which would you prefer? Or did I miss a possible candidate?

  • Combi for the parents 17,000€

Moin moin, my parents are looking for a station wagon. Since it is more the case that I have more budget than usual, I wanted to ask forum what treasures there are for approx. 17,000€. Approx. because 15,000€ available Audi A6 should be given in payment. Wanted car: Combi color simple automatic parking aid Navi Klimmaautomaik no Franzosse rear bench has to be folded back completely. It should be traveled to the vehicle, camping. Room Hamburg To my parents: Both Over 60 years, rather quiet drivers. No way to get to work. 50% highway 50% city A6 from my point of view are too big, are more often bugged Ca. 10,000-15,000 KM a year Are not very familiar with cars or don’t want to deal with them Definitely dealers, because I can’t always be on site What I thought about, medium-sized station wagon, about 140hp petrol. Petrolers I would take because in the end quite a lot are driven in the city and then also short distances. My three I would suggest to my parents: BMW 318i Ford Focus Tournament 2.0 Volkswagen Golf Variant Comfortline 1.4 TSI I’ll leave it that way and hope that the information will be sufficient.

  • Car for 60km highway per day

Hey, I’m starting my training from September in a city 30km away. I’ve already saved a lot of money and then in May I want to buy a car for my 18th birthday, which I will also use to get to work. Price is 4000-500€ at my disposal. If I have to, I can also borrow an additional 1000€. In my opinion, a small car is enough, but in no case as small as a VW Up. Rather in a Golf/Astra. I don’t really care. I did a bit of information, of course. I don’t want a Skoda Fabia, I don’t like it, I don’t like it. I was advised not to do a great A class. To the equipment: at 60km a day. Diesel or petrol? It shouldn’t be the biggest soap box with 75ps. Some driving fun or a “splashy” car should already be in it. In addition, a cruise control would be nice, but not absolutely necessary. What models can you recommend to me? I thought of an Astra from 2007 or a Hyundai i30 dear greetings Fabian

  • Audi a6 c7 avant or Mercedes c class t model s205

Hello, I would like to buy a used car in the near future and have enough space for the planned child, therefore the combination models. I would like to buy the two models from the manufacturers so a young star or Audi used car plus are similarly expensive in the purchase. Now I have been standing between the two mentioned models (diesel) for a long time. I have no idea about the space available, the appearance and the maintenance costs of the cars! I also turn to you here, because on the Internet there are only comparisons of the respective class and here upper class on middle class trift. Can you tell me a purchase recommendation with the pros and cons of the models. LG

  • Wrong car delivered, questioned for further action – Nissan Micra

Hi, everybody, I’m sorry if I’m now posting in the wrong forum but as an absolute layman, I’m just baffled. My mother bought a Nissan Mitra Tekna a few weeks ago as a daily registration (price at about 16,000). It was also explicitly stated in the purchase contract that leather seats should be delivered, which was an important point for my mother. On the day of the transfer, the seller knew nothing about it, and so my mother had to bring the purchase contract again. (downright) seller is a manufacturer’s error, and the leather seats would probably be far too expensive for the price. As a reparation he proposed three variants: -Winter tyres worth 800 euros -comparable demonstration cars -or withdraw from the purchase contract Since I am not very experienced myself and my mother (also due to her age) is doing relatively hard with the decision, I wondered if anyone here in the forum might be able to solve this problem. only winter tires I find relatively little, but I can’t judge it… Thank you very much

  • BMW E92/93 335i or Audi A5 2.0TFSI or Audi TT 8S 2.0TFSI

Hi, I’ve been trying to choose a car for months. I’ve increased my budget a bit. I want to spend up to 35,000. There are 3 cars to choose from, I just don’t know which one would fit for me. The features mentioned above should have at least the respective models.BMW 335i E92/93 LCI (DKG, Navi, Harman Kardon, leather, …) Pro: great sound, open as convertible, lots of power contra: interior looks old, high consumptionAudi A5 2.0TFSI Sportback Fa celift (quattro, s-tronic, MMI plus, B&O, leather/alcantara, …) Pro: looks very noble, looks reasonable, more practical because of 4 doors, chic interior, low consumption Contra: probably little sportiness (224 hp, high weight)Audi TT 8S 2.0 TFSI (quattro, s-tronic, MMI plus, B&O, leather/alcantara, …) Pro: Everything looks very up to date and new (dyn. flasher, virtual cockpit), nice sound, driving pleasure, maintenance costs Contra: loss of value, no possibility to take someone with you To m ir: I usually drive alone, 1 times a month maybe the opportunity to take someone with me. Driving fun is important, comfort but also. 60% city traffic 20% country 20% AB Can anyone please tell me a few things about the cars? What’s good, what’s bad? I just don’t find any pros or cons that outweigh at least one of the cars. I think everyone is equally good, each has something I think is great, but nobody unites everything. now finally know which one I will buy. Please help me. Carlo

  • Which little sporty car for 8-9000

Hello I need help with a purchase consultation I am an instructor and am currently still driving around with my scooter, even if I am over 20. So I could save about 9000 for a car. Now I want to get a fancy car at the end of May. The training ends on 30.9 and has already a fixed job afterwards in the public service. I am interested in: the Audi A3 / sportsback facelift 2009 model prefers the BMW 1er 118d/120d facelift 2007 model or hyundia i30 / Suzuki Swi ft ach and the Audi TT 1.8T although they have also run a lot mostly, but the engine should be good I probably drive 10 km to work at the new job .. but also move and then live 70km from the home. Of course then I like to drive more often to my home, or I accept Job 2 and will not move at first, but 30km to work. Actually I am an Audi fan, it was also my driving school car .. but I do not know which engine is solid. The offers The Bmw I find super sporty, unfortunately I haven’t driven yet. But I actually find nice 1er bmws in my budget with good equipment. The hyundai i30 has my best friend. Great car. Only I don’t have 109 hp/99hp. My cars had so far always around 100 hp and I would like to go higher times. 130 – 170 also because I will move to Rhineland Palatinate Navi I would like to have and start and stop. Insurance is I FS 5 or I got the overwritten now. I would like to know with which car I can have long fun or which engine is not so vulnerable

  • Used car advice Opel Kombi for camping:Astra H Caravan or Signum/Vectra?

Hello, I would need your knowledge to decide which of the two Opels offered to me is better suited for me. My specifications: 1)large trunk so that our spacious tent, camping chairs, table, gas cooker,… and everything fits in for camping(folding is okay, as we are only two), many short distances plus once a year to the campsite (Bodensee, France, Italy) 2) petrol 3) maximum 7000 Euro These two models were offered to me: From our workshop: Opel Astra H Caravan, from 2006, checkbook maintained, TÜV until early 2019, 180 000 km, but in front of everyone, for long distance use, is still inspected, with guarantee and price about 4000 Euro, from the workshop of our trust with air conditioning, without winter tires, varnish has many light scratches (I don’t care). Plus net separation for dogs (I don’t use). By a friend: Opel Sigma/Vectra, 2008, not checkbook maintained, from third hand, only 104 000km, from private, with air conditioning and winter tires, only 3200 Euro. Lack still top, interior seems bigger, trunk much smaller. I tend to the Astra H Caravan, because the trunk volume seems bigger. But can I buy the 180 000 km still calm conscience? And because I don’t know about cars at all: is the difference in insurance, safety and fuel consumption big with the two models? Is my first car, have had a driver’s license for 11 years, but have not used a car in the city so far. t. The Vectra is newer for this, has less km, but is without guarantee and of private. What do you think? And are there other things I should pay attention to? Thank you, Jindanasan

  • Warranty Gearbox

Good day, I have some stomach pain because of my used car bought on 05.03.18, which I took over from the dealer on 08.03. After a few days I had to find out that it vibrates from a certain speed (height stroke), in the trunk tank some water collected and then a buzz or grinding noise from the engine area came to it. I then brought my car to the dealer on 15.03, which could not detect anything and then the car to V W. On 22.03 I picked up my car again from the VW workshop and no one could notice anything. The noise became worse and worse over time and oil ran out of the engine compartment. On 06.04 I brought my car back to the dealership, because the whole became too dangerous for me, as I had already suspected, a leak on the Multitronic transmission was detected. At VW you filled 2 liters of oil and the dealer wants to repair the rest himself with a seal. I’m afraid that my gearbox has been damaged during the whole time or maybe even before, because you have clearly heard that there was a little dry rubbing on each other. What can I do there? Can I have something signed or given in writing, what exactly everything was done with the indication that it is a guarantee, is there a pattern? He says he can’t give me an invoice. Is therefore extending my warranty on there s Gearbox ? He wants to replace the tyres (because of the height impact), just like the underrun protection that is not available, which is too expensive for him as a new part at VW. When the repair is done exactly, is still in the room. They compacted the trunk. Vehicle data: Audi B8 3.0TDI 204PS Multitronic Year 03/2013, 104.000km I just don’t want to sit on the whole cost afterwards… :frowning: Thank you!

  • Search commuter vehicle for about 50TKM / year and less than 10k€

Hello community, I am also looking for a car for my wife. This should only serve for way to work, therefore there are few requirements for exteriors. It should be as reliable, comfortable, comfortable and have enough power for the daily ride on the highway. So that the loss of value does not hit too much on the account it should also cost less than 10,000€. To the mandatory characteristics of equipment include: cruise control, air conditioning, seat heating (women), BT hands-free So far, the focus is on cars of the compact class and diesel engine (EUR5 / particulate filter). Are there vehicles/engines that can be especially recommended here? Which ones should be avoided? So far, the offer of online car exchanges has been positive: (Search criteria: up to 10k€ / >80tkm / <90PS / Diesel EUR5 / Cheque booklet submitted) Volvo C30 D2 Hyundai i30 1.4/1.6 CRDi Toyota Auris 1.4/2.0 D-4D VW Golf / Skoda Rapid 1.6/2.0 TDI I have something basically forgotten? I think at the annual mileage will not lead any way past a diesel. Thank you in advance for your tips!
