This is the first time I’m writing something here, otherwise I’m just always reading with you, but now I need your help. The whole problem started with bringing my car to the TÜV workshop last week. A friend of mine is a workshop master and looked at the car again 2 days before the TÜV appointment. I got TÜV, only he said that I should get rid of the car before next winter. Was actually also clear to me, because this winter already before r bad as right was. I do a school education and get finished in the summer. I have already found an employer and I will have an entry salary of 1600-1700 € net, at 13.5 monthly salaries. However, since I want to leave Hotel Mama now and have to get new furniture etc., it is difficult to save on it. Now I’m not quite sure what to do. I calculate with 900-1000 € fixed costs without a car. Now I prefer an old car for 2000€ I tend to the old car because I don’t want to start with debt and I really like old cars. Your opinion?

“desperate” good allrounder up to 800€ searched
Hello, dear community! Now we’re also looking for a car.. And it’s not easy for us at all. At first we wanted to get a 7-seater like a Touran or Zafira of the middle generations (from 2005/6) because we use quite space-accommodating children’s seats(reboarders) (by the way are soon a family with two children), until we found that it would also be possible with a 5-seater, which is just not small in the interior or has no small rear seat. This was then a BMW 320d/318 Touring from 2006. However, we are not sure about it, because you always hear that BMW is carrying quite high maintenance costs, especially if something breaks down.., although some report that you only had to change wear parts in 10 years and did not have to make any real repairs….(a dream) Sofearful I hope you can share your experiences with us…I just tell you everything that matters to us… our budget: up to 800€ important: Diesel, from 140hp, enough space, appealing optics, reliability, as little as possible loss of value I can drive as far as possible if the car is worth it.

How do you let your cars take care of?
Can’t separate me from my car and have two left hands anyway. Should I keep my car at Ford’s staple, at ATU , a free workshop? These are the offers I have at the moment. Ford wants to have between 400. Atu just had a week of action where they want to have 288 euros for everything including a motility guarantee when working according to the manufacturer’s specifications. How do you keep your carsY. Do you always drive to the Marjenwerkstatt? U am I talking about the owners of cars that drive their vehicle for more than 6 years? Do you know a reliable free workshop in Dortmund plus surroundings? Interested in winning another satisfied customer? Can you recommend someone to me?

Engine Question and Gearbox
Hello together, sometime in the foreseeable future I want to get something new. I want to have something about the 200hp, but economical. I drive 20tkm/year, easy drive 45km, only highway mostly. It should be automatic, but such a direct switch. BMW offers engine technology as one of the few also diesel in the segment, which have this power and not immediately install a 3 liter engine. Only I don’t really look through here. There is 204hp, 218hp…., with a 1er it was a 2 Lite. r Engine with the same power in the 3rd a 3 liter engine. I would try to take a 2 liter engine, because a 3 liter is simply more expensive in the maintenance. In the gearbox a new 8 gear seems to be quite good, how do I recognize that? At the silver knob, on which the “P,N,D” designations are on the canoe, instead of next to the knob ? I wanted to spend between 15-23t, yes is a big span, but if it makes little difference, I also take an older one.

Small compact or large small car with boom^^
HI, I’m just selling my Mondeo 140PS TDCI because – I and Frauchen have a new job. -> no longer I 100KM but Frauchen only 17km per track – her the Mondi is too big – a diesel on these “short distances” is rather unsuitable. Now a new one has to be that: – somewhere between Fiesta and Focus – performance does not mean such a big descent – best automatic – three medium cat baskets can accommodate on the back seat belt. – 4 doors Hatt e thought of Honda Jazz or A-Class (169), but the JAZZ has only 100 hp and the A200 Turbo is unfortunately not made for its performance. I think of only the Corsa GSI (without automatic) spontaneously. Do you have any tips?

Purchase advice First car, approx. 20,000 km/year, lots of highway
Hello, since I will start my training in autumn and want to commute on the weekend, I am looking for a suitable car. Every week I will drive about 450 km, later more, so that I will drive 20,000 km a year, probably highway. Since I will only become 18 shortly before the start of my training, the insurance is expensive accordingly. However, with the insurance as a second car over my parents SF 1/2 is possible. I have a budget of up to 8 000 Euro available, nice would be e, if the running costs (insurance, fuelling) are also relatively cheap. I am looking for a not too small car (Polo is too small – rather golf size), which is suitable for long regular motorway rides and is also overall very reliable (and best still economical ). It should definitely be a diesel. After extensive research I already had the eye of the Audi A2, built in 2004/05, since it is especially fuel saving and insurance favorable. However, sin d the most recent models now also at least 11 years old and have mostly run around the 170 thousand – is it recommended to buy an old car, since the reliability is so important to me? Besides, I like the Ford Fiesta from 2009. Does someone know about the brand and can tell me if this car is suitable for my needs? Or an Audi A3 , here speaks to me especially the design and the size. However, here the insurance is not exactly cheap and I know I’m not at all interested in whether this car is reliable and what kind of shit it has… I’m grateful for every advice, I’m also happy to accept other suggestions! Car with enough space in the trunk up to 13.000€
Hello, I’m looking for a new car. Important would be: 1) plenty of space in the trunk (ideal it would be if a folding/racing wheel fits in without having to fold the seats) -> probably combi/minivan/SUV 2) gasoline 3) engineization about as in my proposal 4) to 13.000€ 5) preferably new car/day registration, etc. (otherwise cheaper and then not too old) 6) available in Berlin and nearby 7) 4/5 doors 8) gladly with cruise control 9) at least medium size dealer Suggestion: Renault M égane Grandtour 110hp daily admission for 12.00€ What do you think about it? Maybe you can help me with what is still possible, unfortunately I don’t know at all. Thank you!

Mercedes or US Car
Hello I am looking for a car in the price range from approx. 10,000€ to 12.00€. It should be a limousine, a coupe or a convertible with a fixed roof. The car should be either a Mercedes or an American car. Although many advise me from a Mercedes, because I am still relatively young and Mercedes is still called a “rentner car” in some people. The year of construction should definitely be after 1995. The mileage must not be over 120,000Km. Cars I would have liked for example: – Mercedes SLK (R170/R171) – Chrysler Crossfire Coupe (is technically also a SLK) – Ford Mustang (5. Gen) – Mercedes E-Class (W211) – Mercedes C-Class (W204) – Mercedes CLK (C208/209) My questions are now whether you can recommend or advise one of the vehicles I have mentioned. Also interesting is which of these vehicles is the cheapest in the maintenance. If you think of other cars, I would be happy if you could call them to me. Thanks already in advance!

Japanese combo searched
Hello together, after total damage of the old family carriage I need a new mobile kit. I definitely look for a station wagon and definitely a car Japanese manufacturers (personal preference) . Besides it should be a petroler (or like also a hybrid) and definitely automatic instead of a hand switch. Annual driving performance always so 18,000 km with a colorful mix of highway, country road and city traffic. From the budget are in principle 20,000 euros, however I’d like to stay below 15,000 euros. I’m looking for a car that I can still drive for a long time and that in the best case I don’t have to go to the workshop all the time. From the driving style it’s rather quiet, on the highway my feel-good speed is 120 km/h and I also prefer to glide rather than to race. I like the Toyota Auris, too, the Avensis. From the place both would be fine. I find the Honda Civic Tourer brilliant from the trunk, with the design I could also be friends with. I think Mazda 6 is great from the interior. I haven’t dealt with other manufacturers yet. Maybe you have some tips and possibly interesting vehicles, which you could also consider.

Small cars around 20 000 euros
Hello dear community, don’t go too hard with me, because this is my first post. I have a car purchase at my door. I have different alternatives and I’m very unsure. Maybe you can give me a few more tips as a decision-making aid. 1st day registration SEAT Ibiza excellence (1L Turbo, automatic, 115 hp, 3 cylinders) via a new car portal with reasonable equipment: sliding roof, winter package, LED headlights and navigation system // ca. 18 000 Euro 2. Used car VW Polo about 3 years old. (the old 1L or 1.2L turbo from VW with 110 hp, automatic) similar equipment: from 17 000 to 20000. 3. Used car Audi A1, about 5 years old. So the before the facelift. Xenon headlight instead of LED and with the desired equipment only starting from 20000 Euro. I tend to the new Ibiza, but am unsure to rely on a completely new engine range from VW. Thank you for tips in advance.
