  • Combi up to max 15.000€

Hello, as already written in the title I am looking for a combo. Budget allows max. 15,000€. So far my Ford Focus Tunier year 2002 has listed faithful services to me, but so slowly start the Macks and the next bigger repair would not be worth thinking. My driving performance is about 12k-15k km per year with 50% country, 40% city, 10% highway. I was satisfied with the size with my Ford Focus, less should it be. A little more legroom on the back bench would be quite nice. My Focus has only 101 HP, which admittedly was mostly enough for me, but in a bit more spritziness on the country road would be nice. Since I did not like to do much myself, I would rather be a younger one, who should cause relatively little problems with my driving performance, in the first years. Preferred for a brand, there is hardly any of my side, only the Hyundai i30cw I was able to test and did not really convince myself. What I had wanted so far was a new Ford Focus Tunier, the Opel Astra Sports Tourer, Seat ST, but I am open for all your suggestions.

  • Well-known question – Diesel or petrol

Hello Motor-Talker, as read above, is interested in the comparison. I could not find an exact answer (counting 15km as a short distance?), so I hope for your help. My route profile is daily 15km work path, simple – of which 13km country road. Once or twice a month a distance of 800km is added. A bit I like with a (3l) diesel. But now the old question – you do the diesel, or yourself a favor with it, regarding the short distance and If the DPF automatically cleans up during the motorway journey when the exhaust line has reached the temperature, or if the DPF cleans up in “solid” cycles, if the DPF is “too”. Are there brand-specific differences here? My ideas are roughly speaking, a car with a German name A bit of patriotism is present – but I don’t care about BMW, Audi, Benz or VW in advance. Everyone has their respective advantages or disadvantages. I hope for your answers and I still wish you a 3rd Advent. MfG xDrive fan

  • Seat Leon iTech new car wrong equipment

Hello, recently I had to say goodbye to my Yaris and bought me a Seat Leon i-TECH over autohaus24 mainly because of a good standard equipment. The good news came first: the car is ready to pick up from the dealer. The bad news is: obviously not everything in the standard equipment is in agreement with the delivered vehicle. For example, the wheels are now 15″ and the floor mats are not in. What else is wrong I don’t know right now, want but my long journey to the dealer is not unprepared. Special equipment has already been ordered, but no other wheels or the like. When ordering, only the car (SEAT Leon (5F) I-TECH 1.2 TSI Start&Stop 81 kW) and special equipment have been named. Everything else should be standard. Can anyone give me a tip on how to proceed with such a situation? What to consider? I am very grateful for your constructive tips.

  • Small Cars Wanted

Hello, we are looking for a new car but we can’t decide because we don’t know each other well. At the moment we drive a Nissan Micra 1.2 K12, so it should be a small car again. The car is used about 30% in urban traffic, 20% overland and about 50% highway. On the day about 100 km are covered. Here are our criteria: – price introduction 5.500 € max. 6.000 € – It is important to us that the car comes out of the quark and not like our present – The car bra uch not necessarily be fast, it is enough for us if we can ski comfortably with 140 over the highway, the noise level however should be pleasant – the fuel is also important to us and should not be a fuel hurling – A bit of comfort like e.g. air conditioning, power steering, electr. window lifter, central locking with Fernb. , other is also gladly seen but not of necessity From the appearance we liked the Suzuki Swift 1.3 particularly well. Unfortunately we have often read that in spite of his 92 hp he should not be so lively. If someone has other suggestions or could give us more information about the Suzuki Swift would be the great class. mfg

  • Sporty small car up to max. 4000 Euro

Evening, I’m just looking for my first car. I’d like to buy this in mid-January. To my person: I’m 20 years old, I’ve already gained some driving experience and I’m looking for a small car up to a maximum of 4000 euros. I’m a trainee and have a daily work path of 35 km (70 back and forth), almost just highway. I think therefore a diesel would make sense. I’ll probably assure the car at the same insurance as my parents, then from the cheap n Children’s regulation to make use. (had something to read on the internet) Actually I would like to have a solid used with German technology such as e.g. Bmw, Audi, Vw or Seat. The car should also come from the spot, so so 100 hp around the turn would be good. Based on the fuel consumption I would think a 6speed transmission would be good? I would have a valuable interior, therefore rather no Opel or China stuff. My current favorite would be the Seat Ibiza 1.9 TDI ala: Maybe to base lt, would be nice if there was a jmd. what to sayhttp://suchen.mobile.de/…/185989343.html?… or http://suchen.mobile.de//188256121.html?… or a nice golf convertible in top condition : http://www.autoscout24.de/Details.aspx?… or a Bmw 3er, which is a cliche carriage : http://suchen.mobile.de/…/187997732.html?… Soo, it would be nice if one or the other could say something.

  • How easy to maintain are these used and what quirks are to be expected?

Hello community. In the near future we are planning to buy a “young used” since we have got offspring and the chassis and the attachment for our pram almost completely filled the trunk of our Clio 3. Planned is a combination in the golf class or lower middle class with diesel engine. So Golf, Focus, Megane, Astra or Laguna, Passat, etc. Also possible are Caddy, Kangoo, Belingo and co until year 2010-2014. My question about these cars is now the following. How Wartun So how elaborate is the change of timing belt, lamp change, etc? What are the flaws? For example, I had to partially dismantle the bumper at the Clio to change a lamp… Such information would help us a lot. I know that I also find out about the search for flaws of these vehicles. But I would like to have this information at a glance to not show my wife a thousand pages and then make a decision with her.PS:Please no contribution. e alla “Opel I find shit…e” or something…

  • Small and cheap and space sought.

Moin moin! In my relatives, a car is wanted. It should be as small as possible on the outside and sufficiently large on the inside, cheap in running costs and the whole for a maximum of 1500 €. Air conditioning is mandatory, rear doors are also required and the trunk should already be larger than the typical compact ones. First of all, an overview of what there is at all. It doesn’t matter relatively whether hatchback, station wagon or van, appearance is secondary. Good space economy is much more important. The driving profile consists of about 20,000 km a year, mostly country roads, some highway, almost no city traffic, stupid world zone badge doesn’t matter. Categorically excluded are direct injections without H-approval, as they also want to visit us. Since they were traveling in the last months with my older Daihatsu Cuore and the only problems of the too small trunk and the missing rear doors, was first looked at Daihatsu: The M odelle applause, Gran Move and YRV come into question. There are probably also many manufacturers and models that we did not come up with at first, but we didn’t come up with that. That’s why the thread here. If you write down your ideas, the best thing to do is with the typical weak points of the individual model and what you should pay attention to during the tour and/or the test drive. Thank you!
