(had reported) Now I am looking for a new Kombi, because we can not get far with our Meriva B for a long time, because the place is not enough. Also, it should be reliable, so if possible no car which is known to have frequent breakdowns and needs expensive repetitions. My 18th birthday is getting closer, I think cars are great and I have been dreaming about having one since I can think of it. I still haven’t found a suitable first car. After some conversations with acquaintances and specialist lights about this topic, however, it seems to be anything but easy to interpret: On the one hand, it is madness to buy a new car with (hydraulic) clutch system, on the other hand, the question is in the room whether an unaccustomed after decades of switching on automatic and for him and other people is safe. Some say that it is no longer possible or not possible in old age. It is important to get used to automatics, the others see it as the last way to stay mobile in a certain area at all. I rather tend to venture the switch to automatics and think more precisely of a classic converter automatics in combination with limited/comparable engine power.
