Hello municipality, the following facts: On 18.07.2015 I ordered an EU new vehicle from an Internet dealer after own configuration. On 31.08.2015 came the order confirmation (confirmation of acceptance of the order). The delivery date was stated “non-binding with 4-7 months” (i.e. max. until 31.03.) . I have heard nothing yet. Now a new professional situation has arisen with me and I no longer need the vehicle and would like to withdraw my order. the order confirmation of the dealer is informed of a right of withdrawal, which indicates up to 14 days after receipt of the vehicle. This right of withdrawal “does not exist, however, for contracts for the delivery of vehicles which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.” Now my question: Can I accept from the order Ch resign ? Or what consequences would such a resignation have ? Or am I obliged to accept the vehicle ? Thank you very much

Serious manufacturer errors without recall action or complete culling
Hello together, I want to avoid buying a car from a manufacturer who does not start any recall actions in case of manufacturer errors, but the customers have to pay the repair (or part of it) themselves. The Google searches “Car Mistakes without recall” or “Car Errors without recall” and variants of it unfortunately did not bring a list. Do you have any sources for such cases? Then I would not buy a car from each of these manufacturers any more.

When used, rather pay attention to KM or rather to age?
Hello, need a few opinions. Unfortunately, my Passat B6 variant was destroyed by a motor fire. Now, of course, I am looking for a new, budget is unfortunately limited. I have certain ideas about what it should be, but now my real question: I would have to decide between two vehicles now, both are relatively identical in terms of equipment. Vehicle type is the same. The one is however three years younger, but 80,000km further. What does the big opinion say here? Rather the older vehicle with less mileage, or rather the younger vehicle that has seen many long distances? Both are diesel. I have heard for both Pro ́s and Contra ́s….. but would like to ask the swarm intelligence. Best with arguments.

Dealer refuses to mention the running/km performance in the purchase contract as an assured property
Dear community, I am just considering whether I should take advantage of an offer. It is the purchase of an allegedly unused fiesta with daily approval. The approval is about 1/2 year ago. However, the dealer does not want to write the running/km performance of 5km partout in the purchase contract as an assured property, but only “read” the addition to it. Is that so usual? Would you make the contract? Thank you very much!

Volvo V70, Volvo XC70, Audi A6 Avant all diesel
After long research, the following vehicles are now available. Volvo V70, Volvo XC70 and the Audi A6 Avant, all with diesel engines. I would like to buy all three of them, but as that doesn’t work, it comes into play 🙂 There are about 7000 to 8000 euros available. After a lot of reading in different Volvo forums, it looks as if between the two Volvos, the V70 should be preferred and the best i After 2005, something was probably changed on the engine (DPF?) and there are probably problems. What is it like with the Audi A6 Avant? Are there also models in the price range that are not recommended? Should there be, but no longer know which and why. Which models are recommended? Last but not least, which vehicle would you prefer? The Volvo V70 or the Audi A6 Avant, as diesel of course and why? Thanks already for your answers 🙂

Combined purchase
Hello, for some time now I have been researching relatively unplanned wolf – again and again I have come across this forum and had the impression that here can be collected fast and pragmatically competent opinions. So now I am logged in and hope for your help. Brief history: I drive a Kia Ceed 1.6 CVVT, built in 2007. Now we will be parents for the first time this year and after I had HU/AU and inspection done in January, I thought to myself, that now – 8 years old and only 72,000 kilometers on it – the right time is to leave the car and buy a new one, which offers more space – it should be a station wagon. Kombi we just like better and “only” for a child is a van maybe also a bit exaggerated. And quite cheap are S-Max, Carens and Co. also not. So I imagine that I give my old one in payment and finance the rest of the purchase over 3 or 4 years. By nature I have a certain miserliness. for consumer goods like cars – it should be as great as possible, but not too much cost 🙂 I would like a 5-year-touring quite excellent, but I am too expensive. Also needed – I don’t want to buy an old car, so I have defined for myself max. 2 years old and max. 25,000 kilometers on it. However, this actually only applies to more expensive brands like Passat, BMW etc. Currently I have an offer for a Kia Ceed SW in the Dream Team variant, the 1.6 petrol as daily registration. If I like optically very well, offers a great price-performance ratio. Additional payment would still be at 13,000 euros. Who knows the equipment and can say if that is good? According to mobile.de I will rarely drive cheaper. Alternatives: Ford Focus Tournament? Opel Astra Sports Tourer? Here I have the impression that these are also very valuable cars, which possibly also give a better driving feeling, but on the one hand offer less space in the trunk and on the other hand already a corner more k Other alternatives? Passat and Octavia? Yes, great driving feeling and more space than in Ceed SW, but even annual cars cost a good bar more. In the same price segment is then again the slightly larger Hyundai i40 than daily registration… Consideration: I buy the Ceed, after 3 years it is fully paid. Or I invest more in a more expensive but more value-stable car, the first 3 years my expenses are equal high (payment of old cars plus monthly rates), afterwards hot Then pay it final rate and drive or return car and take difference value as a down payment for the next car (or of course continue to finance it).Further consideration: what if, for example, the next child comes after 1.5 – 2 years? Is the Ceed still comfortable in terms of space or do I regret it then? In summary: A lot of thought, but not yet structured… Maybe I can get some helpful tips here? Thanks for reading and maybe also tips give!

Your opinion, sporty everyday vehicle up to 22,000€ +/- (BRZ, C204, F22), but extreme short stretch
Hello dear motor-talker, at the moment I drive a Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback, gasoline 140hp, from 2010 with just 45,000km in the full equipment instyle with automatic. There is actually not much to complain about about the car, except the sluggish automatic, the engine sound, which reminds of a bleak sheep and neglecting electronic problems of the multifuntkion steering wheel. ( Loudsträkre – makes sometimes louder instead of quieter and when operated several times the hands-free device starts, a It was not worth the 150€ to have Mitsu fix it) and in principle it was enough for my requirements… if there wasn’t the joy of driving… The car was a purchase of reason at the time, because my E90 320i went straight into the new apartment, for which I bought almost all the furniture again, with his second engine damage. Out of frustration and less financial means for the apartment, there was a Japanese at the time. However, I would like to have fun driving the car again. I am now no one who has to drift around in the area and from the break of the STVO I don’t hold much, but a bit of train and a nice corner location would be quite nice. Just a car with which you want to drive around on weekends meaningless a few km when the time comes. Besides, the next Mitsu workshop is almost 40km away and for inspection etc. I always have to take a day holiday… I Ch dache as an alternative to the Lancer to a C-Class Coupe (C204) or the 2 he Coupe (F22) by Bmw. Cabrios are not possible for me as a everyday vehicle. My dream would be a Subaru BRZ, which is completely sufficient for me as a single, as a everyday vehicle. I tried the GT86, unfortunately in the rain, but was enthusiastic. However, because I have unfortunately only the possibility for a car for parking space, I would not like to drive the BRZ for rust and rear wheel drive the complete winter. In addition, he would be standing in the yard, right by the road and not in the garage and that would be a bit too bad for me for a new car. I know the Benz and BMW also have rear wheel drive, but after a bit of research, I imagine that the BRZ is less suitable for winter. Corrects me if I am wrong, but I also have no “intended” drift experience As an all-wheeler I would take it immediately… Besides, the maintenance of the BRZ is probably disproportionately high. Subaru, Daiml with Subaru I have the possibility to get a BRZ in my desired equipment with 3,000-4,000km on the clock for approx. 10,000 under new price. So about 25,000€. So wouldn’t be bad if above mentioned concerns were not. Another problem is, I trust the new engines of BMW and Daimler only conditionally. 1.8L or 2.0L with beyond the 175 hp just tells me that the thing doesn’t last long and that you have to can also read about many problems. Sure, the people who are satisfied write little on the Internet, but I am pre-damaged by my E90. Therefore the consideration to the BRZ. 2.0L pure suction cup with 200 hp still goes in order I think and the engine also seems quite reliable according to the BRZ/GT86 forum. Or hold a nice 6 cylinder in Daimler or BMW… However… I drive just 4km easy distance to work… Of course I would drive the car a few times a month m Al 100-200km move to drive it “free”, but I have only recently read of the 135i casually, that it does not bring anything with it to use longer distances to free driving and it still corks up. I want to avoid such engines of course. As you notice I am quite undecided lack of experience and knowledge, which goes beyond sporadic Internet research in the last months, and hope with the contribution here, simply a decision help and maybe also I like the Hyundai i30N quite well. Suitable for everyday use and probably also quite cheap for its performance data, but also an inflated 4 cylinder and front wheel drive again. I would like to have rear drive, even if it makes problems in winter, because I live in the foothills to middle mountains and we have climbs from 100m to 500m on a few km here. . The best/most favourite is all-wheel drive, which is probably possible with the C204 and also with the 2 Series Coupe only from certain motorizations, which then also costs again… A 235ix would be a dream and probably next to the BRZ the only car with which I would strike immediately, would not be the concerns about the spa track and the still high price over 30,000€. One thing still… Vehicles from the VAG Group I exclude in principle. I work with an automobile supplier and VW is simply too fre I really don’t want to support them, otherwise I would have driven A3 instead of E90 at that time. Besides, the workshop here in the vicinity has not exactly got itself with fame… So: what sporty, +180hp, reliable engine, four-wheel drive or winter-suitable rear wheel drive, 6 cylinders (short distance), year of construction not under 2010, rather even 2012. Technical snap, I don’t need more than Navi, seat heating, rain sensor, possibly Xenon/LE D and parking aids. Curved is quite nice, but I can also do without it. So, first of all thanks to all those who have made the trouble to read my text and an even greater thanks for answers and motor talkers who are ready to just chat about my topic. Best regards, the Flint

Your opinion asked
Hello together. I am currently looking for our first family car. Until then I have not yet been allowed to call my own car. We have already looked at some cars and two have made it to the final. Now is the time to get some inputs from the outside. We will soon be to 4 and therefore two child seats in the rear. Yearly running performance will be around 10’000 km, to work short distance with 12 km, outside with a village pass. Otherwise sp Oradian excursions. The first is a Skoda Octavia III 1.4 TSI ambition. It is a car rental of the workshop with 200 km, first registration 11.2017. Equipment is absolutely sufficient with rear-view camera and built-in Navi. Price with 8 times tire and factory warranty 3 years or 100’000 km is 24’000 Euro, new price 31’000 Euro. The other is a Mercedes C 180 Avantgarde Combi. It was a car with 30’000 km, first registration 02.2017. Equipment of course top with everything you want. Pre is with 4x tyres, factory warranty 3years or 100’000 km and free service for 10 years or up to 100’000 km is 25’000 Euro, new price 49’000 Euro. Both are vending machines and petrolers, do not want a diesel. I would like to thank you for inputs of any kind.

Search Kombi Subaru / VAG / Ford ?
Good evening, here there are already countless topics for the purchase advice of a station wagon.. However, since I already have a few models as favourites, I hope for such a clear purchase recommendation for a vehicle.First of all the basic data of the station wagon year from 2015 Price max. 23-25,000 transmission: automatic power: min. 130 hp petroler A sportier design would be more chic! To my driving profile: Mainly only inside town occasionally times highway. 10,000 KM a year My selected driving fence ge: My favorite is the Subaru Levorg – Since I have no experience with Subaru at all, I ask a few questions here. – What is the automatic transmission? Have read more often now that this is not supposed to be so good this CVT transmission. Must also confess previously only knew VDU or converter automatic. – How expensive is the vehicle in maintenance / intervals? Consumption inside the place? – Is the chassis rather tight or comfortable? – Are there serious known defects? Al The second car I picked out was the Ford Focus Tunier ST Line with 182 hp. I actually only read good about this, but I like the Subaru much better. And the other two are once the Seat Leon ST and Mazda 6 Which vehicle would you choose and why? Is one vehicle clearly superior to the other? The consumption is not really important to me it should not move in the beyond the 12-13 liters. which, in the long term, causes little problems! I want to drive the vehicle for at least 6 years. Does the topic of loss of value play a role here after 6 years at all? Which vehicle will I probably achieve the least loss of value? What are the experiences especially when selling the Subarus? I am looking forward to help.

Sporty car max. 15 – 20k Euro
Hello again, so people, since we will not get an A7 after all, I can now get a car for max 20k. Nevertheless, it would be better if we could stay under 15k. I want to get a sporty car. By sport I mean not 400 HP, but sporty appearance. The interior should give something. Petrol is preferred, nevertheless it should not consume more than 10 liters with “normal driving”. German models are preferred, but this time it doesn’t matter. I want for my I don’t want to hear some sound. It doesn’t have to be there from the factory, but it should be possible by a sports exhaust. It should be able to speed up quickly. I don’t set PS. I will drive my car mainly only to my training place -> 10 KM Hin + 10 KM back = 20 KM * 5= 100KM + 30 KM weekend = 130 KM per week. So, I’ll get the best money. We say 10k KM/J around the turn. It should already be at least from BJ 2009. I looked at the following models : VW Scirocco VW Golf 6 GTI BMW 1er Mercedes Benz A class new model Ford Focus RSAudi A3 All beautiful cars. As mentioned Budget max 20K, but rather less. If your cars, for example, are a little older, but meet all my needs and are still cheap, come with it. That would be even better if I could save the rest of the money, but this is not necessary!
