  • Autokauf und Finanzamt – The question

Hello dear user, we have been a business owner in the catering sector for a month. We would like to buy a CC end of February and have a question as to what it looks like with the tax office and the tax. You can tax the 19% VAT, but then you get the money back immediately after the purchase or what does it look like? As already mentioned, we are only 1 month self-employed and the tax office would surely ask how you can afford a 34 000€ so quickly. German mentality So the question is whether this is immediately reported to the tax office of VW, the bank or anyone else when we buy a car. After my consideration, we would have 3-4 months after the purchase, until the car is built and arrived. Only then will the bank receive the first installment (we finance the car via the VW bank). So you could make a profit in this time and it would not be a problem for the tax office. You would only know in 3-4 months that we bought a car because I don’t think so, ask for your help.

  • Financing at Audi

Hey guys, so I plan to buy with an annual car. It should be either Mercedes or Audi, at Mercedes my buddy works and there I know how it works but I don’t have a plan about Audi. That’s why I would like to know what it’s like with Audi so my financing looks like: down payment should be 0€ and with a term of 60 months. The loan amount is about 32000€ at a monthly rate of 400€ with a closing rate of approx. 900€. I have paid off a golf for financing and have had monthly rate of 370€ and I could do everything well without having been over-indebted. I would still be interested in how Audi is happy with the credit. I have heard that people have not received a loan that earns 2000€+ net and have not received a loan from Audibank. I, at any rate, earn about 1600€ net. I’m looking forward to some answers 🙂

  • Transfer or redeem a loan from an Audi A5?

Hey guys, 1.5 years ago I bought an Audi A5 via a financing. -Buy price 23.90€ -36 months -Booking 14.000€ -Monthly rate 100€ -Final rate 7.200€ Since I am not feeling very well at the moment, I have advertised the car for the sake of interest in order to possibly get a good sale.Did it advertise for 22.90€! Time pressure is actually not available. Is maybe a bit of ritual, I did the same with the first illness and my car ve One day after the advertisement was online, someone offered me 20,000€. By now, we have agreed on 20,700€. It is an acceptable price. The financing runs until April 2016 and the replacement fee would be 8810,88€. If this had resulted in a loss of more than 2,000€ for 1.5 years of Audi driving. Now the idea was to pass on the loan. 250€ fee for rewriting will be The new buyer would of course be checked by the bank. However, he would then learn what I paid for the car then or? What do you think? Lg Solaroma

  • Company cars at 60,000 km “private rides” per year make sense?

Hello Motor-Talk-User, my employer moves my workplace 100 km away from my place of residence (currently 10 km ). Since this annual mileage performance with my current private car is impossible to lift ( about 240.000 km in 4 years ) my employer offers a service car ( incl. private use ). In other words: at 240.000 km in 4 years you would drive your own car “round” // you could buy yourself every 4 years new cars, for this reason the employer offers a How do you calculate the 60,000 km per year private journeys: every day 200 km to the workplace ( back and forth ) x 220 working days = 44,000 km per year. These are so-called private journeys, whereby you could claim advertising costs here at the tax office ?!? The past has shown that I normally drive about 16,000 km privately in the year, so all other journeys like the one to the workplace = 44,000 km to the workplace + 16,000 km purely private = 60,000 km per year. Insured // Church tax payable // Corporate car 30,000 Euro. According to the computer, you earn around 1,800 Euro net // with the above mentioned example with a company car around 1,230 net. However, you could register a wage tax reduction at the tax office, so that my monthly tax burden is reduced. Am I right here with my “account”? What could I do differently, or is it worth a company car? with my calculation example? Unfortunately, find no computer that shows me how much advertising costs (journeys to the workplace ) I could “sell off” monthly. So far I have always submitted the income tax return for the following year, and then “in one stroke” get a refund. Now through a company car and the resulting decidedly lower net wage I would submit an application that I pay monthly in advance less taxes. Or otherwise: with How much MORE net per month could I calculate if I submit this application to the tax office, which would reduce the advertising costs (journeys to the job) monthly my tax burden? Hope I didn’t put myself in a mess… 🙂 Thank you for your answers. VG redpluriel

  • Finance small cars, tips for me?

Hello, I have to finance a small car, as cheap as possible in the rates, without a deposit, term 60 months. Important: it has to be carefree for exactly 5 years (for personal reasons). Requirements: Now I have been looking for a while on the net: Kia (Rio), Fiat (500), Hyundai (i10), Seat (Ibiza) and much more. But I don’t see the forest anymore because of trees. Here again the eyecatcher appears for 99€, then you start to configure and realize that the Aut o is naked, without overpassing etc. To get to the point: I had to count the Ibiza today at the Seat and find it a reasonable offer, what do you think of it? I want to come to an end, the winter is approaching and I need a car: PS: To the info my salary is at 210€ net/month and have no other burdens. If that is important. Thank you in advance! Greeting Ajs85

  • Private car purchase – Financing not yet approved

Hello, I really need your help because I don’t know any more. Facts: -Would like to buy a car from private (500 km away) -Monday viewing date at 8 am! (can’t be postponed, already everything for set up, taken off, hotel booked etc.) -Financing via Check24 requested and decided positively (but that’s not the 100% commitment yet!!! But it would have to work with the credit, still own a condominium) -Vertr ag I get sent today (Friday) or tomorrow only -I will of course sign these immediately and send them back by express, but will still arrive there at the earliest Monday noon – so I don’t have a 100% credit commitment at the tour tour -I can get there at the earliest in a week Now the king question. How should I behave if I absolutely want to have the car? -Buy contract already sign and pay a deposit, in order to secure the car (very high risk since credit has not yet been approved) – Purchase agreement with a pass like e.g. “reserved financing permit”? (is the overhautp legally effective and no idea whether the seller is getting involved in such a thing) -Nix sign, take risk that the car will then be sold elsewhere (very likely, because very desired model) and I have got a bad Schufa entry because of financing request Please help me !!! Thank you and greetings

  • Current VW financing

Hello, if you are currently financing a polo (I think 2.9%) you get an additional 2 years warranty and in the 1st year prison permit and comprehensive. Can someone who understands something about where the catch of this financing is, because you don’t get this with cash payment. Is it more useful to finance the car, even if you have the cash? The discount would be the same according to the dealer and that there is an advantage if you invest your cash for e.g. 3.5% is me also clear. So where does VW get the money back to say is the catch on the thing???
