  • Kilometer accounting: Question of a financing Newbie

Tach together, so far I have always paid for my cars in cash, but think for the next vehicle via a private leasing. So far I was only familiar with the variant “Determining a residual value” at the end of the run and therefore surprised that there is also a billing by kilometers. I can estimate my annual driving performance quite well, why this variant sounds attractive at first. Now to my question: Do you hide yourself with this variant tripping? g to be not at the end of the term, right?

  • Questions about the purchase of used cars/leasing as a self-employed person

Hello, I have a few questions about the purchase of used cars or used car leasing as a trader at the dealer. 1. Do I have to point out to the dealer that I want to buy the car commercially, or is this Irrelevant? 2. Do I get warranty (for shops between entrepreneurs the guarantee of my knowledge can be completely excluded) 3. What about annual cars that still have a subsequent 3 year factory warranty. Does this also apply to self-employed persons, or only to Pri 4. Is the VAT shown in the purchase contract? (I am entitled to deduct tax). Or is there an extra invoice with VAT card, if I say I buy the car for my company. 5. In the case of used car leasing: Is a transfer protocol made here to the condition of the vehicle? (similar to an apartment rental?) 6. WIE is your experience: Do you have better bargaining room than a private buyer? (it is about Audi or VW) Viellicht kan Thank you very much.

  • Is funding worth it?

Good evening, I would have a question about the financing. I am currently 17 and trainee in the second year of my apprenticeship. From this month I get 730 Euro net from my employer. Since next July I will be 18 years old and therefore I can drive independently (currently still Bf17) I wanted to ask myself about the topic car. I had to run a financing about my mother (she has a secure income) with 3000 Euro payment from next year July (I have to go to work with a car from then on, as the road is very cumbersome with public transport at the moment.). As a car I imagined a BMW that was best driven under 100,000 km and lasts long. The rates should then be about 200 euros from July until the 6 000 euros have been paid off. I know that it is already high demands but that must be theoretically possible. Now my question is whether it is worth a car with finance (Small information on the edge: My work path would be 25km back and 25km back and that from Monday to Friday in one month (= 50km x 20 days = 1000km a month + still private driving by car)) Can someone give me a tip on how best to solve it?

  • Mercedes Plus3 Where is the catch or think mistakes?

Somewhere I have a mistake of thinking and ask for help with the Enlightenment. I (private customer) would like to buy me a new car i.h. v. about 35k. With disability discount of 15% around 29k. The seller thinks that at the end of the runtime I get a guaranteed residual value of the car i.h. the final rate (17k). Therefore, it makes little sense to pay a lot, right? I thought so at 5k. The monthly rates would be at 240€. Final rate would be around 17k. This 17k I could then either pay, so that I get off the insurance eventually, or take a new one and pay a new one, right? For me that sounds like win win, because then the car gets me cheap in 3 years, if I can pay 17k in the form of the exchange and then by the monthly saving probably could pay the same cash. Yes, the bank earns at the 2.99% interest – from me. However, for me this is a rather good deal monthly, because at the end the residual value is still so high – or see ic h that is wrong and the value of the car would not be at 17k after 3 years? But I don’t think so, because Mercedes also offers the option to sell the car itself and then you would have the money as well (e.g. for a new car). How did I jump? I’m afraid to fall into a loan trap anyway, because I’ve always paid my cars in cash so far and that was done then. Of course I have in mind that after 3 years I don’t want a new car and the 17k would like to pay, so I will make a corresponding monthly allowance – and give it to my parents so that I don’t answer it either. Maybe then in 3 years my life situation has changed already, so I have other obligations and could use the 17k quite well myself, which I have covered monthly. Then I would be forced to get a new car after 3 years already, that is not normal with private customers? Or by now already? I’d like a few thoughts on your part.

  • Car when to repel – calculation

Hello forum, I have read on the internet more often now, in car forums that many buy a car, new or presenter and the after 2-3 years again to get again a new / presenter. I don’t get there at the moment, to what extent what you expect (except of course every 2 years to drive a new one) of it and wanted to ask, if someone is doing here like this or similar, and whether the model is worth for me (many drivers). r in March 2014 bought a Seat Leon TDI FR as a demonstrator (8600 km), which now stands, in September 2015 at 585xx km. So I drive pi times thumbs about 35000km a year, have 110km work journey every day. I think about it now, because the car is in a kilometer stage, where it would still bring decent money if I sell it. I do not have to sell it, because I am very satisfied, but wanted to explain to me how this “every 2-3 years or 50-60t km repel” Maybe someone is doing this and can give me some information about it.

  • Leasing contract expires in 8 months – what to do? Ask for feedback/advice/etc 🙂

Hello friends, in June 2016 my private (!) leasing contract for my A6 expires. It is a limousine, 150kW TDI, stronic quattro, where I did not make a cross in very few places (LP approx. 77k, rate approx. 365EUR) Since I like to plan early, I think about what I will do next year in early summer. I have an option to take over the car with approx. 110tkm for a price of 29k. So far nothing was broken on the car and even if I constantly talk about the However, 29k is a proud sum for a then 4 year old car with about 110,000km. Do you have advice on how to proceed with a possible new leasing contract? Maybe buy the car with 29k and then give it at a possibly better price (due to possible actions, such as “3,000 over list), in payment? I don’t like it in principle with any other way. So, what do you think? – Buy a car? – Leave a car and lease a new car? – Buy a car and lease a new car? – Buy a car and lease a new car at the manufacturer x, y, z? – Leave a car and buy a new Kia Sportage with 7 years warranty for the 29k ? – Other? Thank you very much for your advice!!!

  • Financing okay or not?

Hello together, I am currently considering changing my vehicle, i.e. changing to something bigger and would like to hear one or the other opinion for safety reasons. Previous vehicle: Audi A3 2.0 TDI (140 hp), little equipment, approx. 120,000 km. Object of desire: BMW 320d Coupé Built 2013, quasi full cabin, 20,000 km. Price approx. 25,000 € In my situation: I would have available assets (day money) approx. 18,000 €, which is then almost everything I have, except for the My income is now about 2,350 € net. This does not include Christmas and holiday money as well as bonuses. The plan: A loan of 10,000 € and the remaining 15,000 € via the payment of my Audi or from the daily money account. With regard to the monthly rate I calculate with approx. 300 €. In addition, my monthly costs will be added. There everything is included, except workshop costs (always about 1,000 € per year), purchase of clothes and leisure fun or special purchases. However, there is already a saving plan of 250 € per month with it. It seems to me to be relatively sensible (as far as an unnecessary vehicle change is thought out), but somehow scruples are there “to throw out so much money”. Therefore, I would like to be interested in a few more, more critical, points of view. Greetings!

  • Financing offer Honda Civic – please take a look

Hello, I would like to treat myself to a new Honda Civic Comfort (1.4) in the summer and give my old (but actually well-preserved) Opel Corsa Bj97 (170 tkm) in payment. The dealer, which I spent an hour full, then made me this offer. Could you see if this is okay? I have the feeling that there is more room for manoeuvre in it. But he meant “no way – we pay part of it anyway with …”. um, the usual just. Vehicle price (new, incl. transfer) cost, admission, full tanking): 19592,- (according to Internet configurator with desired color, without transfer 18896,38) down payment 4000 Euro in cash + 1500 Euro for the Corsa = 5500,- loan amount: 14092,00 Duration: 48 months, installments 220 Eur at 4.90% eff. interest. Balloon rate (so redemption payment?) = 5668,97 Eur. Is this OK? Actually, the dealer has not deviated from the price at all, but puts a little more on it just when purchasing the Corsas (which has a dealer purchase value according to his system of only 475,-) What do you think? Another example would be the purchase of a demonstration car for 17300 with a deposit of 4800 euros (incl. 800 euros for the Corsa). 48 months at 221 Eur and 4,90 Eff.Zins, balloon rate then only 3741,24 Eur. Whether one should still negotiate further? With what arguments? And would you rather use the demonstration car with these two offers? Thank you for tips! Greeting Lev

  • Financing so worthwhile?

Moin I know it’s been taken over x-time, but it would be nice if someone would approve or improve my financing example! So I thought of it like this: Golf V Tour 1.4 with extras according to configurtor 18445€ purchase price after trading approx.17000€ deposit 550€ possible couple of € more Auto-Credit with 48 months term mtl. approx. 126€ rate + 7445€ balance payment Due to the offer I have neither workshop nor insurance costs in the 48 months, so the yes is a fixed rate I have without big additional costs due to the 48 month warranty or?! Question is whether the car is still worth the remaining amount after the 48 months so that I remain “for need” without damage or I can finance from there a new car! Have a net income of approx. 140€ and a very safe job as a dispatcher in the port of Hamburg! Can I do it like this or do you have other suggestions, achso, I drive about 30km a day and sometimes to Sylt to my girlfriend, so at the end I don’t have many km on the clock! Please give your opinion! Greeting Christian
