I have to say it’s my first new car and my first leasing. new price 37,680€ payment 14.800€ driving power 35,000km monthly rate 89€ plus 67,75 maintenance and wear repairs. makes 156,75€ the whole is to be handled as a company car through a family member with own company. to me the rate is very low before there compared to the private leasing would be at 440€. I hope you can help me there. sebastian

Leasing return – let damage be eliminated?
Tach together. I hope I’m in the right forum here. The following facts: My leasing contract expires in a few months. The vehicle has scratches/damages on two rims and on the fender, which would certainly be objected to at the time of the return (see photo). Estimate of the Audi partner thus amounted to approximately € 1,000 for the fender and per rim each € 300. I ask myself whether it makes sense to have the damage corrected before the return of the vehicle od and if I have it eliminated beforehand, if it is advisable to have it done (subject-oriented) in a workshop that might not call up the (premium) Audi courses!? Someone a piece of advice or experience in it? Thank you.

ASSISTANCE! Repel unFALL-funded car?
Hello all, a week ago I drove on a private parking in my financed car (Opel Astra J; EZ: 12/2014; 30,315 km). The causer is honest. A lawyer is also switched on and a replacement car I have. But now came today the report with the post office and I am honestly completely overwhelmed with it. From the report: repair costs without VAT: 9.761,51 € VAT 19%: 1,854,69 € Rep. costs with VAT: 11.616,20 € replacement value differnezbeste VAT: 3.800 € residual value: tax-neutral Impairment: 500 € In addition, an offer of the car dealership (where the car was also bought: day registration)for the damaged car: 3.800 €. It is now the 2nd unindebted damage or accident to this car. A year ago, I was hit by a rear (back damage 3000 €, was rep.). What possibilities do I have? 1. Must the car be rep., or can I repel it and instead a new car (Neuwa 2. How would you proceed? Dissolve the purchase contract completely? It is only about 1200€ away from the total damage – and that at 30,000 km! It is not a value investment 🙁 🙁 🙁

Used cars, financing or leasing?
Good day, I will need a new car soon. As I drive approx. 100km (back & forth) per working day I come (less vacation/illness/home office and plus private trips) to approx. 20,000 – 25,000 kilometers a year. Currently I drive an old used car which is now soon at the end. My requirements for a car are low, a car is like a working shoe for me: – Luggage compartment fit into the two boxes Sprudel/Beer – Air conditioning – electric window lift front – from 80 HP. – Zuverl Austere and low maintenance costs (!) Now I think about whether I should buy a used car (would invest up to max. 600€) or still (private) finance/leasing. With a used car I see the disadvantage that I get a relatively “old” car with which with some bad luck soon more wear-reperatures are standing and with a little more bad luck is what is bigger which is not covered by a guarantee. With financing/leasing I would get an almost new car. Drive it into the “carefree” times. Larger wear repairs are not pending and if the car has a defective I am in the warranty time, get a replacement car. At the leasing the idea of a “carefree package” really does not interest me cars..I only have to come with it safely from A to B. So if service, wear repairs, replacement cars are covered while the car is in the workshop etc. then this would be quite appealing for me. For the Leasin g/Financing I don’t want to pay more like 200€ a month. I looked at some leasing and financing offers. The mountain of the not visible/hidden costs and services seems large because I had no contact points with it so far. I would like to keep the duration low, 2 years. I would be interested in general what you see here and what I have to pay attention to especially with leasing/financing, what are common hidden costs? Are there currently good Leasing offers that would be worth a glance (I don’t care about the manufacturer/brand as I said). Thank you.

MyCar Vario Financing – Buy a car
Good morning, we are looking for a car in the category Multivan etc. At Meinauto.de I have already configured some models. Has someone experience with the Vario financing. In general it is about the following scenario. I give 15,000km per year and 48 months runtime. I definitely intend to take over the vehicle for the final rate. The car will then be even more valuable. What happens after the 48 months? Do I pay the money and well? Will the KM and damage g Can’t actually, can’t it? Why should the effort be driven? That’s all just numerical play. Either multi-kilometres = rate higher/final rate lower or less kilometers and rate lower/final rate higher. Thank you.

Connecting financing BMW Bank
Good day. I have a car financing or balloon financing at the BMW Bank. I bought the vehicle in 12/2018. My monthly rate is €257. I have already withdrawn the insurance. The closing rate is due in January 2022 in the amount of 16 thousand euros. The following problem: I wanted to lift a loan from my house bank for the vehicle to replace the vehicle there. It was rejected, on the grounds that the Schufa Score (M) was the reason. I rowed. When I bought the car from BMW, the problem was that the BMW Bank reported the financing to Schufa without specifying a term and without correcting the remaining amount. Meaning, the loan taken by BMW Bank is there as if I didn’t pay. I then called the BMW Bank and asked why it would be that way. It would probably be common for a ball to go to Schufa and ask why it would happen. So I went to the local banks, which refused to refinance me. Reason for this; temporary work company would currently be an exclusion criterion. Now to the temporary work problem: I was unemployed because of which my former business went bankrupt, all were dismissed. Thus I received last year from June to the end of August ALG1, and wanted to get back to work as soon as possible. So I applied to the temporary employment company to have a job, which also worked successfully. Now I have been working in the current company since last September, where, according to the talk, the takeover is to take place soon. Nevertheless, I would like to have a plan B. What if the company keeps me there and no takeover takes place until next year, how does it work with regard to the follow-up finance? could they also refuse me the financing of the closing rates or the financing of the connection like the banks on the spot, because of the temporary employment company? I ask for advice, please do not ask with advice like: mother or father or parents, they are unfortunately no longer there. Thank you very much.

Vehicle letter by fax still valid ?
Good day, I owe my car financing a month, so I’m redeeming the sum X at Santander. Then they should send me the kfz letter (and no the debt bank does not want the letter as a pledge). But now the following problem, the buyer of my car will come by next Friday and want to pick it up, now I think the letter is not there within 3 days. Can you tell me if the car letter is still legally valid when I call the Santander and ask e can you fax it to me by fax (with timestamp or so) because the time window is very tight?

Getting car credit – no fixed income, but high down payment
Hello, I have the following concerns. Since I am slightly busy, I usually don’t get a loan to finance a car. Let’s say I have enough money in the account to pay a car cash, could I still try to ask for a loan? I could finally also pay a slightly higher deposit, nevertheless the question is whether a dealer would even get involved in it, because so far the money in the account is still not sure, since it theoretis I don’t want to spend so much once in a while. The car has a value of approx.18,000 euros and as far as the deposit is concerned, I would be willing to spend a maximum of 12,000 euros. Have a nice lunch!

Damage management after leasing Audi A8
Moin moin together, currently the leasing end is incl. expert opinion of my wife’s private vehicle. Unfortunately, shortly before the leasing end someone has driven into the car sideways (driver escape), which is why the door has to be renewed. Bumpers front and rear also have to be new, they are completely scratched (does not ask me how my wife managed this with all the assistance systems) … End of the song, quite exactly 6000EUR gross according to the expert opinion of the Audi dealer for the damages. I don’t doubt, they are available. My question is now more about how we do the most skillfully. The dealer said that they often assign damages as “without agreement” to Audi Leasing, which he meant more room for manoeuvre. Unfortunately, we ordered our new vehicle (Audi Etron S for almost 120k) from another dealer due to relocation. My idea would now be that I tell the dealer to pass it on to the leasing company, I call there and try Minderu ng the damage due to good customer service and follow-up car already ordered for 120k. What do you think? Has been our first leasing vehicle.

Car financing
Good evening, I have a car financed through the Bmq bank 50% 50% should I pay at the dealer. I picked up the car last week but the 50% at the dealer has not yet paid. I had to use the money now otherwise for debt. What can happen now? Can I pay the deposit at the dealer in installments? Greetings
