  • Understanding of the interest costs incurred

Hello all, I have in the past financed a Tesla Model 3 with almost 2% and a duration of 48 months at the ING and without deposit. I made every month special payments, so that the car (39T€) was paid within 16 months without having lost notice of quality of life with a net income of 5T€ as a worker in a group. The car was and is still mega horny. However, I want to sell it and my dream, a G-Class, we It’s used with 50T Km and before 2019 from 60-80T€. Now it’s the case that there are no penalty payments at the ING, if you replace the loan prematurely. (as with me above). Purely from the logic I should take a loan with a particularly long term (96 months) to keep the monthly rate and interest payments low. And with the special payments actually pay off the car or not? Do I have a mistake in thinking somewhere? In retrospect I would have a problem with the first credit a for 96 months….

  • Do windows darken in leasing cars?

Hello together, I’m new here and I’m now waiting for my leased Ibiza which I’m supposed to be able to pick up in the 17th KW in WOB. My question is now in how far it makes sense to have the windows darkened afterwards and by a professional, because I think it would look quite chic with the white paint. Suppose I decide not to buy the car after 4 years and to hand it back to Sixt, I will have problems getting the foil off or goes the 100% with lots of Work and time off? I thank you for the nice recording and for the answers in advance. LG

  • Economic commuting – second car?

Hello in the round, I like to drive my SLK and have a total of about 30000 km per year, which I rewind. Originally it was planned to drive only 15-20000 km from this year, but it is clear that it will stay at the 30000 km. Now the SLK for commuting is somehow too bad and also too expensive for me, so I am currently thinking about whether a reorientation to the shuttle car e.g. a golf and the SLK to a pure seasonal vehicle to register for only a few thousand kilos A cheap bang falls away because I will spend a lot of time in the car and also not have the nerve often to stand in the workshop, as was the case with me before. Rather a young used person prefers me, as long-term investment, because my constellation of living, work and stable=hobby can not be brought under one hat except by commuting. Has any of you already had good experiences with holding a summer car and a kilometer car I’d like to talk to Eva.

  • Leasing return – what to do?

Hello together, My BMW 220d Coupè is about to return the lease and there are a few points where I could use a few tips very well. It’s about what work I prefer to do in advance. 2) Inspection is due 4/2018 (see photos). I’ll hand over the car this month, do I have to pay for it? If I turn on the car is there inspection: 8000km 04/2018 but not in red. 3) I have a tiny dent on the trunk, scratching r on the rims and a scratch on the dashboard – make or let? Thank you so much for your tips and help!!

  • Leasing or Buying+Later sell again (where you can get away really well)

Hi people, I’ve been asking myself the question for some time. (I hope I don’t make it complex) – Especially the 2-3 years old vehicles have the grossest behind them. The used vehicles (i.e. 2-3 years old), are rather rare to lease. If I make an explosive example: Mercedes Benz C63 AMG: These are all average values from mobile.de (just rough first). So quintessence: I get a 2 year old Benz (as before current model), drive it 2-3 years, say 15k loss, ko mm i with 36 months of use and subsequent resale on a theoretical rate of (15000 / 36) 333,33 EUR. I make from it times 500 EUR (500*36 = 18.000) to have later a little more to spend and can be compared as a rate also super with leasing. So rough value: Buy again later sell: -15.000 EUR at 3 years, 10tkm p.a., monthly load: ca 500 EUR. My research according to c63er leasing offers actually results only new or annual car offers (so no comparison conditions: 36 months / 10tkm / o. Anz. If 2015er costs c250 avant 400 EUR, c63 will easily cost 600 per month. Somehow I forgot some component (that means something big, the smaller things are equal to each other). Or: It is really like that, but you just need to add the necessary small change by 50k EUR, from then on it seems to be easy… feedback… PS: Also important -> This year should be c63 faceli The type of offer from above is only comparable if a model change is imminent…

  • Is my leasing bill correct?

I’m just thinking about leasing a car. Which brand/model is still completely unclear, but that’s not what I’m talking about here. Here’s just an example: I’m independent, single and had a taxable income of 30,000 € in 2016. According to bmf-steuercomputer.de the income tax would then be 5,768 €. Well, the assumption that I would have had a leasing vehicle in 2016 with a monthly gross rate of 439 € and a gross list price of € 39.990, not a special payment. Then I could have deducted the leasing rate completely from my profit and would therefore have to count on a taxable income of € 30.000 – (12 x € 439) = € 24.732. However, I drive the car also privately and would apply the so-called 1% rule, i.e. 1% of the list price per month to my profit. So this would be € 12 x € 399.90 = € 4.799. That would be my taxable income € 24.732 + € 4799 = € 29.531. calculator.de would be the income tax of €5.613. Is my invoice so correct? Or do I have a (thinking) error somewhere? Thank you for your answers in advance! Marco

  • Experience Leasing as a GmbH ?

Hello, I am the new one here and I have a question….as first: I have 2 small shops for about 14 years and for 9 years I have a GmbH with good balance sheets, everything tippi toppi…since then I always lease my cars over the BMW Bank, so far without any problems because: Balance sheets are great, for years always my rates well paid, never been anything. Now I wanted to order a new car at the beginning of last week and: will be rejected if I don’t at least 9,000 euros !!! le!!! What I didn’t need all these years and the explanation was: since I am the shareholder of the GmbH and at the same time also hired myself as managing director—hhhh…hello??? How else can I do that, ponder….I am totally angry honestly said, my husband still has to do with a gentleman from the BMW Bank tel. but: nothing. After all these years I wonder, what’s wrong??? Every employee who earns less than half as I get a financing without Deposit and I will be rejected after all these years or should make a fat deposit…sorry…would love to hear your experiences or much can anyone tell me why there was suddenly such a “clash” from the nice BMW Bank for me…thanks for reading…

  • Company leasing requirements

I am the sole shareholder/manager of a GmbH in the field of industry. Company foundation was at the end of 2014. 100% of equity was invested. Since January 2018 the initial investments are back inside and there is regular sales. Previously there was no or only minimal sales. In January 2018 we made sales i.e. from €30,000. Monthly we have been contractually assured by framework contracts with various distributors since 2018. Our profit margin before taxes, however, after operating costs is about 50% As managing director, I do not receive a salary, but pay me a certain amount (usually 1000€) monthly as a loan from the GmbH (usually 1000€). I do not think I have a good creditworthiness. Is it possible under these circumstances to lease a company car with a new price of 52.000€ (15,000/36/0)?

  • Financing Vehicle with holding time

Hello it is a new vehicle (new Mazda 6) that should normally be with one-day approval. The dealer said this is not possible, he gets problems. Now it should become a driving point, that has a holding time of 6 months…… so the vehicle remains to be leased to the dealer for half a year, and I buy it… sales contract goes also on me … insurance also I should pay ( I drive after all) after half a year is then changed to me … now I finance the car (not about the dealer) and am not quite sure with the duration of the stop.. could be that it is a crooked liability .. just think the worst thing about it;-) someone has experience with vehicle purchase with stopover time (registration to the dealer for a certain time) The financing is pending, and I also have to decide whether to take the vehicle wool or not (the dealer has offered at least that if I do not agree with the change). I was also able to get back from the purchase contract) So experiences of people who have acquired a new driving show, with holding time 🙂 Thanks PS. Calm me, so that I can make the purchase 😉 wait for my new one after all already 3 months.

  • Focus ST Finance

Hello together, I am currently thinking about changing my Focus mk4 for a ST X automatic, as I have been following this dream for a long time and unfortunately Ford 2025 is setting up the production of this car. All this as a new car, this would cost me 40,49€ with overpass. As a down payment I would sell my car private for about 17,000€ and put 10,000€ on it, 13,49€ remain to finance. I would pay this to 48 months to 200€ each (9600€). 90€ and about 500€ interest (currently there is a 0.99% action on interest) Now to me, I earn 1900 net, minus all fixed costs like rent, livelihood etc remain currently about 600€, sometimes more times less. I will drive in the year about 25.000km, of which 45km simply to the job. Yes I am aware that the ST will consume a little more than my current, which I drive with about 6l/100km. Due to the higher consumption and the insurance would be about 150€ more to the fixed food Is this a dream that can be fulfilled or should I rather let it be and continue my journey? LG
