  • Company cars operating use less than 50%

Hello, I understand the taxation of a company car honestly not so really. If with the operation a company car makes available and I use it to approx. 70% private use, then I still have to tax it over the 1% regulation, if the car is not attributed to the operating assets? I have read more often that if the operational use is between 10-50%, the vehicle can also be assigned to the private property. However, here the disadvantage arises, d I hope someone knows a little better than me here and can help me. PS: I know that I should rather ask this in the company itself, but would like to know this beforehand in order to be able to assess my possibilities better. Greetings

  • Financing Santander

Hello we want to finance a Picanto at a car dealership, he would cost 10990€. The financing would run through the Santander. I got a contract where a installment insurance and the santander safe insurance are already used but I’m not sure if I want this insurance or if it’s just money making. p.s. We both have secure full-time jobs and I’m 24 (because of sudden death or so) the RSV would cost 130€ and the safes 600€. ch unfortunately have found nothing useful so far

  • Is the Alhambra worth it at like2drive?

Dear forum members, I would need your help because I don’t get anywhere at the moment or I don’t know if I’ve missed anything. To my situation: I own a Hyundai i30, because my first child is 2 years old and the next one comes in 2 months, we’re slowly getting close…. Now I’ve picked out several options, including the Skoda Octavia or the Seat Alhambra (as a maximum solution so to speak). The Alhambra is available with TSI 150 HP, DSG at like2drive for 369 Euro in Mon at including all costs (except fuel). My driving performance is 15tsd km/year. Now I wonder…is that worth it? If I were to buy it in the equipment (at least 27tsd Euro at mobile.de), I would have only about 450 Euro/year at financing costs over 5 years and no insurance, let alone maintenance. Sure, the car would belong to me and I could resell it-but a car is a high-risk facility-if something happens in the 5 years, the value drops After one year I had an accident, which was just over the total damage and after 2 years a hailfall…). If what happens to the leased vehicle, should not be more than the SB (which is quite high with 750 Euro) come to me, right? That would increase the monthly price of the Alhambra to a maximum of 433 Euro (369 Euro + 750/12 Euro). Even a used Alhambra with 60tsd km costs 20tsd Euro, which is about 330 Euro Fina. and there are no follow-up costs in it. Overall, it all seems rather attractive to me. But as I said…do I see what? Is there a catch? Maybe someone can understand my thoughts and give me a tip.

  • Financing as a couple makes sense?

We have presented ourselves with a BMW 3 or AUDI A5. The purchase price varies depending on the equipment between 40T€ and 45T€. We find it difficult to evaluate the extent to which we can finance this vehicle. We have often been offered a 3-way financing. There we would pay 5000-8000 € depending on the equipment and pay at a rate of 3 years. In the end we would have to trigger the vehicle. In principle, we find the idea appealing, because we do not know where we will be in 3 years and if the car still likes it. But we have no experience with such methods, is something to consider in this model according to experience? The question also whether we receive the financing for it from the car bank. Household income: 5.800 €,- Rent: 700 € Petrol/Insurance: 200 € Food/Insurance: 1000,- € Leisure/Holiday/Abos: 900 € Normally there should be But we don’t know how bank calculates? Does anyone have any experience of such a project? Thank you very much.

  • Used cars vs New cars Leasing or financing

Hi dear people, I’m a novice driver and have had my driver’s license for 1 month and I want to get a car. I’m torn back and forth if I should buy a used car in cash or should rather finance a new car leasen /. I found very good mileage leasing offers, where a new car VW Golf VIII would cost 1.5 TSI, just 190€/month. The total with CAP cover would be 1,500€ per year. That would be a total cost of 320€/month. I wonder why I should get a used car with 100,000 kilometers for 4-5000€, which might still have to be repaired in the near future and and and, opposite to a new car that is simply great in every respect. Short to my person, I am 24 years old and earn about 4000€ net per month and thus I could afford a leasing + full cascade rate of 320€ easy and therefore would have a fri I’m looking forward to your advice. • Opinion on car financing

Moin! Bin John, 20. I would very much like to drive a G42, preferably M240i … Now to the financial aspect: I expect to find a suitable M240i with under 60tkm for under 43€k in 1 1/2 years? Could I be right there? Now to my side: -2.3k net -knappe 300€ rent + what else you have -small memberships like: Gym, Spotify, Netflix etc. so manageable expenses. I expect to pay with it at the time about 8-12k. I would have a sum to be financed from 33k€. Is that to be realized? If so how long, where? I think this question has been asked tens of billion times, I still hope for an answer.

  • Special instalments BMW Bank

Hello together, I have completed a 36 monthly balloon financing. If I make 2-3 special repayments in the 36 months and finish the financing already before, what about the interest? Do I get interest (Euro) credited in the event of early redemption of the financing? Or does it keep the balance, regarding the “criminal fee” for early redemption at the bank? Thank you in advance!

  • Application for funding approved

Hello, the application for financing from the dealer about Santander has been approved and the vehicle has been ordered for inspection. Question: Can one now ask for financing from another dealer who has an interesting car also Santander or is it absolutely necessary to revoke the old one? No purchase contract exists so far. • Santander RSV insurance taken out

Tach, I said in good German sch…. built & took out an insurance which I didn’t want at all. August a car financing was completed, the vehicle cost me ~16.000€. Now after about 5-6 months I wanted to pay off, so I called there and they sent me a letter home how much I had to pay with interest etc.. Pride 19.500€… only then I noticed that in the contract the RSV is included. I called the bank on the phone. say that I have to pay the 19500, and the RSV is valid for a total of 3 years. Called the workers of the bank who turned the whole thing on me, he says I have to pay the 19.500 and then get back from the 350€ the rest because I don’t have it that long… kp. Does someone know about it? How does that work out? On the Internet, some people have found the problem with the RSV… nothing proper. If you can do something it’s good, if not bad because I have the drive ug still got a bit cheaper than usual & the car is still on the Internet at approx. 18.00€. Nevertheless, you don’t have to throw away 350€.

  • Financing in training so feasible?

Hello together, have an idea in mind and just wanted to ask here in the financing forum what you think of my project. First of all, I would like to point out clearly that this is only about financing and not about the fact that the apprentices are not gentlemen’s years, that one was not allowed to allow such a thing ten years ago, etc. – It’s all about the financial situation. Let’s start with: I love a vehicle right now. This vehicle costs ~28,500€ and is half a year old. My current situation looks like this: I live with my parents and I don’t plan to move out of the house (even during the planned duration of the financing). I don’t currently have a job, have a saving, which is enough for the deposit. The deposit would be 7,000€, whereby you can set this higher if you want to. 300€ would then be due for 36 months each month. h to 12.00€ for the 37th installment. I only start in August with a job (training) in the public service and will earn in the first year 1.150€, in the second 1.250€ and in the third 1.350€. I actually thought that other people who do an education have their own apartment and therefore also have electricity, internet and co. as fixed costs, with which they can manage. With me it would then be a car instead of an apartment, which would cost me something monthly. I would register as a second car of my father and would be a bit cheaper around the laps as I have not owned a vehicle of my own so far and would therefore be expensive. Because the vehicle is only half a year old, the vehicle is only 3.5 years old after three years and relatively fresh from the age. 24 months vehicle warranty, 12 months mobility guarantee + maintenance freedom for 6 months are included. My goal would be to provide training due to To shorten from good performance to 22.5 years and then earn a normal salary. I wanted to get an adult opinion. I am very car affine and love cars and driving. Actually it would be like a “dream”. Is my approach acceptable or do I think maybe much too naive? Thanks already for the following answers
