  • 500€ Loan without equity?

I am 21 years young and now through with my car training. Earned in training c.a 600€ of it went to my mother (300€) mobile contract and busticket (120€). I am young there you want to go out from time to time. Anyway I’m now through and earn c.a 140€ of it still go 300€ to my mother and 50€ for my mobile phone. So for me I have c.a 110€. Now to my question, I have an indefinite employment relationship (unfortunately still in the probation period) and would very well If you would like to buy one for 1500€ with 2 years of TÜV, I still know that I want to buy something right now and keep it for longer.Do you think a bank would give me the credit? And what is your opinion about my “plan”? Thank you in advance

  • Buying shares in exclusive vehicles as an investment – what do you think of it?

Hello everybody, I’m new here and I’ve been working on the subject of investing in exclusive vehicles a little bit lately. I’ve come up with an idea that hasn’t let me go since then. That’s why I wanted to ask you about your opinion here. It’s about buying shares in exclusive vehicles to benefit from the increase in value. So, a proportionate investment, in case you lack the necessary small change to buy vehicles in a corresponding price range. If you do a little research, you can quickly find platforms that already offer something like this. I wonder, however, if something is not lost, if you invest out of passion in something that you can’t “live” physically in the end. I would find it super interesting to hear the opinion of someone who has a lot of business with cars and a better overview of the car market. Could you imagine such an investment? Do you see pros or cons? Vie I’m curious what you’re saying! LG, Johannes

  • How do you usually pay for a new car at the dealership?

Hello, soon my new one comes. Now I ask myself, how do I pay with the least risk. I transfer, dealer sends me the letter to register and I pick up the car afterwards. Is this the usual practice at a serious car dealership? What if the letter does not come after the transfer, can I have my money back easily and if, how long? Are there any stumble traps, what should I pay attention to? Greeting sand

  • Return for 3-way financing where must inspection and what repairs be made?

Hello all, I bought a 2 year old Tiguan from the VW dealer about a 3-way-financing. I no longer need the car and would like to return it at the end of the contract term (October 2020). At the last TÜV in November 2019 porous engine bearings were noted but not criticized (so there was without a repair new TÜV, however these are in the TÜV report), these have to be repaired before the return and if so I can also easily to a f before the return, there is also an oil change and, if I am unlucky, a large inspection. Can I also have it done in a free workshop? Since a good friend owns his own workshop and I don’t need any invoice, of course this would be much cheaper (or do I need an official invoice for the repair? Thank you for the help!

  • Interest rate conditions with Mercedes Bank Plus3 financing

4 years ago I got myself a Mercedes with Plus3 financing, i.e. a residual value financing with repurchase guarantee (over the residual value) – thus almost like leasing. If you convert to LF I come to 0.77 vehicle BLP 69000, 48 months, special payment 8000, monthly rate 368. Since it is a financing, the bank gives an interest rate of 0.96% effective annual interest. Now the contract runs out slowly and I wanted to buy a new vehicle at the same dealer hoping to buy the same So I asked for another vehicle, BLP, same deposit, same term, etc. Only now the monthly rate would be clearly over 500 euros. The dealer doesn’t know why, he can’t do anything. That’s all the bank has to say. It’s all because the bank now wants 2.99% or, depending on the model, 3.99% interest rates. I have looked at it and actually this rate seems to be normal. I happen to have a special offer from the bank at that time. the Mercedes bank caught without noticing it? I don’t see now to pay for an equivalent vehicle at once 10000 € more. He then offered me a vehicle with a BLP of 59k – then almost come back to the same monthly rate. I’m talking less about the monthly rate than about the total price I pay over the duration of 4 years. With my current car it was quite exactly 25k, with the new offer it was depending on model 33-35k. And I can see that somehow I don’t think so.

  • Cars without a trip to the place of work

Hello together, following my problem. I hope you can give me a piece of advice, the first tax consultant could definitely not. Through my employer I have the opportunity to take a company car. In my employment contract a place of work is defined. At this place of work I find myself twice a year, because I am on site with the customer from Monday to Thursday and on Friday always in the home office. In order to minimise the risk of liability, my distance to the first place of business is 45 kilometres, which would correspond to a monetary advantage, at a gross list price of 45,000 euros, of 1057.50 euros. Calculation: 1% per month = 450,00 euros 0.03% to the place of business = 607,50 euros There is now the possibility of 607,50 euros (0.03% * distance to the place of business) from the Finan And does the refund correspond to the same value that will be deducted net to me every month? Example I will be charged 300 euros net and the tax office will return 300 euros net to me at the end of the year? Thank you for your help!

  • Dismantling of end-of-life vehicle for annual VW cars

Hello, our passat (TDI, almost 300,000 km, EURO3) brings due to its age/condition for export still max. 500 €. Coupling is due, timing belts, brakes, tyres, drive shaft and much more. In short: the repair is not worth any more. VW pays me for the car 4,000 € (3750 premium + 250€ discount) when buying an annual car (golf variant). At the price of 16,000 € for the JaWa discount I would have a new car (10,000 km) for 12,000 €. comes ? Ideally I would drive the passat for half a year if the TÜV has expired. It costs me practically nothing more. Greeting Thomas

  • Principle question: What type of purchase (leasing, GWK, fin.) for modern family car/pendelaut

Hello, with us an additional vehicle with the requirements: 4x per week commuting = total kilometer/year approx. 20,000 km Motorway suitable and reserves for country roads, easy terrain suitable (Allroad, Alltrack, Scout, …) with all-wheel drive and AHK Large family-friendly trunk New car purchase is not possible, since value loss makes no sense. Car must run reliably, should have things like hands-free equipment, voice control, modern lighting system, etc. Diesel with at least 180-190 PS Sooo often I have not yet come to the opportunity to buy/leas a vehicle etc. Therefore my principle question: What type of purchase? Private leasing New car/day registration/yearly car = here I come to rates (according to the vehicle requirement) of at least 400 to 510 € per month Private leasing Young used person: the leasing rates are also around 400/500 € used car purchase with credit from house bank/internet bank with sale after 4 years financing of a boy Gebra uchten or annual car with credit from Hausbank/Internetbank Thank you! • Resign as a private seller from selling to a dealer?

Hello forum, I am interested in the following: I have offered a car at Autoscout. A dealer in a far distance wanted him because he has a customer for it. So he sent me a contract as PDF with his signature. I have printed, signed, scanned and sent it back. Amount is also as agreed in the purchase contract. So now I have a much better offer from a buyer. Is the contract binding for me? What can the dealer do if I have the m say he doesn’t get the car after all? He didn’t make a deposit, because everything went by e-mail. Please not moral accusations, but only facts, or experiences. Thank you. Lapsy
