Hello, I have one or several important questions for the professionals and wisers among you. First of all a few small details. I leased a Golf 5 to me in December 2004. Until now I paid my leasing rates finely acidierihc each month and of course in youthful zeal also changed a lot on the car (deep, rear painted, threshold, edition 30 lip, new headlights rear lights, in the interior center console lacquered) Something like that.On the engine, brakes nothing was changed. D I would also like to note that I have 3 bumps (passenger side, one under sill, one behind passenger door and a little size with scratches underneath, all passenger side, actually really good looks you only 2. The value of the bumps should be about 1000€ (had I asked for some time) At the end of the year the 48 month leasing contract expires. Rest rate is 500€ in November. The car no longer corresponds to the standard condition. I thought I could change it anyway. Buy anyway, now I would rather get a used GTI. Car: Golf V 1.4 with numerous modifications, but does not look kitschy. 50 000km run about by the end of the year. Pictures:Picture Picture 2 Picture 3 My questions: Is it possible to return the car to the car dealership and lease a new one there?! Should I rather pay the 500€ and then try to sell it at the Autoscout24 or other higher?! (According to Autoscout Wet from good 10 – 11 k, this is realistis ch?) Would like to have enough money left in the end to lease the GTI (which I will not change) ^^ Thank you very much Best regards Happy weekend Falco

3-way financing Golf 7
Hello Together I have to buy a Golf 7 Highline with 122hp, because I decided to do so after the test drive with BMW 1er, Merzedes A and Audi A3. Now I was offered a 3-way financing with the after long discussion now looks like this. Purchase price after 3000€ Decree: purchase price 24.99€ deposit 10,000€ Purchase price to be financed: 14.99€ Financing at 1.9% Rate 200€ over 48 months Rest rate after 48 months 6.100€ since car sellers basically slit ears sin d, am I now unsure whether the financing is as optimal and PREALLY like you evaluate the risk with it? Since I quickly put something in my head and that also like to put through what is not always so optimal I would like to know from “outsiders”, so you know what you think about it? So get into the keys, I am happy about any feedback that makes me decide for it or against it. Mfg Benni

SALE OF MERC:A CLASS AT MOBILE.DE STEFAN GITSCHEL FROM Frederikshavn
Hello, I appreciate your intention to buy my Mercedes-Benz A 140. The car works and is in perfect condition. I never had any problems with the engine. The price is 2000 EURO. We live in the northern part of Denmark (DK), in a beautiful lakeside town called Frederikshavn, North Jutland region. We had a nice place to stay during our summer and winter holidays in Augsburg. That’s why the car has German plates and German registration still. I h abe bought it from Germany and I am the first owner. The reason for the sale now is that we are a nice couple of pensioners (I am 63 and my beloved wife is 61 years old), and we love to spend our time traveling with the world by plane, so a car is no longer useful for us. We also sold our holiday home in Germany and bought a farm here in Denmark. If you agree and you want to have a meeting to the car to see and make a test drive, then we are ready to make a trip to Germany and meet you personally. I am sure that we can find a beautiful city in Germany to arrange an appointment, a region acceptable to us and for you at the same time. Please tell us where you live. We have the belief that this can be a good business! With kind regards, Gitschel Stefan

Financing issues in the purchase of new cars
moin moin I have a financing question that I can certainly answer well here. it is of course about buying new cars with financing. there are from certain manufacturers always special offers, zb in februar at seat the 0% financing. this zb also applies if I buy a vehicle online (eg my car or similar) ?! because on their side it says that the partner of the dealer of the vehicle manufacturer is. I’m not talking about import vehicles but this special online price discounts for normal German vehicles with collection from factory (zb wolfsburg). For example: golf 7, bought online with 15% discount (fictitious value). vw offers 1.9% financing. do I get this 1.9% also from the vehicle from the internet? because the car is bought at the end at the dealer’s place (so statement online). would I get the 0% (e.g. seat advertising februar) even if I buy online (if the vehicle is advertised with it) ?! until what purchase price do I get for example with low-interest variants if I am 25 0€ monthly would like to be capped?! (no payment, with residual debt, 4 years) I am clear that I pay 48×250 = 1200€. with residual value 1000€ I would be at 22000€ at 0% financing. the problem is that my chosen vehicle is more likely to be 25-28000 (including discount internet). have vehicles after 4 years basically only 10000 residual value?! comes to me low if I can return a basic equipment vehicle(16000€) without extras after 4 years still for 850€ to the dealer…

Leasing contract to terminate after 14 days?! Ask for help
Hello, dear forum, I signed a leasing agreement with Audi a week ago (private leasing with mileage, no residual value) but now I’m not sure anymore and would like to wait or cancel the contract, since it’s only a week back there has to be something like a 14-day return right, after all we live in Germany. I would be happy if you had tips for me, since the dealer thinks it’s no longer possible! MfG

Car to Russia and return VAT
Hello forum, I hope you can give me information on my specific case, as I have found nothing on the fast at google. The following situation: My uncle from Russia wants me to buy a car for him in Germany from a dealer. This will then be shipped by ferry to Finland or St. Petersburg and he will drive it privately in Russia. He would also like to get the VAT back. How would that happen if I bought the car for him and then it would go to him in D We had a similar case with an X5. But he bought it in Germany directly in his name and then without any problems got the VAT from the car dealership after the transfer on the ferry. This time, however, it is the case that I will buy the car for him. I am a German citizen, but I also have a Russian passport, f Thank you in advance!

Car financing my sister
Hi people, good advice is expensive, that’s why I told her. Here are competent people at motortalk who can certainly help you or give you tips. My sister wants to buy a CLK convertible. She has chosen the following modelCLK 200 compressor convertible Price 16990 € She wants to drive the car for 2 years only. The final rate should reflect the residual value of the car so that you get out of the matter + – 0. Question What do you think of the car? I told her to many kilometers ! Vehicle is 3 hand ! No command system !!! And only a 1 year used car warranty which is perhaps not even worth your name. I find the car in itself too expensive ! I say it because you want to sell the car after 2 years and then everything is to be considered when buying, I hope you understand what I mean. 2. Question: The following financing offer cash payment price: € 16.990,- Deposit: € 5.097,- Net loan amount: € 11.893,- Duration: 36 months. Monthly rate: € 178.57 Final rate: € 7.305.70 Effect. Annual rate: 6.49% Fixed interest rate p.a.: 6.30% Gross loan amount: € 11.893,- Processing fees: € 0,- Bank: Mercedes-Benz Bank AG, Siemensstraße 7, 70469 Stuttgart If you sell the vehicle again after 3 years, or even after 2 years? Do you still get the final rate? What keeps her from the interest rates. Goal: Your goal is to drive the vehicle for 2 years maximum 3 years and get out of the face with 0 A down payment away, interest off! I find the loss of value will be gigantic. Greetings

Used car financing via Santander
Servus together, has someone already had experience with the Santander (car credit)? Have just got an offer about a used car financing available (20.000€ at 4.5% eff.). I find actually quite good. Only drawback: The vehicle letter must be sent within 4 weeks. How does it work with the financing? I have picked out some vehicles, but I can only agree to the dealers if I have the money of Santander in my account. In addition, there is not yet enough says if the car is still available after payment of the loan or if I agree with the dealer at all. By the 4 weeks deadline one would then be forced to find something in time. Has someone already financed about Santander and can say something about it? Can one also postpone the 4 weeks deadline or delay the payment? In any case I want to have the money in my account before I go to the dealer. More problem: The vehicle will be for insurance reasons The Santander has also sent a wipe with the loan offer, which can be filled out if the vehicle is to be registered with someone else. There is also the FIN of the vehicle registered. Can one still submit the slip after the credit authorization / payment? Because before that I do not have any specific FIN.

Engine damage – who has to pay?
Hello together, I bought a used S-Class on 21.01.2013 from a dealer as a business driver (he did not want to sell to private). The vehicle is from the year 2000 and had 199500. Now after almost 2 weeks (on 02.02.13) and about 800 km came a very probable engine damage (the car is now at MB Werkstatt). What rights do I have now to the seller. Must he pay for the repair or take the car back against full repayment or must I bathe all this myself??? For your help I am very grateful to you!!!

Which car for transition when waiting for new cars?
Hello, here’s a perhaps unusual question. My car is from 2006 and has 180,000 km down (Octavia RS). He is well maintained checkbook, but nevertheless it can happen that he suddenly breaks irreperibly. From today to morning. I would then buy another new car (probably again Octavia RS). But then the question arises: What should I drive until the new car is delivered? I drive about 2,300 km a month. I tend to take a car in such a case. A small car that is relatively stable in value and which I can then repel after a few months with as little loss as possible. Perhaps a used Skoda Fabia for 4,000,- €?!? And sell it again for a little over 3,000,- € after a few months?!? However, the waiting times at Skoda are weeks rather than months. Had had to wait at that time about 2 months. What idea do you have or what would you do in my place? Greeting, Karl Heinz
