Hello, maybe a bit curious, because you probably find the opposite, but now well I bought a car from the dealer. Purchase price was 15.500 €. About this 500 goes. I started with 15,000 € in the luggage, because the stated price was what was around 14.200 € I think and then thought 15,000 € is enough. Well then the car had of course no TÜV, an inspection had to come here, guarantee for an extra fee… End of the song was then 15.500 €. Since I wanted the car undebing I thought m but since I only had the 15,000€ with me, I “payed” him and then he meant something like “yes if you pick up the car, then bring the rest by or transfer it”. About 2 weeks later I pick up the car and of course I didn’t say anything about it, so according to the motto “hey achja here are still 500€”, of course in the conviction that he will already address it. But nothing. So I take the car with me and bye. 3 days ago (the purchase is now about a month ago) he calls me and starts with “I’ve gone through the contracts of the last time again and you have paid 15,000 €…” since I think so aha now come the 500, but he then continues “…because of the money laundering set I need a persoscopy”. Nice day still etc., again no talk of still missing 500 €. My question is now: Is this some trick or something? Can something happen to me afterwards that he says something like the purchase contract is t not completed, because the whole amount was not paid, car back or something? I mean a total professional who has been in business for decades (the guy was a little older ), doesn’t forget just 500€ or so? At the first moment I was happy, of course, but somehow it also seems a little Spanish to me…

Duration of financing and holding of a C-class
Hi there, so far I have always purchased my vehicles by leasing. Since I have recently had to drive about 30,000km per year, I would like to buy a used C-Class for the first time. My goal is to buy a limousine or a station wagon. Since I have not yet bought a car, I have opened up two questions:1. Financing: Due to the high driving requirements, I am not sure how to make the financing here best. r that I should choose a financing with down payment and closing rate (Plus3 financing), because I can then return the vehicle to the dealer after 4 years of use (and a mileage of probably 120,000km (+kilometre level of the previous owner) for example. I would have the certainty that I would have a buyer for the vehicle despite increased mileage. The next point is that I would like to buy a diesel car, but I live in a city where There may be driving bans (even if I can’t imagine it with regard to new diesel vehicles >6). So I would have the safety here too that I would have a customer for the vehicle in an emergency. Or what would you recommend me? 2. Duration of ownership: I am also unsure about the holding time of the vehicle. Due to the high driving performance I had planned to keep the vehicle 4-5 years. Of course, vehicles are often much more durable, but you can choose between nn also does not rule out that with a mileage of approx.150,000km and more, the first major repairs can happen. Or am I wrong here? Should I aim for a higher stopping time in spite of the many kilometers per year? Thank you in advance for your tips!

Take over Corsa after lease termination (ALD)
Hello, my lease expires in June and I would like to keep my car and therefore finance it to the end. As far as the plan is concerned. Now my contract is unfortunately a mileage leasing with the ALD. I was with Opel today and there they could not give me any information, I should come by again Monday with my contract. However, it was suggested that if it is a km contract, I have no access to the car. With a residual value judgment all this would be quite unproblematic. However, I also have the copy of a buyback agreement between Opel and ALD with a fixed residual value (approx. 500€). And from ALD I have already received mail that I have several options (leasing extend, new car leases, new car finance or take over my current one. So that sounds like I have a way to keep my car. I guess that would then be about a financial mess. g or cash payment run at ALD. Question is now whether is considered as the basis of the fixed residual value? Will the car then be reviewed again, as is actually usual after km leasing? And could it also be that ALD sells to Opel and I then acquire the car from the dealer? Does anyone have experience with such a constellation? Of course I call on ALD on Monday to clarify this, but maybe someone already has experiences. VG and good night

Buy a paid car, huh?
Hello wanted to buy a car, but this one is still financed, and the seller does not know exactly how it can run. I would look at cars today and would like to take them with me, of course, 1. because it is a long distance and 2. for the sake of impatience. The seller said I could take the car with me immediately, but of course without a letter. Now I don’t know exactly how to handle it best to solve it safely and quickly. If I take the car with me, make a deposit e and everything is recorded in the purchase contract how it should run, is that then sufficient, or should one rather do it otherwise? Have read many threads but to 99% then unfortunately one leaves only conjectures. MfG

Business cars for own company if at the same time still employees?
Hello friends, I am an employee and have registered a business (individual company) almost half a year ago. The office is at my home. This develops unexpectedly well, so that I carefully look around for a new (leasing) vehicle. However, it is currently difficult for me to find my way around with the numerous pitfalls. At present it looks like that the share of private use is higher than the commercial one. Can I at all basically at a If YES, what possibilities do I have to apply the cost of a commercial car for tax purposes? Can I apply the 1% rule here? Which distance packages would be required in this case? The distance to the company in which I am employed or 0km, since my office is at home as a business owner? Any advice/help is welcome! Thank you for your support. Greetings, qfactor

New car bought and now dealer “insolvent”
Moin, a colleague of mine bought a golf station wagon from a VW dealership and also picked it up in Wolfsburg (with a short-term license plate). However, he cannot allow the car to himself, because the dealer does not have the money to trigger the car at VW, so the letter is not sent to the dealer. So she says from the seller. The car is mostly financed by the VW bank. Does my colleague have a possibility to get to the papers somehow different from that about the dealer . e.g. contact VW that they send the letter to the registration office, then allow cars to activate the financing at all times? Has one of you ever had such a case?

Quit contract?
Hello to the experts, a used car was bought and a financing agreement was concluded through the car bank. At the same time, the buyer’s vehicle is taken in payment. The withdrawal period of 14 days has already been exceeded by 2 days, but the exchange of both vehicles – so old for new – has not yet been done, because the removal of defects-e.g. painting work / paint doctor-on the purchased car has not yet been completed. Contract has now already been exceeded by 8 days. Since actually nothing has happened yet said: the old car still drives through the area and the “new” is not yet registered, can the buyer now still get out of the contract ? despite the elapsed deadline and if yes, could there still costs to come to him ? The seller would have had to eliminate the defects anyway for every buyer, that probably hardly be put in Rechnunng ? Thanks for information. Greeting Wolfgang

Leasing or bank loan for new polo?
Hello, I plan to buy a new VW Polo in the course of the year, should I lease the car for 4 years and then finance the remaining value for 3-4 years or should I take a bank loan directly and buy the car bar and then pay off directly 5-8 years at the bank? The interest of the VW Bank is of course lower, but for that the dare still belongs to VW and not to me, so I could decide myself where to have it repaired and similar. can continue to help?

Switch from BMW (325i) to Audi A4 (2.7TDI)?
Hello, currently have a service car, BMW 325i, 6-cylinder, gasoline and am very satisfied with it!! The lease agreement expires and a new purchase is imminent. BUT: the BMW 325i is significantly higher than the Audi, A4, 2.7TDI, in the mtl. Fullservic leasing rate by over 10% more expensive!! What is decisive is that the residual value of the A4 (after 5 years, 125,000 km) is significantly higher than the BMW. There is no significant difference in the purchase price. d BMW (4-cylinder) leased: a test drive, however, disappointed me with the noise level of the car (diesel)!! Now I have completed a test drive with an Audi A4, diesel, 4-cylinder and was very positively surprised by the driving noise (very quieter, quieter than the BMW). The Audi salesman told me something about a new technology in the Audi, which is why Audi is “in the lead” here (don’t know me). I find it very difficult to say goodbye to my 6-cylinder, but if I’m on a test drive, I’m not sure about it. My questions: 1. Does someone have experience with a change from the 325i BMW to the A$ 2.7TDI regarding the noise level or the quietness of the two vehicles? 2. Does someone have similar experience with the residual value estimates between the two vehicles at 125,000 km, 5 years or does someone have a tip where I can get comparative values. Thank you! mfg
