Hello, I have a question about the service car leasing. Can I also apply the 1% regulation if I am untwergs to 75% private (about 1500km/month) and 25% official (working distance about 500km/month). A travel book is not really possible, since it would be too expensive to document any journey. Is there any other uncomplicated possibility? And one more example: car price (gross): 45,000€ Income gross: 4,500€ 1% – BLP: 450€ 0.03% BLP x work distance in KM (incoming): 162€ Gesa mt: 612€ gross salary (4,500€) + 612€ = 5,112€. 5.112€ net and the difference (before / after) is the amount that has to be paid or this is the amount that costs the car and is therefore deducted net. Is my example invoice so correct?

Sixt Vario financing
moin moin besammen, ich google schon gefelte Eternitäten nach erfahren etc. to the offer “SIXT VARIO FINANCING”:http://auto.sixt.de/instructor/auto-vario-finanzierung/ you can of course find without end infos about the leasing offer, but I did not know the financing option yet. the calculation shows no eff. interest rate, but overall a better result than offers of the dealers. clearly better ! is the better purchase (rebate) which can achieve the sixt ? has jema nd about sixt financing already a vehicle has been purchased ? I think this is as usual with Sixt absolutely serious. am not averse to to strike. oh so, the vehicle that interests me is a landi defender. I don’t want to give it up any more, if I have it for that reason there is no leasing in question for me either. thank you in advance, and gruss

Car financing (balloon) is that possible?
Hello together, I hope you’ve started well on the Whitsun weekend I turn to you as I want to get some different advice on my financing. I’m interested in a ProCeed GT (though I thought of a new EU car is a good idea but the missing beeper at the front, warranty games and co. therefore I buy a German model). Price is for a used one from mid 2019 (i.e. already MY 2020 ) at approx. 27,000 TEUR. I have made the days a current list of my fixed expenses and this looks like this: 400 EUR rent warm (i.e. with GET and everything), 150 EUR saving (Fond), 60 EUR saving (Bausparer), 100 – 125 EUR food purchase, 50 EUR repair flat fee car, 200 EUR petrol, 100 EUR insurance -> 1,085 EUR total. In addition, there are about 300 EUR for going on, clothes, and things you can yourself The 500 EUR currently remaining land on a daily money account and are currently used for holidays and co. My partner is also working, children are undesirable in the medium term. Now for financing: Planned: 2500 EUR down payment (to press monthly rate), 300 EUR rate each month, 9990 EUR closing rate. Duration: 5 years. However, after the end of the financing, the vehicle should be driven on. Of course, I would like more numbers in About 10 years buy a condominium and shoot in more equity there. Now to my actual question: Is the financing so reasonable or would you adjust something?

Deletion of car loan prematurely – Savings in interest rates not possible?
Hello all, I had the consideration to repay the completed partial financing of my car prematurely. Goal: Saving interest + no credit debt anymore The credit is composed as follows: Total loan amount + borrowing interest = total amount So I called the bank to send me the documents. Now came the post and somehow the content is not as I would have expected 😛 And I already redeemed 20 out of 59 installments, so the corresponding rests In the letter it is now written that – should I want to redeem the loan prematurely – I would have to transfer the residual amount X + nominal interest rates for the period 02.-30.11.2020 + the pre-due fee of 1 %. A) Actually, the residual amount already includes the nominal interest rates until the end of the term, how can there be extra nominal interest rates for November? B) No interest savings in sight. C) Then I would be stupid if I would trigger the prematurely. e, since I pay on it in that case. In the conditions there is nothing of interest refund, only that the lender is entitled to compensation in case of early repayment (the said max. 1 % of the balance). What are your experiences? Now I’m angry of course that I didn’t pay the same cash … but wanted to leave me a cushion in the account for the case that the fridge or so blesses the temporal,

Defeat or partially finance the final rate?
Good day, Mr. Motortalker, I have a little question of faith… Would you pay the final rate of a car balloon financing immediately upon maturity, if the liquid funds, in other words, we say that there were 20,000 euros of savings, then be debt-free and with the now no longer due rate save just this 20,000 euros over a few years, or would you take only a part of this 20,000 euros and say 10,000 euros again over a few years. Then you still have a rate that was about the same as the rate before, but just 10,000 euros more in your pocket, which could then serve for other things, but just with credit… Somehow I don’t agree which variant is the better one… “poor” but debt-free, or “indebted”, but with balances in your account… What do you think?

Import Porsche Boxster from abroad?
Hey Autofans Bin 28 and plan to buy a Porsche Boxster, but do not want to spend more than 20k maximum 25k. Cars should not be older than year of construction 2004 and also not have all too many kilometers on it. So far my cars have always been quite normal at ebay or on the car market, but I have now come to the conclusion that it might be cheaper to import one from abroad but no plan what there insurance technical and cost-technical still comes on one What could you recommend to me? For example, I have seen a standard boxster on the English Porsche website already aB 32k pounds (maximum 34k Euro), in Germany only from 45k Euro of which I think it is also a much cheaper one to get from England, but of course there is also the problem with right-hand handlebars…. I actually don’t have a plan and wanted to ask if you can recommend me something as cheaply as I can easily and safely to a B oxster could come and whether it is worth buying it maybe not in Germany. (live in the vicinity of Cologne). merci and greetings

Company cars or private cars??
Hello community, I have a question about company cars. For years I have been driving a company car, which is taxed according to the 1% method plus 0.03% per KM to the place of employment. It is still to be counted here an own participation to the equipment. Example: BLP of the car: 40.000€. 1% of it is 400€. I have a monthly own participation of 150€, i.e. I tax 250€. In addition 50 kilometers to the place of employment, i.e. 50*0.03%*40.000=600€. So I get on my gross salary total 850€ above At about 40% deductions, this means that the car costs approx. 850€*40%+150€=490€ per month. Now the company offers a unique opportunity to buy a car privately, to dispense with the company car and then to get 0.3€ per km, which you drive on duty. At about 30,000 km, which I drive on duty in the year, this means that I get 900€ per year, that is 750€ per month. My questions: – If I lease a car privately, you can also arrange a full lease, i.e. all the costs, including gasoline? – What does that cost? – Are there good internet sites here where you can calculate the costs? – Can you also get money from the tax office if you swirl on private leasing? – Does my calculation at all so, or do I have something to consider? – How do I get money from the tax office? Does buying a private car look like it? Greetings, Andreas

Rate of interest on savings bank(financing)
How high was your interest rate at the savings bank? or where did you get the money! wanted to finance 10-15 000€ and the easiest way would be through your own home bank, but there is usually the highest interest rate or? where did you make your financings? but I find an interest rate of 6-8 % already too high! since I pay 4000€ only at interest rates! then I thought look through the internet and shot on fortis (starting at 4.49%) well if I would get interest rates who would be nice! to fortis… application not accepted but you can never get the cistern anyway, why the not flap obovhl I am fully creditworthy no special came around there! I think times they want to cover themselves and want you to complete this insurance that if you are in case of unemployment the insurance continues to pay! but that also costs about another thousand € extra that are all so abzocker

Selling old piles of junk ..Dangers?
Hello I tried to search the board, but unfortunately I did not find the right search terms, because actually I am sure that there should already be something to do with it… would like to sell my old (13years 183tkm). Unfortunately I did not care for the car (I was young and stupid) and the car is quite down (lacquer, exterior mirror plastic bleached, glove compartment defective, exhaust rusted through etc. TÜV runs out soon) , but has otherwise hardly rust and runs actually still g ut. I bought a used car now, but the dealer had no interest in the car (50Eur Schrottwert would have been feasible), so now my question: I have every two days plastic visa cards of mostly southern car dealers hanging on the car, which allegedly buy everything… According to the DAT list, the car would have a purchase value of 1600Eur in better condition, I would have to remove the defects there actually still 100-200Euro maybe even a bit more in it… …must ic h with such a sale notice anything? Do I have to guarantee for a car without TÜV as a private person? Can I get any trouble after a completed sale in any other form and if yes: are there ways to protect against it? … because I would actually find the thought quite comforting that my poor wounded companion may perhaps see Africa again or so 😉 …. Thanks for tips!

Car or motorcycle – What is cheaper?
Hello. I intended to make a car and motorcycle driver’s license together. What do you think is a motorcycle or a car cheaper in the maintenance?- Insurance – taxes – tank – repair / wear parts etc. And which motorcycle classes are most expensive? Had thought of such an athlete / super sportsman, because I liked the optically best. e.g. the Yamaha YZF-R6 but the machine has 599cm3 and performance 95kw. It is clear to me that one is not always on the road with the motorcycle n can and that with car you have other advantages (dach übermkopf, Platz etc.) is however not decisive for me (am still in training).
