Since I’m still looking for aluminum wheels for my B4 Avant, am I now shot on the platinum P61 (picture attached) my question has one of you mounted the rims on his B4 if yes he can set a picture where they are mounted on the vehicle?   • Water Footroom passenger side (heat exchanger)

    Moin people I gallube caught me at my AUDi 80 B4 ABT. Hope it is not the heat exchanger. Hello it has rained quite heavily tonight This morning I fell into the footroom (passenger side) my mobile phone. (car was already about 8h) I noticed that the footroom passenger side is a bit damp.Naja nothing was thought about it and was picked up from the work collapsing. The car was standing on. I then looked again at 16.30. (Hat rained the whole day.) ) The car stood thus almost 16h. and when I looked there it was really wet in the driver’s footroom. I put everything dry and well heated. The windows have easily fogged but with the ventilation got this under control. Besides it does not smell sweet. My question is nevertheless it is possible that the heat exchanger is over ? Or was the water from outside ? Did however all drains controlled and the fan engine was also dry. I looked then and if one over the footroom nozzle Auf the driver side is garnix. Cooling water loss minimally due to defective flange. What do you mean ? Rainwater or heat exchanger? Is it possible that the heat exchanger has lost the water after 16h switched off ? Audederdem the water should be warm when it comes to heating if it comes from the heat exchanger or not ?

  • Timing belt skipped

    Servus has a really big problem. My dad changed the timing belt with my Audi 80 Coupe MKB: ABK. Everything according to regulations. He ran really bad at the beginning, so I gave him to the VAG to adjust the ignition (doesn’t go with the ignition light gun;-). Then he ran perfectly. I then drove 2 weeks without problems and with full power. I then let him run in the stand for a time. At the same time, when the fan jumped powerfully started , to clack. So I once took off the timing belt cover and put it on OT. When it went crazy it cracked a few times. The fact was, the timing belt was skipped by 4 teeth. So I went back to the VAG and asked the what the car was doing with the ignition. and if he could set me the ignition again. Date made on Friday to leave the car, all great.   • Engine running hot at 2.8 V6 Quattro

    Before 4 weeks my Audi started running to 100 degrees and did not cool any more.We changed the thermoswitch on it, then it started again, within 1 km again to 100 degrees. A sniffing test was done, exhaust gases in the water.Then the head seal, wapu and thermostat was renewed. As soon as it came to 90 degrees, the cooling water gushed out above, again tested, again exhaust gases in the water.Sudden cylinder heads have hair cracks. Which worried, today built together.   • Aud 80 B4 2.3 NG no power

    Hello first of all πŸ™‚ So I’m starting to get a big problem: I bought an Audi B4 about 3 months ago with the NG 2.3 engine where I’m really happy with it. now to my problem since ca 2 to 3 weeks he pulls totally bad when he’s cold it’s really good as soon as he’s bit warm I have a feeling like he’s clogged or so I push on the gas and he needs forever until he’s up but what’s funny from time to time beko Is he something like a push and then suddenly still to pull on that goes but easily 3 sec long so and then he cacts again from where it can lie ?? has already over 300000 down but top maintained. I am totally anungsloß where it might lie πŸ™ would be happy about a quick answer thank you πŸ™‚ sorry because of the spelling flaws speak 4 spoke only that with the spelling hapert bischen XD πŸ™‚ oh yes what I still forgot he jump bad at speaking when I am a I didn’t drive for days he jumps well but as soon as I turned him off and again he has to turn ka 4 sec until he jumps and the speed goes up almost to 2000 revolutions had still the problem that he was retrofitted to euro 2 electronically have the part off and he jumped from there on better at falses that helps you somehow further πŸ™‚

    hello, I’m new here….and coming up with a problem, unfortunately my 2.8 v6 engine (174ps) makes bitches to explain….to make it short: does not ignite on cylinders 4 and 5 despite sparks ignition plugs and cables renewed, the injection nozzles of the two cylinders. also compression fits the candles of the two cylinders are wet, the engine runs extremely rough and only reluctantly takes gas, over the total speed range….what else can it be……controller, any sensor ??? k.a . if that can have something to do with it but about two weeks ago one of the two kats was removed (driver side, crumbled) someone else has a tip for me, please……
