Hi, I have been the owner of an Audi 80 2.0 E Bj 10/92 with automatic transmission for a week. The car is well maintained and has a mileage of 96,000 KM and is made of 2 hand. Previous owner each 2 older men, the car cost 3,300.00 Euro and has ABS and climate as well as ZV and metallic varnish. Fortunately, the dealer has changed the timing belt at his expense. Okay the car has 3 light parking plates and a few slats, which can be polished away. Price is probably fine ? What consumption is to be reckoned with with an automatic transmission ? Guess by 10 liters. Write me your experience with the automatic model.

I’m disappointed in my Audi 2.6 V6!
Hi guys, I did it on the highway (alone) on the weekend then I wanted to drive out my car (grade track, sunny, no wind). I just made 220km/h. until 210 it came well but then it took quite a long time until then was at 220 end. My buddy with a Vento 1.8 75hp manages 210km/h. So my father also drives from time to time to the cart and it was completely disappointed. He also consumes 14 liters with a very casual ride. If I push times are easy 17 In it. My father meant that he has never driven a car like the 5 cylinders which went cold and warm as sow and managed according to Tacho 240km/h. I actually bought this car because it is a newer engine and supposedly also should consume less than the 5. if I step cold comes almost nothing, which almost drains off, no gas. Is my car broken or are they always like that? He has leather and climate-tronics, weight he is inserting with 1450kg so with extras approx. 1 500 I still 100kg, makes 1600kg, speedometer 205000km. Acceleration we measured 0-100 we had 9,6sec., that’s also good but the final speed!?!!? An acquaintance has a B4 with the engine which says that he has already managed 255 according to Tacho. Now I am in the consideration to buy a 2.8, which at least keeps what he promises. I don’t care about 14-18 liters. there comes at least something!

Interim-Rost on my B4
Hello, a few days ago I reported on various rust spots on my Audi: —————————————————— “Was just with my B4 Avant Bj 02.93 at my Audi dealer and showed him a few rust spots. The one spot is on the entry bar at the rear door of the driver’s side.Where the transition to the fender is.This place rusts quite fiercely however is not rusted. As we then had to find the fender rusts auc h strong from the inside (under this plastic shell). Both places rust from the outside and therefore, according to the Audi type, there is no claim for culling. Is this true??? Another rust spot on the bonnet that I showed him (where the sheet is folded on the sides) he immediately said that we will be successful in this case as far as a culling case is concerned. I found this very good, especially since in exactly 5 days, yes, in 5 days my warranty claim expires))))))) However, gsleiste gives me more headaches. I really don’t have a chance here. The mechanic was also very funny about it that it rusts so strongly there. The car is accident-free!!! Both places we took and are submitted to Audi! However, I will only succeed with the bonnet. So what do you say? Have you already had experience with such things? ————————————————————– Today I had an appointment with Audi where there are two i field staff looked at my car. After a brief look at the rusting bonnet he said to his colleague, “Once a new bonnet!” I didn’t think I heard the hammer! Then I showed him the spot on the rear fender. As I have found out now, four years ago when my father was still in possession of the car, this spot was repainted at Kulanz at Audi. I also told the gentlemen that, and they quickly agreed that dor otherwise it wouldn’t rust again so quickly. They looked at it exactly, measured with a coating thickness meter and photographed everything again. I was promised to get in touch with the other, former Audi workshop (now only VW) that had painted that once, and to clarify it.Very good! But now, by chance, I discovered rust at the back door.It is a small place on the door inside. You only saw such small pieces of paper. Rostpubbel. And what does the salesman say to his colleague? “And then a new door in the back!” I think I’m crazy, since I actually get a new door after 10 years, although there is only a small rust spot that you could certainly make away! I’m right, this door is really scratched and dented anyway. So I have to say that I really wouldn’t have expected such a cuddly regulation! Next Monday I give the car off,and I get a new M otorhaube and a new door! The fender history will still clear up. So and now I wish you a lot of fun looking at the rust at your Audis greeting sausage blinker

Purchase advice Audi 80 b4
Hello together! I was looking for an Audi 80 b4 and came across this forum. It would be great if you could give me a few tips. My ideas: * Price approx. € 2,000 (so that I also have some reserves for repairs) * max 150tkm * 90hp machine * D3 In the forum in a different thread was generally discouraged from the 2.0 90hp, without further indication of reasons. Was that just a personal preference or are there problems (consumption, durability, AU)? Weak points, what should be paid special attention when buying? Topic Biosprit: Audi generally writes no problem from 1992 onwards (http://www.audi.de/…/…_for_planned_E10-fuel_suitable.html) Does this mean from model year 1992 onwards? What else would I like to do with the 91er b4? I would be really grateful for your help!

Ignition time set- Clackert slightly at 90 degrees
Hello dear Audi fans have corrected the ignition time at my Audi because he did 910 revolutions at the time and now I stuttered the ignition again to the audio because an old Audi master told me that he has always set the automatics with 3 gears (type 89 1.8s) so that he should run in stage P at 1000 revolutions and he runs quickly from now on after a while at 90 grad in empty run what from the range motor very quiet or very quiet what he prefers not done what can that be?

New summer tyres
Hello first of all. I have been reading with you for a long time, but now I have a question of my own.So I decided to register here. I need new summer tyres as soon as possible. in the dimensions 195/65 R15 or 205/60 R15. As can be seen from the signature it is an Audi 80 B4 ABT. What experiences did you have with which tyres like this? This question arises to me today after reading the Bild Zeitung where an excerpt from the tyre test 2007 from the ADAC could be found. I should put it in the middle class. mfg MVP-Cruiser

Muttis Audi 80 Formula E – too bad for scrapping
My mother drives an old Audi. Now she wants to get a small car, because the old one is too big for her (little woman). Usually ok, but I found the antiquities to be too bad for scrapping off. Now it is not a classic car, because he is “first” 27 years old. It is an Audi 80, Built 82, Formula E He is first hand from my ma, and was driven only by her. It is an Audi 80, Built 82, Formula E and was driven by her. a garage car (always been), non-smokers, first original radio still in it. It has only 120,000km down and has been maintained from the esten day to today in all matters mmer only at VAG/Audi (must still be all documents there). It looks flawless, and inside it still smells shop new. Now she could let him punch in at the new car purchase, not a topic. But that would be a pity, if anyone is interested in it. Do you have any idea if this model is asked, and if Yes, who is best approached? For the effort of an answer I thank in advance. With best regards, Peter Jessen

Audi Cabrio ignition on, no lamp lights up HELP!!!
Good evening in the round! Audi Cabrio BJ 92, 2.3 NG with automatic transmission CEB has had a huge problem with my Audi convertible since tonight. We were on the road, until the parking in Braunschweig everything normal. I noticed when starting that the usual lighting of the control lights in the MFS is missing. it only burns briefly the display of the ABS, from the roof lock and the oil control, no more. The on-board voltage is about 10V and falls slowly against 8V. Since then, I have been forced to 60km. The spotlight is also quite dark. If the car is standing for half an hour, the battery recovers again to just under 12V. After switching off the engine, the ignition, the warning flashing system lights up 2x. For quick help I would be extremely grateful, the car is sold and should change the owner next weekend a thousand thanks in advance
