Evening, I switched the valve cover seal on my B3 today. now I have the problem that it “crushes” in the engine compartment, which sometimes the cart pulls off somewhere wrong air. This “hisc” comes from the direction of the battery. Between the battery and the engine run 2 hoses, if you wobble at these changes the hissing. A spraying with brake cleaner/start help did not succeed. However, if you spray this stuff forward towards the front passenger headlight, the engine runs for kur ze time calm. So I think that the problem is to look at the wrong air… Does anyone know this problem?? Greeting Simon

Hello I have an Audi80 B4 and I am just building a laptop in the trunk and a touchscreen in the center console at the front. Now my question: I would like to start my car by entering a code on the touchscreen or laptop. The laptop would have to somehow press a signal / switch so that the motor starts as if I was turning the key around in the ignition lock !. Is something like that to realize ? e.g. ignition lock remove the contact that the key when turning to the sta rten causes replace a usb cable to disconnect the connection to the ignition lock and deactivate the usb port or activate it from the laptop by entering the code when activating the usb port a contact is established in the ignition lock what causes the motor to start. after 5 sec then the usb port is deactivated again, the engine is started Oo Is that technically possible ? if yes how exactly ? or joa funts something ? or does I imagine that too easily ? have my car ignition lock oss technique not yet looked at exactly but will do in a few days when my parts are there for the carpc. The water in my cooler is getting fucking less (about 1 liter a day) and more and more in my interior under and in front of the driver’s seat. The floor mat is already totally wet. Hello, so my chrome strips don’t look so nice anymore. For the Audi rings in the front I bought some sonic chrome polish in the hardware store for 3 euros. it worked great. They looked like new after that, but I had little success with the chrome strips at the time. Has someone ever worked on it and knows how to get it back nicely? In the meantime, they don’t have to buy it anymore.

Hello, I bought an Audi 100 Avant 2.8e Bj `91 2 weeks ago. He jumps great at but the emperaturanzeige says nothing at all, oil temperature indicator shows just over 60 degrees even after longer FAhrt. I have now decharged the temperature sensor and the pressure lines because they were porous. At the stand it does not run quite round as I would expect from a 6 cylinder. At the temperatures there is a white cloud in the stand from the exhaust, smells like unburnt petrol. I can’t really say fuel consumption because I drove 220km. But it seems to be still normal for the engine. Can give me a hint what I should check or test. By the way, mileage is 275000km. Thank you very much in advance. Greeting Wietzer

Hello everyone! I got my 63,5 fireplace from Kat for my ng Cab today. On the EG permit is for silencer type ESD/MSD/VSD. But with the supplied system is only a VSD-Erstaz tube with it. Good evening, I could get an Audi 80 B3 1.9litre 116 hp with a mileage of 150000km for 500 €. Only the only flaws are the 2 cathedral bearings and a wheel bearing. Have I already seen them at ebay you get there almost for free 😉 . So what bothers me is that the Euro 1 has. Now my question can be changed to Euro 2 somehow ? The current owner means no because this is a injector and not a carburettor. Please help me and already thank you in advance ! !!
