Audi 80 B4 2.0 carburetor problem
Hi Hab an urgent problem with the 1991 Audi 80 B4 2.0 carburetor from my best friend. And that is that the car ran quite normal yesterday morning. Did drive away this evening and had the following problem since then: The engine runs extremely unevenly in idle mode, runs briefly with increased speed, then falls off until it almost runs out, then speed goes up again and is slightly increased, then falls down again so extremely.. The whole as a change of about 3-5 seconds. he on his own if you don’t drive with a lot of gas and little clutch. Did then look at home and I noticed a few things that might be important: 1. I pulled the gas train out of the suspended, slightly pulled on it, was not withdrawn by itself again, had to push it slightly again, so that it is “wrapped up” again. So goes in the hose in which it runs relatively hard. 2. The throttle valve at the top of the carburettor does not close correctly, right and left is jew The carburettor is sitting virtually in the air filter unit and of 4 plastic flaps from the air filter unit 3 are broken off, so you could swing the air filter with the carburettor back and forth. Have now built a sheet metal tab, so that the carburettor and air filter sit again quite firmly. Motor turns but doesn’t start
Hello… I drive an Audi 80. Brake plays i- how crazy?! Help pls

Engine running shit – with video

Second problem at low speeds in the S tand, now with the video it was strange that the one jumped again to the normal speed of 800 rpm from one moment to the other. B4 Rewind line in the tank not in the ETKA / rework?
Hello together, with me the first part of the return line in the tank has a kink – see picture. It is mounted with an contra-angle piece on the inside of the tanker cover, on the other side with a hose connector at the continuation to the storage housing lower part. I was at the Audi partner, and now it comes to pass: the thing is in the ETKA nowhere drawn or not mentioned. The dealer could not help me at all. Now I have a problem: the thing is made of plastic and Does someone have a tip where I could still ask (VW Classicparts) or the complete line belongs to the tank and you don’t get it individually? The tank itself is only listed as a complete component, no further detailed pictures. If I want to bend the piece from meterware myself, I would have to fill it with fine sand and bend it in one lesson, but with what warm up? The hairdryer is not hot enough and with the hot air gun starts already at the lowest level de r plastic to forgave itself…. does anyone have a tip?
