  • Gentle driving

Well, I want to have my audio a while and at the moment I get used to driving around on a moto-friendly way. i.e. I start right after the start (no running warm), turn it as long as it has no 90°C not over 3000 rpm, switch to the next higher gear with 2000 turns. use syntetic oil. and don’t chase it over 4500 turns what would increase the life expectancy of the engine and the getiebe? • Audi B4 (TDI) more power

Hello, I once read (just don’t know where anymore and can’t find the post anymore) that you can close something with a 1 mm thick plate and then pull the car a little better. I believe the AGR where you close it. (What is that, that AGR???) And can anyone explain the Princip and does it bring me anything??? (Please a precise explanation where the thing is, etc.) mfg

  • Box construction for 2x GZHW 30 Woofer

Hello guys, don’t know me very well with CarHifi m.M.n… I bought a box some time ago from Ground Zero, with two GZHW 30 Woofern (2x800Watt RMS) GZNA 4350x (1800Watt 4Ch 1Ohm stable) and a 1F pastry! Since the box doesn’t fit quite in my car (Audi 100 C4 Limo), but the price and the sound + performance was so good, I wanted to make a new box now! The biggest problem is the closed trunk, only two extinguishers in the hat rack (which I already used for TMT? and just the ski bag opening! The bought Woofer is actually only a few cm too high and the opening a little too long! So the box has to go deeper -> has to become wider! And the opening shorter -> has to become wider! Would you like to have some experience of you now! 1. the components (was recommended to me by the dealer) 2. do you have links to similar conversions 3. what is there to consider in principle with Woofer conversions? Could you possibly even still have 5. What does “net volume” mean? P.S. I add a picture of the original box, have the times “fix” scribbled! Please improve me if I’m wrong somewhere… If I’m wrong, I’m not sure if I’m wrong.

Thanks again to you, Martin And for all those who want to see a B4 inside without anything, a picture attached below… Oh yes, can it be the 1Zahn after all were rather 10 moved ? The steering wheel must definitely down again ….

  • Questions about the Audi 80-please read

Hi, I’m looking for a new (used) car. So far I’ve only driven Mercedes 190 and was actually satisfied. Nevertheless, I’m interested in an Audi 80 B4 because I want something else, preferably an Avant and would like to ask you to give me some basic tips and information. First of all, I don’t know how long the Audi 80 was built, which things were series and which model maintenances were introduced from when? Then I would like to know what kind of model was the Audi 80? I don’t know which 2.0 engine is the better choice, where are the differences that exist, or whether there were even smaller engines than the 2.0? What is the fuel consumption compared to a 90hp and the E-model? Which engine is more robust, etc…? Then I would be interested to know if the Audis are rusty and what do you think an Avant with a 94er Baujah is. r in good condition and not too many kilometers still has to pay? I am happy about every serious answer and info from you, because I know Audi only from hearing. However, I have heard about the B4 mostly good so I wanted to buy it. Maybe you confirm to me that the Audi 80 is a good choice and a real alternative to the Mercedes 190er (W201)? Would I be very pleased about a few answers, so many thanks to all the Time and pleasure. Greetings Dany

  • Acceleration values

If someone actually has realistic acceleration values have finished a bet with a buddy of mine I said 100er c4 2.3 quattro 7-8 seconds on 100. He meant no longer because the motor for the quattro drive is too weak (136PS)Unfortunately, it didn’t come to try it out yet. But would also like to hear from other experiences. • Type 81 New acquisition – Some questions arise..

Hello Motor-Talk-Gemeinde, since one month I am proud owner of an Audi 80 GL, 1.8 L carburetor engine 66 kW without cat, from 1983. Practically no rust, engine runs well. You don’t notice his age 😉 Of course some questions appear gradually. Maybe you can answer one or the other. 1) Which fuel? Somehow I remember that I saw a picker with “Super Plus” during the test drive. Because at the petrol stations with us in the environment no Super Plus at all, but only this 100 octan, I have filled this last time. However, because this goes strong in the wallet, I wanted to ask if really Super Plus is proposed. At that time the fuel will not have been so good or? 2) Lead replacement According to the previous owner and his brother (17 years owner of this car, Audi 80/90-Freak) give in every third tank filling lead replacement. Does this fit like this? 3) “Knirschen” the switch on the amatur board First there I would say that the tacho would “whistle/knirschen”. Today, however, I noticed that it is the switches on the left (especially the light switch). Can you do something about it? Thank you for your efforts, (there will certainly be more questions 😉 mfg Mitch!
