Hey, now I want to convert my audio to 1.8T in winter, because I am going to lose my lobe for 2 months anyway….with the registration and chiptuning I’ve already solved everything….motor I also have there. so it’s just about the pure conversion. wanted to ask if you have n few tips or any walls that I shouldn’t do as planned. I listed a short list as most of it should be done: – Motor 1.8l T Motor AEB (without CanBus, small memory in the control unit) – original transmission from the ABT (we Do not eat exactly which characteristic letter) – original drive shafts – brake VA 280×22 4×108 – brake HA 256×13 or 256×22 4×108 – shortened dampers by merwede with KW 60/40 Lowering springs from 2.8l V6 (higher axle load) – original cat from ABT (how is this with the Lambda control of the 1.8T ?) – size A sports exhaust system from Kat – charging air cooler from 1.8T with self-made holders or S2 charging air cooler – adapter cable trees I hope I have now listed the most important things briefly. about tips etc. very happy. mfg otey

Hello together, the following problem! If the ignition is switched on and I switch on the air conditioner, the fan starts at the front of the cooler, but the fan does not run inside. If I switch off the air conditioner, the fan goes off. If the engine is warm and I switch off the vehicle and after about 5 minutes the fan in the interior runs once again. The air conditioner was overhauled about 2 years ago and the compressor changed. Since then the vehicle was I think something was wrong. Do you have any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I found an article about the loud V-belts on the Audi 80 B4. There they wrote that one should spray “third hand” on it. Unfortunately, I have not yet found any explanation what that is. I renewed the 3 belts last year. But whenever it gets cold, the belts become very loud and only when much has been driven the quieter. Do you have a solution, perhaps with the “third hand”.
