  • Audi 80 suspension, rims and other flaps

    Hi guys, today I bought a nice Audi 80. I wanted to get a different chassis (thread suspension from H&R 40/40 or 50/50) and new flaps. Had thought of 215/40 R17 with ET 35. Do you think that all works without problems or should I change something again. And another question what do you think of black rims on the cart? Thanks already for the answers Greeting Snake

  • Cooling water temperature phenomenon at NG

    Moin municipality, the cooling water temperature on my B4 almost drives me crazy. I am at the end with my Latin and therefore ask you for help. To the problem: I have always wondered in the summer, that at higher speeds (over 130 km/h) the water temperature has fallen according to the display to approx. 80°C – 85°C. In the short distance traffic everything was normal. Fan switches on at approx. 97°C. afterwards 2x the thermostat renewed, but did not bring any significant change. In the Na From Wednesday to Thursday I drove my normal 600 km tripp again. Outside temperatures between 0°C and 6°C, I would have been glad if the display in the AI had reached the above-mentioned 85°C. 80°C to 81°C was the maximum at speeds around 120 km/h, from the ventilation came only a lukewarm vent. Did I let the car run over 150km/h the temperature went down further, which is why I left that. Then yesterday I got a new thermostat incl. All assembled again nicely, water and G 12+ mixed up and filled up, also properly ventilated when running warm and at the end some of the mix filled up again (engine cold). After that I drove the device as always warm and then went a few km on the track. What should I say . . . now it is worse than before. Not even in urban traffic the temperature is now worth mentioning about 80°C. When standing at a traffic light, though on, but as soon as the car moves and the cooler gets cold air you can watch how the needle falls to the left. On the track I then stopped at 150 km/h, because the temperature needle has fallen to 75°C. Oh yes, as soon as the fan is switched on, the temperature falls clearly visible in the system (display) and feelable (sleeps). So extreme I have not had this with any of my cars.     so that’s the flake ^^ It is 1993 year built, the carroseerie has about 350000 down, the engine now 139000, the engine the heart has stopped her already before (4cylinders) now she has a replacement heart with 1 pump More ) a 5 cylinder NG with 100 KW,, suspension is a Koni suspension now installed with 40/30 lowering so medium hard say we times sporty , sony soundsystem with 500 watts (me enough ) she has 215/45/R17 tire on it, (should come 225) unfortunately the car still not come t to paint as I had planned last year, a lot came between me unfortunately, and then it didn’t work out financially -.- but still looks jut out I think :-)) so if you ask me just ask helloeeeeeeeee

  • Alternator in the ass?!?!?

    I don’t know exactly what’s going on with my car, but it sometimes doesn’t start. I had left the radio off once over night. After that we changed the battery, because it was already so old and exhausted, that you couldn’t even bridge me. Well and now after about a month it starts again. But this time I can’t remember having left the radio on. Twice I bridged, but it happens again and again. So I tap on the Li nchtmaschine. Now to my actual question: – Which alternators fit in the Audi 90 Type89 NG frontler? – Does the 20V Q? – also fit type81 or B4 and so on – what else fits?

    hi Especially to the s2 drivers, also freak S2 Avant what do you think of this vehicle? I would paint it and install my parts with it. if I already use 12-15 liters with my consumption, then I can use it just as well with the S2, the 11-13.   • Crossbar rubbers unloaded

    Hi, my crossbar rubbers have been knocked out, one can tell me something about the costs, was at the ATU (because of what else) and they found that, I looked for safety even more, is actually the case, the things are totally through. ATU would completely exchange the crossbars => 400 euro!! lol!! I want the cheapest solution, that is probably then the rubbers pressed out and new ones pure, can one tell me where one can make such a thing best/favorably? the approximate costs would also be good.     Hello people … I would like to buy an Audi 90 as far as I know is the 2,0 10v a rare specimen.. Has anyone experience with this engine you can make the faster ??? lol… Does anyone have information about this car??? PS .: I love the 5 cylinder sound!!!!
