Brakes smell like a relatively crucible ride
Hello, I just drove about 30-40km, was a country road/city mix, in the middle of the ride I noticed that it smelled a little messed up, but after a short time it was away I thought nothing about it. When I arrived home the smell came back, cuckolded in the engine room but there was no smell to detect. Then I noticed that the front rims were already very warm, because I was involuntarily relatively strong from 100 to 0 brakes (but no full braking) I thought g gf the brakes are very hot and warm the rims with it. Then I checked the rear rims, and at least the right was already very hot, and also the smell came exactly from there. What can that be? Does the wear of the brakes appear like this?

NG is drinking like a hole?!
I’ve had the feeling for a long time that my NG is too thirsty, now I have measured times and see since I come to nice 14,6Lieter on 100km. So I sometimes drive the highway and sometimes in the city that’s pretty much 50:50. I also very rarely give full throttle, so mostly only the first flap. And if possible only in 5th gear so I don’t necessarily drive wasteful… What should I check?! and if, how? PS. My standing gas is always so at 1000RPM no matter if cold or w Poor, maybe it’s related to something!?

B4 ABK engine jerking in thrust mode at low speed and low speed
Hello girls and boys, I have a question about the “motor rucksacks”. The search did not help me any further, there are only topics for motor rucksacking with acceleration and jerking during normal driving operation. My baby: B4 Avant ABK, BJ.94 With me, the jerking expresses itself as follows: I start, drive in the 1st course, then go off the gas and let it roll in the crooked “roll” … then the car jerks as if you constantly tap the gas and let go again minimally. 2.Gang, in the 3rd course, in the 4th course or in the 5th course, let “roll out” in the coupled state. (for example, towards a traffic light) The jerking always starts when it is in thrust mode, so if I let the gas go and roll in, if I give gas, nothing jerks! The jerking is usually at a speed below 2400 rpm – as I said always only during the coupled “roll out”. It also feels directly as if the engine stutters a bit and you notice how it jerks in the gearbox. Tell me jmd what that could be? Injection? Volume divider? Ignition problem? Spark plugs? Wrong air? Audi 80 Type89: fuse 14 always burns through
Hello, I have a problem. And I noticed last time that my numbering lights don’t work. I first thought like lamps would be broken, but then I noticed that fuse 14 (glove compartment, number handle.) burned through. So I switched fuse and it burned out right away. So I measured what resistance I have there between + and -. There are 5 ohms without tacho on it and 3 ohms with tacho on it. I know in the “cold” state it is of course only little meaningful, because the conductivity of the lamps in the luminous state decreases. What can not be true, someone an idea. PS: A year ago I smoked the poti for the speedometer lighting, which I have now bridged (so almost always full on), but also this is not possible.

Type 89 braking system
Hello. I don’t like my braking system in the 80s type 89 at all. in some ot situations it just slows down too weak. Is there a way to convert the normal 80s type 89 to brake discs in the rear or is that rather a big problem? The brake discs in the front are also warm relatively quickly and thus too much braking power is lost. What can I do there.

I had the air conditioning filled about 1 month ago because the cooling capacity has decreased. last week I would have wanted to turn on with this sour heat and she did not cool down. it all worked as usual, lamper lights, fans run away, gas inflow noise is there, but she does not cool. then I looked at the compressor. since I saw that the compressor does not run away, so it only runs in empty run. then I have something with the plus cable to the ko mpressor played (event.wackelkontakt), but was not like that!! at some point but how I wanted to measure everything again I see that he ran away. I was happy that all works but unfortunately no cooling power available again.
