The Gulf V
I just conigured golf together for fun and found out (again) that the car looks absolutely shitty. Whether you still sleep quietly as a design engineer, I don’t know?!? I just wanted to get rid of it. Thanks!

A3 Sportback 3.2 DSG
Hi, it’s me again. I now drove the 3.2 in the A3 Sportback with DSG Probe. Madness. Makes really fun the car and a sound. That’s exactly how I imagined the fun factor with a car. Get now 12% from my dealer, i.e. a day registration to the dealer, must be registered there 45 days. Have 45 days insurance free. Get the car however right on the 1st day, so nobody else drives the car. What do you mean ? Think sounds good the offer. Had thought about taking the 2.0TDI and then a chip in it, but at the DSG I thought about it because of cover-up. Some offer to have the 160-180 hp and then crazy torque of 400NM and more. More fun in the 3.2, is quite clear, but somehow not economical. The 2.0TDI is saved while driving and in the purchase, but not to compare with the 3.2. Oh man, I just think too much. My heart says, A3 Sportback 3.2 DSG and reason says 2.0 TDI DSG. If I have to decide on Saturday at the latest, this offer no longer applies. Marco

@ all (ex-) Hoppler: Bilstein B16 PSS9
Hello Hoppelgemeinde has one of you already installed the Bilstein B16 PSS9 in his Hoppelhasen (preferably 2.0 TDI) and can report about it? Did you already have some conversion solutions here, but could not remember them now…. Here are the facts:”Height and damping force adjustable chassis for absolute vehicle control even in the border area Nine damping force characteristics are precisely adjustable in train and pressure level and ensure the perfect setup. All settings take place with few handles in the built-in condition. Bilstein technology from racing for the road. Adjusting range 20-50 mm, after consultation and depending on the vehicle types also 20-80 mm. At the bottom of the dampers there is a parking wheel, which can be turned with 9 “klicks”, thereby pressure and traction level are set up in the built-in state (at the same time, not separately)? Guarantee: Vehicle life-long price: around the EUR 1400,- the basically a better solution than the KW III, with the TW III, with the TB position only the TB position was installed?

Avus vs. Akoya vs. light silver
Hello, this thread is addressed to all the questions about the 3 colors in the headline. I want to achieve that not every third thread asks a question about the colors. Perhaps this thread could also be included in the FAQ. If anyone else has more information on this topic, please add it in this thread. 1. Light silver: Light silver is the “classic car silver”. It is somewhat lighter in contrast to some other manufacturers. 2. Avus silver: Avus silver is only available as special or individual paint (in D. 2050,00 €). In conjunction with the S-Line Sportpacket Plus there is this color but at the price of a normal pearl-effect paint. The shade changes with the light incidence. Therefore, avus silver varies between silver, light blue (in the dusk also with a slight purple stitch) and grey. 3. Akoya silver Akoya silver is now to be compared with avus silver. It is available as a normal metallic paint. The shade changes as well as a light silver with the lightness and light intensity of the light. Unfortunately, there’s no sign of it.

Wind deflector sliding roof 8P
Hello, I got the new jagged wind deflector installed yesterday and unfortunately I have to say that only a minimal improvement has occurred. Comentar from Audi: This is no matter which model for all vehicles with sliding roof, even with our company cars.I should not open the sliding roof completely or open a window in addition a little bit – then the wabering is gone. True, however, my opinion may not be “progress through technology”. But this is a topic that we have already criticized enough here in the recent past. Well then. I don’t have a sharer by the way. But is not bad-as the jagged wind deflector not as a spare part but for some time- I suspect from Modelj.05 as a standart wind deflector. That means if you ask your dealer for a WA he only gets the new one on the screen and in the AudiIntranet it is converted to Audi cost. Even if that brings at least nox with me. Greeting, Pertin Pertin

Powerbox from cheap providers only for a short time
Hello A3 community! I have a 2.0 TDI with which I am super satisfied. The 140 hp are enough for me to BUT there is a certain situation where I would like to be a little bit more for the butcher’s specialist saleswoman on the question “May be a little bit more.” would like to yell against YES – in the sprint from 0 to 100. It is not possible to leave a Golf GTI with 115 hp older year of construction properly. This one remains at most half a car length and if you screen the start easily, one loses miserable. No wonder, the A3 is also almost 400 kilos heavier. My question to the community: I would like to hang in a cheap powerbox. That should therefore not hold out for a few acceleration races only for permanent use. However, the engine has to be spared a little bit. Can someone recommend something to me? How much do I have to spend? I would like to take the powerbox from KW-systems but because of one or two acceleration races this is much too expensive. My wish would be a box that I just hang in the WE, my ego polish and then can be sold to me again?

Sun bulkhead
Hello, have my new A3 2.0 TDI ambition (Ebony black, climate, Alcantara, Xenon, light package, light/rain sensor, middle armrest) now for 2 days now. And I have to say I’m really excited!!! (Bin changed from VW) I don’t quite agree with the sun bulkhead yet. Since I couldn’t find anything about the Google search, I wanted to know if this is also the case with you: with me it’s not quite vertical and thus in the rear mirror is the edge of the sun bulkhead exactly in the middle now? *bled to explain* Is that always so? Besides, it doesn’t rest properly in the bracket. With the smallest shock it jumps up (unfortunately not high enough) I hope that this is not normal!? Greeting Orgl. PS: By the way, it didn’t know that Xenon’s the long-distance light is not Xenon…

BT intercom
Hello. wanted to ask me what that looks like with the FREI intercom. If I chose the BT (A3 SB) system, why did the friendly asked me when ordering my phone. When I said that I would own the T630 he said that it would have a very long order time. I should buy a 6310 cheap at Ebay. What now? My T630 has BT why do I need another now? Can one explain the system to me. Thanks Gruss Lexy
