Hello everyone, I have been Q2 owner with a Sonos, earlier B&O system, My car salesman had said when ordering before 4 months ago, with this system is a DVD player. Great. there I can hear my old CDs in the car. So ordered. In the hand-held compartment now the part installed. 2 days ago I wanted to insert a CD, does not go. Driven to the handler, should show me if I do something wrong. Did not get the CD in. Then the cause search started. My seller I’m sure that went 4-5 times to other bugs and nobody could explain why it’s not possible.To make it good, someone came and said that I had snow a few weeks ago, that’s still available, with slot and ejection button, but can’t go any more. The existing DVD player is just fake. Worrys me excessive, because I ordered the expensive system because of the player. Have others already done this experience? Or was only the wrong part installed? russe Hans Anyone who finds fault can gladly keep it.

Hello together. I need your help, or a helpful tip: I have to renew the illuminants with a Q2 with standard illuminants H7 / H7. I have looked at this, the covers are immediately visible – first of all no problem. However, especially “outside”, i.e. with the dipped light, is no place to handle. Is there a “trick”…? Can one solve the headlights above (screws) and possibly pull out a piece…? (To do this, the SW would have to be pushed down or clipped. Since it is not my car, but that of a neighbor, I ask to avoid unplanned stress. I thank you already now for a goal-oriented hint, then I will do myself more easily. Thank you…! Greetings

After 4 years of loyal service and no failures or defects we changed from the Q2 to the SQ2. Reason: we drive a lot into the mountains and the Q2 is nice and everything, but a little emotionless and with “knappem” overtaking on mountain roads simply lacked the passage. In addition, we found the chassis a bit soft. Sure, it is all top, but the “joy” was missing something. The small changes on the new model do not make out, it remains unique everything as it was And that’s a good thing. ABer the extra power and the tighter chassis really bring it over. We could have kept the Q2, but some emotion needed in life. And the new one is bright green, as a counterpole to the Black/Grey/Silver Flood.

Hello dear community, since I already got some helpful tips here, I try to solve a small problem. I would like to have a rear-view camera retrofitted at my Audi workshop. This only works with Kufatec and has ordered the kit directly. Now, however, there is no installation instructions and they want to send the kit back, because they do not install the camera without instructions. Has someone experience with Kufatec and the camera Maybe even retrofitted and thus own ‘instructions’? From the manufacturer there is probably no instruction and the kit is probably too different from the Audi original. Many greetings and love thanks Laura

Hello together, the title of the topic already describes what it’s about. My Q2 (1.4 TFSI 150 hp, approx. 7000 km) steams/smoking from the exhaust after which the engine is out. The whole thing lasts quite a few minutes and I am not quite sure if this is normal. A picture is attached. Maybe someone can say something about it. Incidentally, the whole thing should not be related to the cold, because I have already observed this phenomenon when it was significantly warmer. Thank you.

Hello everyone, since about 1 year I have the desire to upgrade my Q2 to LED rear lights and headlights. In the interior I have the LED light package so I don’t need to retrofit it. The question was always worth the effort? The answer is for me yes, it is definitely the better light + more safety since November 2019 I have replaced the H7 rear lights for the LED rear lights, that was not a big effort the old H7 lights out,a switching unit of K-Elektroni k in between the new LED lights had to be installed, nothing had to be coded. With the dynamic flash lights the whole thing looks very nice. In the 2nd step the LED headlights should be upgraded, for about 4 months I am looking for a specialist workshop that makes such a retrofit so far I have only found Kufatec however offer the no original Audi headlights (for legal reasons this is not possible) Audi itself offers no retrofitting. In August I have a Company found in Berlin that offers a conversion also with original Audi LED headlights with part number and Audi logo on it, that was important to me. The conversion itself took 2 days the control unit is rewritten or supplemented the costs are of course higher than factory ordered, in my case more than 3 times the order price. The Audi has now converted to LED headlights, I drove 400 KM (night drive) over highway and highway with the new headlights I Conclusion: Even if it is not worth the cost, you have more light / brighter light the eyes thank you. I would do it again, however at the next vehicle change I make sure that LED or even Matrix light is already on board.

At the start of my Q2 yesterday the display of the rev indicator (all numbers) was completely red and not only the numbers 7 and 8. Only after a restart the numbers 1 to 6 were “white” again. Otherwise I noticed nothing on the vehicle/engine. Does anyone know the cause?

Hello, I don’t have a Q2, so I can’t look in the logbook. Which oils are released by Audi with the 1.0 TFSI? VW50400/50700? VW50200/50500? or even VW 50800? Would be nice if jmd. could set the page from the logbook. And what timing belt interval (time or mileage) does the engine have?
