Audi is quite proud of the Q2, which requires the steering wheel from stop to stop only 2 revolutions. I don’t know if anyone noticed it, but if you switch off the engine and thus the power steering, the steering wheel can then be moved about a third of a revolution further, so that the wheels can be hit even more strongly. This reduces the turning circle by 45 cm to about 10.55 meters. Hello! My wife has had the current model of the Q2, model year 2024 (already with touch display) since 1 week. Before that she had a Q2, still with knob (only marginal info). Now it is the case that the software seems to be faulty – for example, no sender logos are displayed with FM transmitters (only with DAB) although they have a cover or the favorites are not permanently stored. The favorites with the car symbol are switched off after the bus rest (15 minutes and blocked) also away again . The information about privacy is displayed again and again when entering, even if you select “No longer show”. What errors do you have and there is already an update to a version with which the errors are fixed (there is already a TPI or version number)? Hello – with my Audi Q2 the brakes squeak when I drive backwards and tap the brake slightly. (e.g. when driving out of the garage, or park out. The noise is so terrible that you would like to stop immediately. The brake pads have been checked and the discs are also ok. Brake behaviour is quite normal. Hi. Our Q2 now has about 20,000 km. on the bump, the brakes scrub like wild, especially if the car is not moved for a few days. I know the salt and strain the brakes here in winter, although I sometimes go fully into the brakes it doesn’t help?? Have it never experienced so ecstrem….?? So now that some have their Q2 I would be interested in the first impressions in everyday life of the new Audi. I also start right away: Have my (1.4 S tronic) now 3 weeks / approx. 2000 km and find it is a very lively car with sufficient space and quite quiet. Pleasant to drive and fuel consumption also ok.
