Hi, in the doors of my A6 (probably also in the other Audi series) active spotlights are installed. They only light up when the door is open. There are 2 pieces per door, once in red as a kind of “backlight” and once in white to illuminate the floor. The attached image shows a red retro-reflector. Each W5W (5Watt) is as glass base variant. Since this is too dark for me, I wanted to retrofit LED and yet have found nothing bright. Most of them were darker than that the W5W. It is also important to note that the light has to be emitted at 90° angle! Hey I’m looking for someone from the area Berlin Neuruppin of the LED daytime running light installed. Either as a bar in the bumper or if someone has already found the headlights with the LED strip -> for the A3 8L Facelift. I haven’t found one yet, everywhere you say at the earliest next year. Son shit, if you build the for the front lift you can build the also for the facelift !!!
