How accurate are your ironmen?
Hi, I have today converted from my 2×102 ironman to 1x102er incl. VSD into supersound. The 2x102er was initially combined with the series VSD. Fits everything wonderfully, no problems. With the new 1x102er incl. VSD both dampers 1A fit to the vehicle. The VSD is however very large, so that it has some space up to the heat protection sheet only a few millimeters and therefore has to be aligned very precisely. Installation and alignment were done again quickly In one place however, But today I had serious problems: at the separation point between VSD and connecting pipe to ESD the pipes could not be stuck together. This did not fit in with the worst force and besides, you also have no place under the car to make such chin-ups. So had to grind with a flex on the tube from the VSD until it was thin enough to fit into the connecting pipe took me about 1.5 hours. I would be interested in how your experiences are like this. with the ironmen regarding assembly and possibly subsequent correction of the position of the ESD ́s/end tube?? The following components were added: -Audio System HX 165 Phase (Front) -Audio System HX 165 Dust (Heck) -Audio System Xenion 12 Bass (Replacement wheel chuck) -Audio System Twister F4-240 -Audio System Twister F2-450 -Exide Gell Battery -1 Farad Cap The brackets for the 16s in the doors are self-designed and laminated.The recordings for the tweeters are turned from aluminium and anodized (special production of audio system). velvet body was insulated with about 35Kg bitumen. The sub is installed in a closed 30 liter housing in the spare wheel pit. The 16 for the rear seat was in the reinforced original places. The system was fully designed on sound and not on volume or excessive sound pressure. Would you like to hear what you think of this installation?

Hi, I saw something at Ebay today What do you think about it ?? Does someone already have a different turbocharger installed in their TT 180PS ? Which would you install or suggest ? Is it enough to change the turbo at all or does there have to be changed even more ?? What does a clever turbocharger cost and with what power increase you can rechen ? Winterfall in Southern Germany
Little story: On Saturday I was at the Christmas party of the football club. I drove there, left the car and then ran home. On Sunday at noon I wanted to get the car for a short time. Poor TT was so snowy that there was really nothing left to see! Only a white bunch was standing there! Someone had already shoveled the license plate to identify who owns the car! So I got to work and free my little 1 hour free I’ve never seen anything like this before! A buddy took another photo with his cell phone, he should send it to me then post it here! Another thing: On Sunday I drove another lap with my dad (A4 Avant Quattro). I have to say I never thought that the Quattro drive is so awesome in winter! We drove on a road where there has not been cleared yet (min. 30 cm fresh snow) and the thing is through like on rails! Next car Quattro!

Loading pressure a bit too high
Hello – I need your help. I have two faults in the memory. 17963 – maximum charging pressure exceeded P1555 – 35-10 – – – Sporadic 17705 – connection loader drop. Pressure drop. P1297 – 35-00 – I had the first error for a long time, I have already read some articles here. So I measured the actual LD. Result. 1. Test 1.41 bar (all after deduction 1010mbar) – Limp Mode 2. Test 1.39 bar 3. Test 1.39 bar So I already have the plugs on the N7 5 tested, I don’t hear any cracking noise or anything – which indicates a cable break. I checked the hoses – I can’t find a hole. The charging pressure is completely covered – or? The box “goes like Harry” but in connection with the second error “pressure drop” I can’t make a rhyme. Could you help me? Gruss Lowi

Swizöl is the HAMMER !!! Hello people, Finally I found a remedy for my seats! I have to say it is simply the absolute hammer!!!!!!!!!! I ordered the leather tint, leather care (Matt) , leather gasoline (for cleaning) and a small can of elephant grease. 70 EUR.- it has cost and is worth every cent!!! First I cleaned the seats, then a few dripping from the tint done a sponge and with circular motion the single part at the driver’s seat and d passenger seat rubbed. Result: How NEW ! The tint is dry in 3 min, you can immediately sit on it with a white pants and see nothing! The whole scratches and abrasions from getting in and out have disappeared. I do not exaggerate. With the leather care Matt I then rubbed the seats and see there, finally MATTE seats 🙂 Even the steering wheel, that shined like a mirror, I treated and it has become really matt like new. Just to recommend! gruss

Help!
So far I have been on the road with a Remus final pot and pre-muffler replacement pipe. Since I still somehow lacked the sound, I opened the Remus final pot today, threw out all the insulation material and welded the pot again. Result: more core and louder. But now comes: between approx. 2500 and 4000 rpm a perverse squeezing whistle noise arises when speeding up. However, only at speeding up and only between 2500 and 4000 rpm. I take gas away ode r keeps the speed constant, the whistle is gone immediately. What is that? The sound definitely comes from the exhaust. Could it somehow be related to the loader or is the empty end pot the cause?
