Hello, I had for 14 days the problem that in the morning after starting the engine for a few sec. only ran on three cylinders. After I had checked everything I noticed water in the 4th cylinder. Today the head was cut off and see there bridges between the outlet valves torn. Besides, the crack and the turbocharger has also a crack on the exhaust side. The TTR 225 hp has just become 5 and has 108,000 km. Power loss was not noticed when the car warmed up. Is there any more K04 that had the same problem? So far I’ve only heard about the K03. I’ve picked out a 12/2001. ,further which engine? it should already be a turbo engine, thought of the 1.8t with approx.180ps is the recommended one? I would like to give the engine a different turbo and install it on the 300ps tunen as well as at least 18″ so how about the front-driver? good trakti on or rather less at the performance? should it be rather a quattro? so that’s whos first!
