Adjust the height of head restraints?
Hi, I tried the search but did not find anything… How do you adjust the height of the headrests? In the manual you can only adjust the inclination, however, the height of the factory is set to maximum and cannot be changed…

Fabric seats in TT – pictures?
Hello together, I just saw in the configurator that the TT is also available with fabric seats. If someone has a picture (if possible from the black ones) at that time. Unfortunately, the Audi side doesn’t give much… Even if the opinion “in the TT must rule leather “, it would be really interesting for me to see how it works with the dark fabric seats!

Exhaust valve 3.2
again: Exhaust flap 3.2 we had already discussed this before, but unfortunately I don’t find the corresponding thread any more. I put out the flap control today. here in the forum it was said that the bass-heavy sound vanishes. I can’t confirm that. he is no longer quiet at the bottom, but grumbles at a low speed quite loudly, i.e. if one “rolls” through the city at 30, he bubbberts really nice in front of him. if one gives fire, the bass still something and so about from 3000 tours he roars up (which is also the case with flap). now for me the question arises again about the meaning of this flap… as I see it now is actually only in order to keep the noise nuisance at low speeds/speeds within limits or to comply with legal regulations, because as said nothing changes at the sound, but he just gets louder “downside”. or do you see the other way? please again your opinions about the topic… especially if someone has to consider about damage to the engine, more consumption or something like that, because I don’t know if the engine might need some kind of backlog or something. performance is the same as far as I can feel that in any case.

POGEA has kept promises..
In spite of all the uncensored calls.. although I didn’t think about it anymore-come home and have a package of Pogea on the stairs…without order! I was interested in black rings, which were then not delivered because of material defects..The affected will know what’s going on..gelle Matthias!? Mr. Pogea promised replacement free of charge because of the circumstances and kept his promise!

TT vs. Z4 >> Purchase decision sought
Hello, I’m looking forward to the decision TT 3,2 DSG or Z4 3,0i with SMG or has circuit. I think I’ll find the Pro TT people here 😉 If you’ve been standing before the same question as me, why did you choose the TT? How are you satisfied and would you do it again? How are you satisfied with the Audi Sevice during and after the guarantee? Thank you and greeting Stefan

Pictures of the timing belt
Hello together ! Can only recommend everyone to change the timing belt in time. I already reported about it in another thread. Here you see a picture how such a belt looks after 57000 km. Clearly one sees deep bars, left outside, moreover the timing belt runs completely outside because of a defective clamping device and grinds easily. Hair cracks are also to be seen !! After the disassembly it turned out that the water pump licked minimally. Performed work: timing belts, Renewed pulley, belt tensioner; water pump renewed ! Coolant completely replaced for high-tech SF 12 stirred with distilled water ! Material costs: Euro 195,– bought on the internet at DW repair I decided for a kit from Gates, the pump came from SKZ; labor costs: 0,– Euro and a bottle of beer for Papa. Of course this was a shitty scuffing. Most of the problems were caused by this stupid engine bearing, without its removal the timing belt change would be a child’s play. S The removal of all plastic claddings, especially the connecting pipe to the charging air cooler, was also very time-consuming. I glued the water pump with high-temperature silicone for safety reasons, because we had the impression that the O-ring could leak at some point. The friendly person would have asked for the working Euro 740,– incl. material. And now he purrs again like a tiger and the conscience is calmed.

Pogea/PPI TT in Fellbach-Schmiden
Yesterday I watched the Pogea/PPI TT (in the current Audi Scene presented) live. Madness!!! The single frame grill upgrades the TT by 2 classes in my opinion. If I would also like to, but costs approx. 1.600€ (complete apron). Maybe I will do it anyway sometime. If you live near Fellbach, look at the TT, that is definitely worth it! Greeting, 4-eck

Funny again on eBay
Moin, On eBay the following TT is offered: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?… On the one hand, the seller does not have it with the German language, on the other hand, he probably also suffers from megalomania (note the discreet spoiler, and that on a roadster) MfG, Sven
