Hi, today from Stuutgart I started my journey home, 800 km. I noticed that from 5600 rpm in the 6th gear was the end, 220 km/h. I then changed the SUV, but no improvement. Then measured air mass, all right, everything it is not the LMM. After that measured the loading pressure (MWB 115 VAG-COM ) and see there, it collapses at 5600 rpm to 0.3 bar. What can that be. Someone had the last had, I can remember. Greeting Andreas P.S.: 165 kw TTQR chipped to 1.45 bar.

And a new + small question 😉
Hello dear TT community I am Joachim, come from near Ulm and have been the proud owner of a silver ’99 180hp TTC without spoilers for a few weeks now I have been reading here for a few months and the whole thing has helped me a lot in my decision. Pictures still follow, since the weather here is just so modest. I would have a few questions or problems: First of all I don’t understand my interior lighting so completely and I would still have to use the e Lighting of the radio (Concert I) together with the remaining interior lighting switch, yes? With me the lighting does not start immediately, can be after a few minutes and then the whole goes maybe a quarter of an hour and suddenly it goes out again (combi, climate etc. are however further illuminated) and also no more. Do you know this maybe? I also noticed today that the lighting from the storage compartment behind the switch lever is somehow connected with the That’s because at the same time my new one also pulls to the left, track I had already set up but didn’t really bring anything, but soon the winter flaps come on it, maybe it’s also due to the old summer tires from the previous owner, but what could that still be? And then something small Does someone have the part number of the S-Line tail cover for 1 pipe? Found only the one for the 2 flooded Otherwise I can only say that it is the best car at all, from who of you I say something about good cooperation ^^

Today new 330i driven
Today had the opportunity to test the new threesome for one day. Conclusion: For me there are no differences to Audi with regard to the quality of the workmanship. All attention BMW 😉 You can always argue about the design, therefore I abstain from a verdict here. What impressed me, however, is the 3 litre engine. That it is a little more splashy than my TT because of the extra power, is yes OK. But the performance development is already kla sse. Especially at higher speeds no vibration and absolutely velvety. OK, is just a 6 Zyl. But my engine seems somehow tangled up against it. What experiences do you have? P.S. This is not supposed to be a praise song on BMW, because at least you can’t compare the three-way and the TT. I was just impressed by the machine.

Battery in the rear
Hi, the 3.2er has the battery in the rear! Yesterday I somehow got on the topic of car batteries with the instructor and I told him that the 3.2er got the battery in the rear. Then he said that this would not be done because it represents a big danger for the following reason: in the case of reversing accidents the battery is built in such a way that it bursts when it is too cracked. This prevents allegedly nem possible short circuit, which could cause the battery to explode. He also mentioned the reason that the starter was not secured and a long cable line would then be quite dangerous. I then told him that I think it is a GelBatt in the 3.2er and that it is possibly safer or something else. People, here clarity must be created. Knows jmd. the exact facts from rear battery in the 3.2er(why why) and/or facts from safety regulations for cars regarding the battery. Would be grateful for any tip or hint! Remember: d he time I chatter with the instructor keeps me from working Thanks already greeting Sebo

Hy dear TT community :-)), if I have to brake very hard from time to time from over 180km/h, I can not stop completely on the brake after my popometer, because the HECK starts to spin. When I go off the brake the vehicle stabilizes again. ?-( Do you know the problem? Last TÜV brake report from 05/04: Voderachse: L 300/ R 280 rear axle: L 180/ R 200

new sound for the TT 3.2
Small games with a funny effect: You pull off the hose on the right end tube and clamp the lever for the closing flap. Leaves without any effort with a screwdriver within 30 seconds: Dananch is closed the flap in the right end tube, but is pressed on by the exhaust stream. It is therefore permanently open with running engine. With me the workshop has made this change sometimes for troubleshooting. After that the bass-loaded sound is gone. every speed more after circular saw. Very aggressive !!! I don’t like this sound. But I could imagine that it pleases one or the other this tinned sound. Try it out, at your own risk ! However, did not know that it could hurt the car somehow. Whether the sound is so proper however… ? Greetings !

Eisenmann final complete price, opinion please
Hi, I got a prize from SportWheels from Cologne for an Eisenmann Supersound (former level 3) 2×102 for front drive incl. registration and assembly. 850.- € The fuel costs for 650 Km I don’t mention What do you think about it? Did someone know a better price ? Does someone have experience with the shop ? Were recommended to me directly by Eisenmann. At Ebay there is just one single for 690+ montage, which does not enter the !. Entries with SAT alone costs already 200 €. Anyway, is a level 3 on the roadster even navigable? Greetings

How does the vacuum box work on the exhaust of the TT 3.2?
Tach people, … I already posted this in the Audi main forum, but there’s’n traffic like with Bentley Maybe here depends on concentrated technical knowledge about the sound-optimized exhaust system of the 3.2 machine of the A3 and the TT … My TT-R 3.2 DSG has a so-called vacuum box on the right exhaust to control a flap in the right exhaust, in order to minimize the “noise pollution” at low speeds … here a “tip” was posted by Matze this flap funkti to make the hose so clogged (with a screw) that the flap remains open all the time. Now Matze (I thought that too, but doubt it again) thinks that this will change the switching times of the DSG into negative …. is that possible? Does anyone know the exact operation of such a system, and can here once reveal his “founded” technical knowledge ? Have also s chon the other TT sites rattled, since the 3.2 is rather rare, nothing found in this regard salutation ralle
