has the following problem: when the car is still relatively cold it often happens, which in the first and second course between 2000 and 3000It suddenly opens the popoff and is blown off charging pressure. at the moment before it feels as if it is building too much pressure, means: although only minimal gas is given, it seems to build up quite a lot of pressure and blow off this abruptly.. what can it be about? N75, n249, Wastegate? don’t know exactly where I am with the troubleshooting a The Lmm has a light hood.

Performance measurement after chipping
meal time, as the meissen know, I have been at DR for chip installation at the beginning of the year. now I wanted to know exactly and have been on a test bench for performance measurement. result : 156kw(212ps) / 5600U/min 338NM / 3080U/min air mass max. 171g/s (not included in the diagram) diagram see below. have installed the ITG plate filter, iron man ab kat, and an additional hose down into the apron for air supply (was times 2, cut one). unfortunately I also have a problem: before the run, the error memory was read out and the following appeared: 17608 air valve N249 mechanical error this did not read at all, but later on still delete. I also don’t know 100%, whether the test run went off without this error, or the error came back direkt and the run MIT error was. so smart I am already: either N249 broken, cable breakage, hose leaks. ask: how do I best proceed? best???? because laptop and vag-com are not available, so that I could test it again and again if I excluded a source of error. maybe one or the other times has suggestions or ideas. or prices, because just the same test was fixed. salutes dennis p.s. almost 2 weeks ago at the tuev, he had no errors in the memory. however, wondered that the memory read out there.

Forgotten transport fuses
Incredible but was!!! When I handed over my audio tt, the transport fuses were forgotten at the rear of the springs and at the front of the shock absorbers, so I drove 10tkm every time with fast turns and restless road was left a bang on the right rear wheel 3x in the workshop, then discovered by chance by then zero driving pass, zero excuse from sellers which claims are possible or just pitch

Maximum speed
Hi! The 3.2 TTR is probably slowed down at 250 km/h. How fast could it be without a limiter? If one knows that… Greetings Spider

Rear crossbars broken 2x !
Hello together, have a problem with my TT 132kw Quattro. I broke the lower crossbar about 3 months ago in the back right, which resulted in the rear wheel having folded in. But thanks to God I didn’t drive fast. No further consequential damage except that the drive shaft pulled itself out of the differential and oil loss. All 4 crossbars were replaced with original spare parts, in addition for another reason the left axle carrier. the day before yesterday the new crossbar is broken exactly in the same place again. Now there seems to be a reporting obligation for the damage at Audi!? It was also reported yesterday and apparently there is a special damage number what according to my workshop indicates that the Audi would probably take over all costs, it would probably be replaced again all 4 crossbars plus all bearings. Now my question to everyone, are you aware of similar damage, someone has had the same thing before!? The thing is that I don’t want to drive my car on my own anymore because I don’t have faith after 2x in 3 months a safety-relevant component is broken, who tells me it won’t happen again and then maybe I’m driving 220km/h on the highway!?!?!? Questions, opinions or suggestions on the topic!??! Thank you in advance and greeting Klaus

Which springs are the best price/performance
Hi, I have to lower my TT… which springs would you recommend? don’t have so much money at the moment and therefore the suspension is too expensive so would like to get about 40mm deeper. do I need another stabi or do I have to do nothing else? mfg Evil.

Basic with regard to loading pressure!
Hello! So after we all had the workshop “Ladedruckanzeige” in Osnabrück many weeks ago, I set myself up again to optimize the installation! The background was on the one hand the hint from N.M.E, that with him in the T-piece on the petrol pressure regulator was a small hole (I also had!) and the statement from T.Wimmer, who said to me during a test drive of my TT ́s: “With the construction of the LD something is wrong with you!” The explanation was actually obvious, because with the Ins Trumenten supplied hose is too soft and pulls together. This means that the car can also run too thin (less pressure on the petrol pressure regulator). So I have now replaced the T-piece with a new one, the restrector of the original sits in the hose before, and the hose itself is replaced by a fuel or vacuum hose. Has also worked fine! But now to my question, the displayed LD has changed now however: at idle -0.8 bar (v orher -0.7 bar) in thrust operation -1.0 bar (previously -0.9 bar) and in the overboost approx. 1.1 bar (previously 1.1 -1.2 bar) Are the values for a clipped 180 hp AJQ engine in order or not? Do I feel that I would lack some power, but can also be due to the subjective impression. What do you say?

Speedometer lighting
Hello, have a 2000 TT Roadster. Shouldn’t it be that the speedometer lighting is permanently on? Mine was like this. Have my combination device changed. Unfortunately, I don’t know if it was like this before. Now the lights only turn on when I turn on the xenon burners. Does anyone have any idea if that’s the way it should be? Or what you can do there?
