  • Chain lubrication – In which Interwall ? Other solutions ?

Hi, I’ve been on the road since the latest. Ride a Kawasaki KLR 650 journey Enduro. Would you like to know how often you have to lubricate the chain? What is better, oil or grease? There are also such self-oilers that automatically oil the chain, or ? Is this also for the KLR, it is worth it and is it still affordable ? 😉 I like to forget about one of the important things like chain lubricating …. 🙂 Greetings, Pascal

  • Recommended purchase Enduro / Supermoto

Hello everyone, I made my car driver’s license at 17 and have always been driving my Simson S51 ever since. Now at 20 I made my motorcycle driver’s license and drove at the driving school ne CBF 600. Would like to buy me a machine by next year, but absolutely not know what. My original plan was to make the motorcycle driver’s license later e.g. a BMW R100/7 or other vintage cars. But now I want to gain some driving experience. I have a lot of money and anyway I am limited to the 34hp I wanted to buy maybe rather a 250er machine. Supermoto or Enduro I like by the way very well and are for big people (bin 1.96m) also mostly better. Unfortunately I have no announcement what is good. The age itself does not matter and I can screw also a little. I also do not know whether 2stroke or 4stroke with the displacement are to be recommended. If you think you can recommend me a 500er it also bothers me not, the price, the appearance, the seat height and the quality should be right I hope you can help me. Thank you very much

  • Parking motorcycle hit – procedure?

Hello, I can’t use the nice weather today for cruising My parked, 10 year old Suzuki GSXF750 was hit last night. The causer probably called the police and I found a corresponding note from the police this morning indicating the address/signs of the causer of the accident on the handlebar. I am the first time in the situation of the accident and have now informed me for a while about the further procedure. T I am still insecure in some respects and would like to hear your opinions about this. 1. To the procedure in general Should I report to the opposing insurance company, or should I rather use a lawyer for the handling of claims with the opposing liability insurance company? Or possibly a workshop? I have read, if you do not bear any co-indebtedness, the opposing liability assumes the costs herefor. 2. Determination of the damage fees – Bagatellschäden 2a) Should I have a K fz-Sachverständigen order to draw up an expert report? I read that the costs are only covered if it is not a minor damage (damage height <750 EUR). In my case, the damage tends to be more minor. After all, the machine has been "only" thrown over. On the other hand, I can already recognize the following damage at first glance: Windshield is torn, turn signals are broken, scratches and cracks on the cover are broken. ng, clutch lever strongly bent and scratched. However, have read in an older article with similar accident that a damage of well over 2000 EUR was estimated. 2b) The alternative would be a ride into the workshop and a cost estimate, right? 3. Driving suitability Does something speak against that I do not drive into a workshop with the broken turn signal and the bent clutch lever? Thank you in advance and a nice 3rd October

  • Matching motorcycle

Hello guys! Just yesterday I have my old motorcycle, a Suzuki GS 500E, sold. Now I want something new, bigger, here! 🙂 Unfortunately I don’t yet have a (exact) idea of my future machine. That’s why I’m addressing you! I have the following criteria: – Type: Sportstourer/Athletes/Supersportsmen – Brand: open for everything – Price: up to 2500 Euro – PS: >/= 90 HP I want to use the motorcycle also for longer distances. So it’s important to me that I don’t like an “Affe I like the super sportsman best! Unfortunately, this is usually the problem with the super sportsman. For this reason I thought that I would build a different handlebar in the case of the case. It should be mentioned that I had two shoulder operations (left + right) this year. For this reason, a pleasant sitting position would be very good. I am looking forward to your Ant Words and model suggestions! Greet!

  • Leather comb

Since I had a slipper and my textile combination has suffered a bit now and I have also read a lot of test in this regard. And I’m also looking for my safety. I want to switch to a leather combo. Sure is not safe. So which one? Had first the Vanuchi Nubuk in the eye which costs completely so circa 650€ My father told me earlier every motorcycle driver Harro drove. Now I have taken this combo in the eye of the looks not so racing but also net z u Classic.http://www.harro.de/…/…g-lederkombi-schwarz-blau-silberkarbon.html What do you think the trip to the manufacturer is worth? about 100km. To test this one? I’m still a bit unsolicited. But Christmas money comes and you can treat yourself to it. Hope you have some experience with leather.

  • How much service life is still okay?

Moinsen! Have been googled for a while now, but not really found the answer to my question. Let’s see how long it takes until I get torn up here. So, the season riders among you will certainly make the motorcycle so slowly winter-proof. Say: battery out, tank full etc etc etc. Now I have just since August the driver’s license and me directly thought “November should be gone already again? Nöööö…” So it stands at the wetness that currently reigns around. Now ask i However, how long can the bike stand (low garage), or asked the other way around, how often should I move it in winter to recharge the battery etc.? Sometimes it rains now for 3 months. Would the Suzuki, or their individual parts make a difference, not to be moved? Or do you say, at least once a month you should turn at least a short lap? Hope you can understand what I think Thank you very much for tips!

  • “melted” motorcycle glove

Hello guys! I just wanted to grease my glove and when I put it on, I noticed that there was something wrong with the right glove. The ankle bowl felt commuting and after a short comparison with the left specimen I had to find out that the one ankle bowl had no shape at all. I suppose it just melted away at the last exit when I had left the gloves on the bench at a stop. as only the right glove has deformed! melted FLM GP 3 glove I wonder now only if I can claim the gloves (at the time that would be possible), because actually something like this should not happen after all or what do you think?

  • She’s finally here

Today was picking up the NC700SD, with a few extras still missing. Unfortunately no luck with the weather had had .. had not driven yet 10 km, when it began to rain. Turned around and tried to drive away before the rain (nail new tires) .. he caught up with me, when I had spouted 25 km. Now she has 50 on the clock. The DCT is really horny, a great technique play. And you can drive really slow, the clutch always grinds with the necessary degree. annt with pressure from below, exactly what I wanted to have. The old CB500 now appears to me in comparison twilightly in curves. Has really done so much with the suspensions? Anyway, I hope that many more mild days come. Below still a picture in the twilight..

  • Electric motor wheel made of Rs 125 frame itself + registration ?

Moin, I’ve been asking myself the question for some time if it wouldn’t be possible to build an electric motor bike myself and register it? Given the rising petrol prices (the same €1.79 for 1 litre super), this idea is becoming more and more marked. I thought I’d take a frame, rim, etc. from an Rs 125 and build an e-motor with 21kw pure + batteries, so that I can drive it with the A limited. Would I be happy about the answers?
