  • 2-cylinder travel enduro // Comfortable naked for beginners

Hello together, I made my driving licence class A 9 years ago (together with car) and since I have not been driving since then I would call myself a beginner. Therefore, I am looking for a “simple” moped to get started. I will probably do mostly short trips on weekends or after work evenings to relax, but plan to go on several-day tours once in a while. The focus is therefore rather on convenience instead of sportiness. Features: – 2 cylinder motor – upright posture – wide handlebar – It should look good halfway (why many classics like Transalp, V-electricity etc.. Eliminating) Do I like for example the NC 750X or Kawasaki 650 versys (new model)… Does someone know other models (travel enduros or convenient naked bikes) that are suitable for beginners and look reasonably good? (priced up to 500€) Thank you for suggestions and best regards

  • Search super sportsman with ABS up to 5,000€.

Hello together, I have been reading here for a long time on various topics, to be precise since I started with my driver’s license back then. I am 26 years young and have my driver’s license since the end of November, around March I would like to buy my first machine, however I encounter problems in the search and therefore wanted to ask you experienced bikers. For my first (used) machine I have reserved 5,000€ as a budget as soon as I follow with Autoscout and Co. I hardly get any search results: Type: Supersporter Performance: from 120hp Equipment: ABS First registration: from 2008 Are these parameters unrealistic to my budget? I find mostly only Honda CBR 600, which unfortunately does not suit me so visually. What is realistic to the parameters in your opinion? Since I made my driver’s license with an ABS motorcycle I assume that it is absolutely necessary for a beginner to drive with ABS, correct? Because soba I want to keep the bike for two years or two seasons and then get my dream bike (Ducati Panigale 959), so I would also bite into the “acid apple” and take the Honda CBR 600 for the time, if there is nothing else in the price class with ABS.Ps.: please no comments ala “I prefer to ride for the first 3 years of my 50s scooter otherwise you kill yourself” etc., I am not 17 years and do not have to race around (I w hot, sounds funny there super sports, but wants a super sportsman mainly because of the look).

  • Varadero 125 or F 650 GS – what do you think?

Servus so after I looked at ten motorbikes and tried and tested me on 3 (or 4) possibilities. Specifically, I like the F 650 GS (as single) as the strongest motorcycle. I don’t like the DL650 or DL 100 quite so well .. Next Saturday I would also have an appointment to look at one, which has already a little more km (35,000) on it but I like the color and equipment quite well … Unfortunately I walked through the village earlier and saw that a “neighbor” (a few roads further) sells a Varadero 125. Hey so from the look ( unfortunately I drove still nciht – tomorrow maybe) I like the part sow – but has almost as many km as the BMW, but costs only the half. Well, do you have tips that speak for one or the other? there are any weak spots in both? vg stefan

  • BMW F 800 ST or Suzuki GSX 1250 Your opinions!

Brolly89 Skoda Themenstarter Good day, as the title already reveals, I would like to hear your opinions about the two bikes. I like them both very much and I am faced with the difficult decision to choose one of the bikes. They do not take much of the price. I ride in about 10,000km per year. The bike should not only serve for whole-day tours, but also the regular routes to work/uni or anywhere else. Kettenöler also makes it quite pleasant with the chain… Nevertheless. I find it really hard to decide. The engine capacity and the torque from below is, of course, unbeatable with the “bandit”, but I’m not clumsy and I don’t mind switching a little more. Yes… what do you think? Where do you see the advantages or the disadvantages? Mfg Brilly EDIT: I hope I have posted this in the right forum now.

  • Motorcycling with hay fever

Hello, I’m new here. This year it should finally be this time, and if nothing comes in between, I will fill my dream in March or April and start with my motorcycle driver’s license. Well, I’m already at the set age of 27, but I hope that I’m not too old for motorcycling. 🙂 So far, this damn hay fever has stopped me from raging. Certainly, one or the other will laugh when he reads it like that. But whoever has to fight with it, will m I understand well. Certainly it’s not nice to get sneezing at 150 things. Now I have got wind of a (dead-proof) kind of wind, how I can get rid of my allergy. Unfortunately, of course (even with 90% guarantee of success) the danger remains that it doesn’t run as I want it to, and I will start sneezing again in spring and summer. Are there any of you who ride a motorcycle despite their hay fever?! And if, what are your experiences? And then what else. It may have been chewed through in other threads a hundred times.. the question: 34 or “open” horses. I’ve been driving cars for almost 10 years now, and for a few years I’ve had my “gas on, brain off” phase already behind me and with the years you’ve been driving more risk-consciously. Therefore, I’m playing with the idea of whether I could “take it up” with an open Kawaski ZX-6R or similar. I don’t have any driving practice, except that 13 years ago I often use my brother’s 80’s Mokick Honda is heated. Although you certainly can’t see it as a driving practice. 🙂 But since then I have unfortunately never driven a motorcycle again. My question, would you advise me not to start with almost 100 hp in general, or did someone as a beginner in the set age have positive experiences with the “open driving”? Michael

  • First motorcycle, but which one?

Hello dear community, probably there are already a few entries about my question, but think that everyone ticks differently and represents other interests in terms of motorcycle purchase. I dream for a long time of my own machine, am now already 27 and slowly it will be time to make my driver’s license soon and then, as described above, the question is in the room, which machine should I buy now. It should be something fast, which does not cost all too much. i Mobile etc looked up to 500€ (because it doesn’t necessarily have to be a new racing machine, which manages up to 300kmh and more) I found some and asked myself why machines with 30000km on the speedometer only cost 2000€ and less. For example, I looked at Honda, a Honda CBR 1000 (here only mentioned as an example) costs almost 2000€, clearly the model was from 1998 and had almost 40000 down, but is that already a lot of mileage? A friend said that I should leave the fingers of small motors with a lot of power because the things are probably fast fryer. Which would be worthwhile? What I’m looking for: a machine with which you can already give gas, but should be rather the exception, ride rather calmly and calmly, since I prefer to enjoy the landscape, the wind and the feeling wil l. I don’t think much of lawns. And what is appropriate as a price for the A driver’s license? So I expected almost 1000-120€. Looking forward to helpful answers or additional tips. Ps: I have experience driving such machines, but don’t want to have as a “motorcycle beginner” ne cartre, which sticks me through the sound barrier. Performance yes, but not too much, and then the question would be how much PS are hoping to answer many

  • Junak NK650 – Experiences?

  • Search Couples for motorcycle tours in the Bergisches Land

Hello together Before, of course I know that this is not a contact exchange (I’m curious about Twindance), but that’s not the point. My wife and I like to go in the Bergische or Oberbergischen Land tours, and look for couples where you and He also drive themselves, we drive under the road traffic regulations( Have some numbers allowed, so no heating or so) tours so in the flower picker style with sufficient breaks. So who in the area Burscheid, Remscheid, Solingen and Um gibt has lust, can get in touch with this thread. Until then.

  • Purchase advice: A2

Servus, am currently 16 and had a lot of other interests since I can think of riding a motorcycle A1 I unfortunately did not have to make it, since I had other interests in the last two to three years. Now I have a lot of fun. So far I have only driven 2 times on the cross of my cousin. Only now comes the question of the questions. Which motorcycle do I get first? At the beginning I picked out a few motorcycles with 48 HP. Then I found none appealing for me. Then m The Kawa Ninja 300. Do you stop them for a good beginner/beginner motorcycle? Well that was one, now the second. Does it make sense to get a bigger machine, i.e. 90Ps+ and to throttle down and open it after 2-3 years? I think of a Husqvarna Nuda 900 or Honda Cbr 600 Hornet. Also a KTM 690 smc looks really cool. What do you think is smarter/cost-saving a) After possibly 2 to 3 years to buy a new bike or b) Invest a little more and open up after 2 to 3 years? The only problem I want to see is that at the beginning I have a 600 ccm+ heavier under control than a 300 cmm. Am I right or does it have little effect? I would still have one, which is more pleasant for every day to ride. Rather a supermoto or an athlete like the Kawa? First of all thank you in advance greetings Tim
